Tried Fire Pho in Huntington Beach and it did not disappoint! The food was amazing from start to finish. I ordered the chicken pho and it was packed with flavor - the broth was rich and comforting, the chicken was perfectly cooked, and every bite hit the spot. We also ordered the lemon pepper wings (so good!) and the spicy wontons, which had the perfect kick. Everything we tried was flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. The person helping us seemed to be the owner, and they were incredibly friendly. They kept checking in on us to make sure we were good, which made the experience even better. Great service really goes a long way. The atmosphere was nice and welcoming. Parking was a little tricky at first, but there's plenty available next door so it worked out fine. 5 stars all across - amazing taste, great service, and a spot I'll definitely be coming back to. read more

Came on a weekend so their two cute young kids were hanging out on one of the tables playing video games. The younger boy was so adorable. Prices are still decent and inexpensive. Free noodle refills. Bun Bo hue was only $15. Very generous on proteins in the bowl. Very simple, westernized, not super authentic with coagulated blood (there were none). But pretty good. Pho starts at $13 with one protein and increases as you add more. Portion size is small for the pho but plenty of soup in order to add more noodles. Pho soup was ok, very oily. Decided to try fire pho cause I was craving pho real bad but didn't want to go through the hustle and bustle of Westminster if you know what I mean lol love that it's super easy to get to. There aren't that many parking spots but I was able to get parking right away. We got the wings since I saw that everyone was getting them on yelp and omg they were sooo yummy! I got brisket and beef balls in my pho and omg the pho was really tasty! The broth tasted a little on the sweeter side which I actually enjoyed. The prices are reasonable too in my opinion so I hope that doesn't change. This spot is definitely going to be in my rotation especially when I don't feel like going to Westminster. read more

We got the pho with flank, tendon, and filet mignon , and the bun bo hue. They give less herbs than other places, but it still felt like a sufficient amount. We got the inferno spice and they serve it to you on the side. I enjoyed having a really spicy pho so I could see myself coming back for that. The meat was okay, but I enjoyed the noodles and broth a lot. They give free noodle refills for dine-in and I like that they serve the extra noodles with broth so that it's hot. Parking was annoying at first since I thought you have to pay, but they have a code inside you can scan for two hours of free parking. Service was nice and friendly. It was a little hard to see where it was located since the tree was blocking their sign and they are located inside where all the apartments were. It seemed like this place is family owned by a couple. They bring their daughter to work with them and have her play with her toys, and sometimes help serve the drinks and utensils to customers. Hue Flame: 7.5/10 It's not your typical bun bo hue toppings. There wasn't pork feet or duck blood cubes in there. There was plenty of tendon(which I love), and rare steak slices from their pho in their bun bo hue too. Broth was pretty flavorful and sweet. I added their chili oil and it made the bun bo hue even better. The Kindling Bowl (2 protein pho): 7/10 Broth was rich; you can taste the spices. Meats were good and soft. I ordered the kindling bowl with tendon, brisket, and rare steak. They brought it out piping hot with plenty of fresh Thai basil, bean sprouts, jalapeño and lime. I also tried their lemon pepper fries. I think the fries were cooked really well--had some crispiness but still soft on the inside, but I don't think the lemon pepper seasoning was a good idea, alone or with their dipping sauce. I think it needs something to cut the tartness from the lemon powder. Overall, I still like it a lot from first impression and would come back. Plus their prices are reasonable so I liked that! Fair warning, parking does seem like it sucks but I think you can park inside the apt, they are all paid parking stalls that the renters use. Made a late night stop this past week. Decided to try this pho near our place. Newly opened...simple menu. My boys ate pho brisket and pho filet mignon. I ordered their fried rice with spam and brisket. Pho was tasty with tender beef for both dishes according to my boys. My goodness their fried rice was super yummy! The briskets make this fish take it to another level and the flavors are mixed well all together. I was impressed! Tried this place last night with my husband and it was so good! I got the 2 protein bowl with rare steak and beef brisket and they were both great! I will say that the steak came out more well done but honestly I didn't mind. The broth is also amazinggg 100/10 I didn't even add toppings to it I didn't want to alter what was already perfect. It was just missing a little bit of kick so I added chili oil and it was so good!! I believe they do also sell just the broth on its own if that's something you're in to. We also ordered spicy wontons and those were also 10/10. We tried their passion fruit juice and - no surprise - also 10/10. For my 2 protein bowl, my husband's 3 protein bowl, passion fruit juice, spicy wontons and a Diet Coke it was only $47.40!! That is an INSANELY good price!!! Also, all of the broth is the same across all of the bowls the only difference is how many proteins you're adding to your soup. But again the broth is delicious - just the right amount of rich and flavorful. It is a little small and can feel a little cramped depending on where you sit but we got in right before the dinner rush last night so we were all good. Parking can also be a little tight but I believe there might be more parking towards the leasing office if you don't want to park in the smaller strip area. If you can't find someplace to park in that lot you can just park in the Bella Terra lot next door and walk over - we've done that before for other restaurants next to fire pho and it's literally a 3 minute walk. Vietnamese guy here. I'm not lying, it's perfect pho. Not too greasely or oily but also not watered down and clean. It's the perfect medium. Pho is really good and fresh then other pho places near the area. The broth and the noodles are legit. But I recommend not buy the one protein. I was excited to try this new restaurant during their soft opening, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The broth was overwhelmingly loaded with MSG, and it gave me a headache shortly after the meal. It lacked depth in aroma of real herbs, and it definitely didn't taste like it was made from proper bone broth. While the meats were tender and well-cooked, the soup itself tasted artificial and flat. They advertise a 20% discount for the soft opening, but the parking is extremely limited, with only one way in and one way out. It is definitely not convenient. During the meal, the waitress brought out the check and placed on the table when I was eating and not ready to pay. I felt rush. Had the pho with a few proteins which all the meat was delicious but the broth for pho was overly sweet and at first was okay to handle but towards the end when broth gotten cooler it was hard for both myself and my partner to finish.
