Let's be honest, people get pho to cure their hangover, but this place doesn't just cure hangovers they actually have love in their food! Their broth is very rich in flavor, they also have high quality meat. Ask for the owners home made chili sauce, it elevates the broth even more. The service is great! The owner was very friendly to her customers and the waiters got whatever you asked for immediately. The ambiance of the place feels very warm. Marble bar top and decorated with plants around the restaurant with lights that set the mood for a nice dinner. This is my new top pho spot. We walked in on a Sunday afternoon to a fairly empty restaurant and were told we could take a seat anywhere we'd like. Presotea is located inside the resteraunt and you can order their drinks while dining in or you can just walk up to the counter and order. Service was friendly but not very attentive. I ordered the Shrimp Spring rolls and requested that the cabbage be omitted. They arrived filled with cabbage. The server happily took them back and brought the new rolls which still had traces of cabbage. The order comes with two and overall, they were good. We also tried the Signature Steak Filet Mignon Fried Rice. The picture showed the dish topped with a fried egg. Unfortunately, we missed the disclaimer stating that the fried egg was an extra charge. Once the rice arrived, we didn't feel like waiting for the egg. It would have been nice if the server would have asked if we wanted it topped with an egg. The dish was tasty. However, some meat was chewy and the rice was a bit overcooked with some of the rice being a bit hard. From Presotea, we ordered the Brown Sugar Creme Brule. This drink was really good! Overall, it was great to try. But, we most likely won't be back to Saigon District. I would say Presotea is worth a visit. read more

Came here on a Sunday evening wanting some Vietnamese food and had to get their Pho. I thought the broth was very flavorful and hit all the right notes. The meat was tender, broth was light and vegetables were crispy. Also tried the Vermicelli bowl which was decent, but not filling haha. I would have left one star but the food was ok. Not great but ok. The reason why I'm leaving this bad review is the service. Our original server was incredibly rude. Let me explain. I am Vietnamese and my parents live nearby. We came here for lunch on a Saturday and when we arrived there was only one person sitting at the bar. We sat down and the server barely made any eye contact. When she came to take our order, she was very short and mumbled so I couldn't hear her well. She made a comment about there being four of us with three dishes and when I asked if she got down our appetizer, she rudely answered yes and walked away. I then noticed another party came in and ordered and she was smiling and giggling with this group. Very different from how she treated us. And I was very concerned because this group was Caucasian. I can't help but feel as though this server did not like a group of Vietnamese people in their establishment. When my dad ordered he kind of ordered in half Vietnamese and half English and the server rudely reiterated his order in English and gave him a mean look. I truly felt like she did not appreciate us being Viet or something. I have never not tipped in my life. I didn't today. How disappointing to have a Vietnamese restaurant where Vietnamese people do not feel welcomed. I am extremely disappointed in that server and I am hopeful the tone of this establishment is to only cater to non-Vietnamese. Again, food was ok. Me and my husband had rice and my parents had pho. Oh my goodness. First time here, and it blew me away. People always told me they have the best pho, which was proven correct, but the real hidden gem was the RED CURRY! It was the best curry I've ever had, and it was on accident when we ordered the scallion pancakes (the curry comes on the side). This item has a star next to it on the menu, and I always like to try something new, but wow.. that red curry sauce sure does go well on everything, including the fried rice we got (also 10/10) and the chef (who we wanted to thank for the experience) gave us a bit of curry to go to put on our eggs the next morning! Came in for a late lunch and there was plenty of seating. Opted for the combo vermicelli this time around and it was delicious. Grilled pork was marinated well and not overly fatty. Egg rolls were plenty and not greasy. The freshness of the ingredients really stood out so not too much sauce was needed. The sauce was the most underwhelming part of the dish, way too sweet. The portion was generous but still kinda pricey for Viet food. Service was great and love that they have so many options for drinks. Will be back sooner than later. read more

Wow the matcha here is sooo good!! I asked the employee and they said they use a very expensive matcha from Japan. No wonder!! I had the Matcha Jade and the Coconut Matcha Cloud. Both were great.
