I was meeting some family for lunch and we settled on this place. The server was so nice and accommodating for my large family and we had a great time interacting with him. It's pretty bright inside during the day because of the large windows which was nice and a perfect lunch spot! For food, I got the banh mi chao. I really liked the banh mi, which was crispy and not stale at all! The beef was tender, and the seasoning was perfectly savory with a hint of sweetness from the grilled onions. I liked everything it came with, including the egg and pate. The only slight complaint I had was that I wish they used Vietnamese butter like a usual banh mi chao, but they just used laughing cow cheese which I thought was... interesting. Overall the dining experience was great! We even got free thai tea for their anniversary and complimentary che at the end!

My cuz got me take out from SP in FV. Overall, the food was okay. The portions were not that large for the price, and the flavor seemed watered down. Viet food in Little Saigon or GG is cheaper and tastes better. My cuz said the service was friendly. It seems to me SP is similar to another place in the neighborhood that has decent Viet food. In addition, there is the convenience factor of not having to drive to Little Saigon or GG.

Wasn't planning on going here initially, but randomly dropped in and service was so fast and the staff were so sweet - kept checking in on us. I had the Pho Dac Biet and will say that the broth was amazing. I had 3 other friends with me and they all mentioned that it was a pleasant find - that not all random pho places taste good. I had what I felt a big portion where I ended up taking some home!

My mother in law felt like Vietnamese food so we looked on yelp for somewhere near her house with high reviews and we haven't been before. The location is on the south part of Brookhurst away from Mile Square Park and the mega packed Kei Restaurant group plazas so it feels more chill and easy to part at. Thai Tea and Milk Tea: When we went they had some kind of anniversary promotion so these were free. Tasted OK, nothing especially good or bad about it but definitely a bit tastier because it was free. "Simply" Chicken Bites: Popcorn fried chicken but with their unique spice blend. I just wanted a couple piece but it was so good our table ate the entire thing. Grilled Pork and Shrimp Rice Combo: The shrimp and pork were so well cooked! For this area with so much competition they defintiely stood out for their protein quality. Delicious and would repeat. Bun Thit Nuong: Grilled meat, peanuts, shrimp, eggrolls, veggies over vermicilli noodles. I had a bite and it tasted great, my wife and mother in law totally cleared the entire bowl and it was big!

Simply Pho Noodle House is known for flavorful pho broth, fresh ingredients, and excellent service. The restaurant is clean and modern. Popular menu items include the pho, spring rolls, egg rolls, grilled pork rolls and grilled salmon. The restaurant is noted for good portion sizes and complimentary tapioca dessert and thai tea.  What I got: House spring rolls Grilled pork spring rolls Egg rolls Pho ga Rice with salmon

The food is ok, i forgot to take a picture of the pork springroll, that was good! Thai tea tasted a bit diluted. I dont think i would be back, maybe just for the pork springroll.

This is located in the same plaza as the shabu place & Ralph's. Parking is decent and restaurant is nice & clean when you enter. Decor was decent too. The service is like any other pho restaurant, straight to the point to take your order so they can bring out your food. We ordered the pho dac biet with meatballs, pho ga & plain pho (noodles & broth only for the kids) along with sides of their crispy chicken & tofu. All were good and tasty. We all enjoyed our meal and first time experience was good. We do have other restaurant we love going to but this is a good backup restaurant as well.

Love that

This is our first time here, my son & I. I got pho tai, my son got pho đặc biệt, lots of meat, broth is good, free refill on drinks. Top it off with free little dessert (Che). Love it! Service was great!

Shaking beef with fries

The grilled pork doesn't taste as good as I had at other Vietnamese places. Too salty for my taste. My kids' pho was also too salty. Sorry Simply pho, not coming back. Restaurant though is clean and nice, but too quiet for a lunchtime. Staff is friendly.

Amazing food and great service! The pho is delicious and the staff is super friendly here.

We arrived around 5:50 pm on a Friday and were seated immediately. The staff was very kind and efficient throughout the meal. I've seen some reviews mention poor service, but that wasn't my experience at all. The service felt pretty typical of a Vietnamese restaurant to me: quick, straightforward, and efficient. I can see how that style may come across differently if you're not used to it, but everyone was kind and we had a great experience. We ordered the Banh It Ram and Bun Bo Hue. The Banh It Ram was amazing. I love how generously they fill the banh it, while the banh ram underneath stays crisp without being too thick. The textures feel really balanced. With Banh It Ram getting more attention online lately, I'm honestly surprised I don't see Quan Hy mentioned more often. The Bun Bo Hue was just as memorable. The broth was incredibly flavorful, and I liked that the chili was served on the side so you could adjust the spice level yourself. Parking is in a fairly busy plaza, so availability really depends on when you visit. It was really nice coming back after so long and finding the food still so consistent. I can definitely see myself continuing to return to Quan Hy.

Out of curiosity, I decided to ask one of customer in line, what's the community? I was informed this is their buy one get one free deal BOGO. I joined the line because i want to try out the coffee. 20 mins in and I began notice every waiting faces doesn't look happy :) Then i found out that some of customers had already been waiting for more than 45 minutes. Geez. It's none of my business to question anyone else's times but If you are willing to wait any longer than 45 minutes to stand in line for a cup of coffee. There must be something wrong. Then I also noticed their male cashier was ignoring the awaiting customers in line, step aside and made coffee for their "friend" customers so those "special customers" wouldn't have to wait in line like anyone else. That is a deal breaker imo. I requested a refund and was out of there as fast i can and will probably not return anytime soon.

Unfortunately, my actual experience did not quite match what I had expected from the reviews and promotions. I ordered the Beef Stew Noodle Soup, and my husband ordered the Roasted Duck Noodle Soup. For me, the broth was very light and lacked flavor. If I'm being completely honest, it tasted quite bland. The beef was also very tough and did not have much seasoning or aroma. It tasted more like plain boiled beef than beef stew. The roasted duck itself was actually pretty good and had decent flavor, but the broth did not complement the duck at all. It almost felt like the duck and the soup belonged to two completely different dishes. It is a little difficult to describe, but the flavors just did not come together. On the positive side, the service was friendly, attentive, and quick. The restaurant is not very large, and the dining area did not feel especially open or spacious. I can imagine that it may feel quite crowded on busy weekends. Parking, however, is very convenient and spacious since the restaurant is located in a shopping center with a supermarket. Overall, the service was good, but unfortunately the food did not live up to my expectations, especially the broth.
