The ambience is awesome: there is a beautiful view of the marina and when the weather is good, they will keep the doors open, so the fresh air comes in. The area is fairly calm and great for a day date... or any eating occasion. The lunch special, on weekdays from Monday-Friday, 11am- 3pm, offers any pho, with either 2 spring rolls or 2 eggrolls and a fountain drink. I usually pay a few extra dollars more to get the Thai tea. Still a great deal! Service is courteous and kind. May be a little slow if it's busy, but with this view- who really minds? I got the vegetable one, which was clear and light. The dish came with lots of noodles and veggies, and tofu which was crisped well! The view is just of a bunch of boats on the water. So it's not like you are having dinner by the ocean.
