Such a hidden gem! Tried the fried rice party tray and it hit the spot! The staff were super kind and really are the best! I am a cilantro fan, so I liked the little touch of adding cilantro stems instead of cutting it into small pieces. If you don't like cilantro you don't have to worry about accidentally eating it. They were super sweet and patient when we ordered the try and are truly the best. Give them a try if you're in the area or you're looking to cater for your next party or event! read more

I think they are trying and its good to see a Pho place close to my house. The few times I have been there the service varied. The 1st time we got a energetic young guy who was happy to be a server. A couple times now I have got an older lady who is harder to read, she also disappears in back for long periods and that can be annoying when you need a water refill or have a question. Last time I was there I waited a long time for my bill and then she stood at the counter for me to come pay? It felt odd because I know she saw my wallet out and I was waiting, I gathered my things to go to her counter and pay. For me stuff like that will lower the tip. Waiting a long time for a simple water refill is frustrating too. (all comes off the tip) Over all the food is fair, the metal chairs and metal spoons are a bit odd for me too. I like soup on cold days and you can expect a very cold metal chair to sit in, then the metal spoon gets VERY hot if you leave it in the hot soup so I have something extra to worry about when I eat. Poor service and fair food and those little metal quirks are enough for me to drive a little further. Id like to hit them up for a Cafe Sua Da but the one time I went in for just a coffee seemed to annoy them so its not really a coffee option either. read more

The pho is good. We always get the brisket. Pho is gluten free. Large portion of noodles. Fresh basil yum! Spring rolls are good too. I can't have the sauce as it's not gluten free. Quick service when ordering pick up. Prices are comparable to most other Pho restaurants. We have been coming here for years and have been a little disappointed since it changed from Pho B to Pho Hello. Still good but not as good as it used to be and not sure what changed. read more

This place is a hidden gem on the corner of Adams & Magnolia, next to Smart & Final. Stopped by this place on the way home. First time visit. I had a takeout. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I had the pho with meatballs. The pho broth was very tasty and the meatballs were so good. Parking was easy. You should try this place when you are in the neighborhood. Yum yum . I'll be back! read more

We were waiting for services to be competed at Jiffy Lube, and decided to walk over to Starbucks for a drink -- instead we spotted this Pho restaurant and decided to get food. Service was fast and friendly. Ambiance is nothing fancy, but it's clean and nice inside. The shrimp rolls and the shrimp pho both tasted delicious! They even brought a small pitcher of water with lemons in it. We would definitely come again when back in the area :) read more

Pretty decent Pho place and it was cool how they give you the beef bone for the pho dac biet. Menu had english translation so made it easier for non-vietnamese readers. I often love the bone from pho especially when I get it at home and have the bone marrow and all that but the one given at this restaurant may need more time in the pot because it just did not have enough of the pho flavor and was also slightly pinkish. Went around 8ish on a Saturday night and about half an hour later it became packed. Probably because it is one of the only places that closes later than 9pm, at least from what I was checking on yelp. Anyhow, they have more than just pho so that's great. Easy parking. I wouldn't necessarily come back because it was pretty standard but worth a try. Looked like they also do take out really well. Anyhow, decent place to get a bowl of pho. read more

I was pleasantly surprised at how yummy this pho was! I don't like to try new pho places bc I'm so picky with pho but we were in area and I was super hungry! The place didn't have anyone in there besides us so I was nervous lol We ordered the #1 with the steak, short rib, tendon and meatball and split it to see how it was before ordering anything else. It came quick with a very friendly owner who we chatted with most of our dinner. I always know if it's a good broth if I don't need to add much hoison or sriracha and I only added a little to enhance the already yummy flavor! We ended up getting full sharing it and we're both very happy with how good it was! My fav pho place shut down so now we have our new spot! Would definitely recommend!! read more

It's ok. Solid option for Vietnamese grub. Only have had takeout. Brisket Pho, Filet Mignon Pho, Pho Ga. All pretty solid. Good amount of the usual condiments - sprouts, basil, peños, limes. Base broth is good. A little pricey, comparatively speaking. They are solid on the accuracy of their takeout orders. We will continue to grab food from here. It's a good local spot. read more

It is located in a strip mall in Huntington Beach at the corner of Beach and Main. A very busy intersection. There is parking in front of the restaurant. They have a handicap ramp. When you walk in, you'll get seated right away and the server will bring you a glass bottle of Alkaline water. Nice touch! The menu is simple and on point. They offer all the main traditional Vietnamese dishes. For starters, we ordered the crispy veggie egg rolls which comes with 4 egg rolls, the summer rolls with shrimp which also comes in 4 pieces. As a main course, we got 2 shrimp pho's with vegan broth (yes they brought back the vegan broth) Thank you Amy It is light and goes really well with the shrimp. Make sure to add lots of fresh basil for a flavor boost. And we also got the house garlic prawns which comes with either steam rice or garlic noodles as well as steamed brocoli. Everything is delicious. The Pho noodle soup is a must. It is available with different meats and broths with option of thick or thin rice noodles. In my opinion, It is the best. We ordered combination pho and came shortly. Soup is good flavor, we had to loosen the rice noodles bit but cooked ok. Only one thing, I'd like to say I needed to mini dish to mix up hot sauces inside. I don't like to put hot sauces directly and at home we always use(usually set up on the table) small dish for the hot sauces. But overall, we enjoyed pho at Pho Bulous!!

Read the review, saw all the photos and also menu. We had to try this place. We ordered the following items: Drinks: Lychee Lemonade - Excellent and very refreshing.
