Beef steak pho
Timothy H.

I thought they were quite fabulous. I went on a Monday evening. The service was pretty quick. They seem to have a lot of takeout orders . I ordered the beef Pho, pork egg rolls, and a side salad. The fart was made to perfection. The egg rolls were actually those very thin fried rice paper, so I was very happy. Lastly, the salad is a salad. How can you go wrong? It was nice and clean inside very pleasant and the staff were very friendly and attentive. If I'm back near Dfw, I will definitely go back..

I went on a Tuesday evening and it was pretty slow. Had the option to sit wherever I'd like and was attended to immediately. I'm not a huge Asian food eater but I was tired of the same ol same ol fast food and it trying to eat SOMEWHAT more healthier. My experience with Pho/Ramen doesn't extend past oodles n noodles in a cup lol. With that being said, this was fairly decent. The texture of the noodles have more texture than the soggy noodles I'm used to. The broth reminded me of the broth you get at hibachi restaurants, full of flavor. The chicken was nothing special. It had a sweet sauce (possibly hoisin) on it but not much flavor or juiciness in the chicken itself. It was fairly priced as the meal came out to $25. The egg and the salad (comes with a sweet vinaigrette type dressing) was pretty good. They have a lot of items on the menu. I am not into sushi but that is available if it's your thing. I'm going to go back and try a few more items as it was worth a second visit, close to home, and moderately priced.

The picky toddlers approved of this spot! We had Pho, sweet n Sour Chicken, Spring Rolls, and Viet Coffee. The Pho had a great amount of meat, mild broth flavor, and all the usual trimmings. The SNS Chicken was good, with fresh veggies! Staff was attentive and it was a chill casual environment. I would return to try other items for sure! They had quite a few menu choices! The Tom Yum Pho def sounds interesting! They also have a happy hour and full bar! You know it's a good happy hour when the plants are getting the Crown Royal nutrients!

Spicy Beef Pho

This is some of the best spicy beef pho I've ever had for sure. They were very generous with the amount of meat as well. The service was quick and very friendly. The restaurant was very clean and the ambiance is super cool with 4 TVs showing various sports. I'll be back very soon. Delicious!

Great food but terrible customer service. I'd rather have food from a company who's service compliments their meals.

Not sure if the owner changed from Hot Bowl, but this new staff is so on top of it and friendly. The chicken spring rolls are super tasty.

There's not a bad seat in the house, where you can't see what's going in so definitely a plus. Food was okay. They hit the mark on their appetizers! We all enjoyed the waffle cheese fries, mozzarella logs, & boudin balls. My friends had the lemon butter chicken, both said the flavor was good but that the chicken was a bit dry, they did enjoy the cheese corn grits. Pasta alfredeaux, my friend thought it could use more seasoning. I had the cajundilla, it's a heavy entree. There's a lot of flavors in there but they needed more than just onions to bring some freshness to it. I did enjoy the red beans & rice that they came with. Seemed like the sides were better than the main part of each entrée. Cleanliness 4/5, nothing is ever going to be perfect but the restroom needed more attention than what it had been given & our seats where kinda "eh" upon being seated. Staff & service, 5/5. Excellent! Shantiva was our waitress. She was attentive, polite, patient, & was knowledgeable about the menu. Great personality! Really any staff member we interacted with was super nice including the hostess & the servers that helped being our food out. Easy to pay by QR code, very convenient. Prices are fair, with lots to choose from on the menu. Overall a good experience!

We asked for the check, and was told there was a "corporate situation" where we had to leave a review to receive the bill. I couldn't believe it, so I repeated, "we have to leave a review just to get the bill???" The answer was yes. Our bill was being held hostage. We were stunned as our waiter told us we'd "get points for reviewing" (not restaurant points btw, these are Google points) and pressured us to scan the QR code and stood there watching to make sure we had put 5 stars on everything. When he saw I was hesitant to do so, he said just one of us could do the review to get the bill. This is unbelievable business practice and extremely uncomfortable. For this reason alone, I cannot recommend this establishment and will not be returning.

For an appetizer, we enjoyed the ceviche along with the complimentary chips and salsa. One of the best parts of having a cocktail and appetizer here is the authenticity of the flavors. The margaritas were made with fresh ingredients instead of syrupy mixes, which made a huge difference. The Ceviche ($14) was made with pez dorado (mahi-mahi), tomato, lime, jalapeños, onion, and avocado. The lime really enhanced the freshness of the mahi-mahi, making this late lunch one I'd happily have again. I'm excited to try out more of the menu! Our waiter, John, acted like he did not want to be there. It took for ever to order and longer still to get our food. My wife asked for limes for her water three times before he brought lemons. I order the tri-tip and chicken. Asked for BBQ on the side not on the meat. Yet, it had BBQ sauce on it anyway. I also asked for a side salad before my meal. I never got it. The salad ended up on our bill and when I asked for it to be removed he acted like it was an inconvenience and didn't apologize or anything. I tip him 20% out of kindness but he deserved zero!!! The ribs were mostly bones with very little meat and definitely not worth the $15.99 price. The slaw underneath was dry and felt more like plain lettuce than coleslaw. If I had been closer, I would've returned it immediately. On the positive side, the large pepperoni pizza was really good. It had plenty of pepperoni and was much better than the ribs. It is a bit overpriced for pizza that isn't fully custom, but quality-wise, it was solid. Bottom line: the pizza was a win, but do not order the ribs.
