So my husband and I have thought about ordering from this place for a while but just... Never did? So as I was lurking on GH attempting to find something new to have for dinner I decided why the heck not, right? I ordered the salmon teriyaki with steamed veggies and an egg roll. My husband ordered the chicken katsu with the macaroni salad and an egg roll. My salmon was delicious! My only issue was with the steamed veggies because there were snap peas and the stems were not removed. And I suppose a little more teriyaki sauce wouldn't have hurt. Either way we will be ordering from them again. Oh, and my husband really liked the macaroni salad but didn't like the katsu sauce which he put all over his chicken without tasting first so that may just be on him. Looking for something to eat for lunch and came across this establishment. Nothing complex and potential for good lunch. A quick scan of the menu and decided to select a combination lo mein for the menu price of $13.99. Okay, a little high but I get it, inflation has been rough for many folks. Put in my order and came time to pay and was told it was $25!?!? Did I experience some time warp? Talk about inflation! Being with others, I did not want to create a scene but was told combination charged $4 per meat so $12 extra for combination! Again being with others I paid but this false advertisment needs to be told. While they thought they were getting a few more dollars with this bait and switch tactic, they have lost a customer. Just not good business sense and quite frankly stupid strategy. Okay so what about the taste. If you are going to play dirty tricks like what I experienced then no surprise the quality of ingredients were cheap. So I give this a 2 star where I need to be not only psycho hungry but also just psycho AND someone else is paying because I dont want to pay double again. We were visiting from out of town and my son wanted sushi. This was the closest place to our hotel that was open at the time. It was late. We arrived and asked to see a sushi menu- the guy said they stopped serving sushi 8 YEARS AGO! Someone needs to take all those sushi menu photos down on Yelp! This was my first visit. There was no customers other than me. I'll start with no one was even in sight for the first five minutes or so that I was there. And they were simple ...super basic questions...he knew which was fried and which was grilled. Ok that was some helpful...but thats all the info he had...moving on. It took forever. Again, I'm the only one here and there were no phone calls , etc. They hand me my order--chicken teriyaki plate made just like normal; no modifications. I asked for a side of sweet and sour sauce with my order upon placing it. He said they had it but looked at me like I was insane when I asked for it. Didn't get it. Also--ZERO teriyaki sauce on the whole damn plate. I am used to this post covid no one gives a d@m# about their business, customer service or the product they put out, and this was a shining example of all of that; so I check my order before leaving. I brought this to his attention and he just argued with me but didn't bother to look at the food. Dude I can tell that its cooked dry no sauce im not stupid. He then ignored me and left me to figure it out by myself so I had to walk around looking for random squeeze bottles of condiments at random tables because he is too lazy to return them back to the counter like they should be and I had to assemble my own food cause it wasn't done properly the way it is advertised. Oh yeah and no sweet n sour sauce either although he said they had it and they serve sweet n sour chicken so....thats kinda a key component in that dish, so im thinking they probably do have it but he's too lazy to grab it in the 20 minutes he had nothing else to do but play with his phone. Solid teriyaki bowl joint. While the menu is quite large I went for the regular chicken teriyaki bowl. Might try the spicy version next trip. The white rice was moist, sticky and piping hot. Served in top was grilled chicken and diced scallions. The chicken is glazed in teriyaki sauce. You take your bowl or plate back to your seat and there are bottles of teriyaki sauce do you to add as much or as little as you'd like. There's also ginger sauce and a sesame sauce that are available to add to your dish. Teriyaki is excellent and ginger was good too. Plenty to eat, portions are big. For $7 it was worth it. Unfortunately the soda machine was down but they had cold cans of side for $1. There was an iced tea machine as well. I did see there were plates so you'd get teriyaki chicken was a side of rice and a small salad. I drove by & thought I should stop in. I ordered a # 9 Chicken & Short Rib combo as well as a chicken Yakitori. The interior was very clean & looking into the kitchen, I was shocked they actually took the time to follow thru on cleaning the stainless steel fridges, grills & backings (back splash). As viewed in the two photo that I posted, both the combo meal & yakitori came out beautifully & smelled intoxicating. The chicken yakitori was perfect & the sauce light but heavenly. As for the combo meal, its really wowed me. The short ribs were perfect & a bit spicy kind of like Chinese mustard. Chicken was grilled & lightly seasoned but since a spicy sauce & one teriyaki sauce were included you could decide which flavor you prefer. I liked both! Pleasantly suprised by this place! Not only did they have boba tea but they have a HUGE selection of menu items. I got the chicken teriyaki plate with 2 egg rolls and steamed rice. The chicken was perfectly cooked, moist and tender. The egg rolls were some of the best I have had, crispy outside and just the right amount of mushy inside. The rice was steamed well. I also got a coconut milk tea with boba pearls, the tea was very flavorful and the pearls were the perfect amount of squishy goodness. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some good Asian fusion food in the area :) read more

I liked the fried rice, salad and egg roll that came with the meal. I really liked the flavor of the chicken (sweet and tangy spicy), however, it was more breading than chicken. My husband got a grilled teriyaki chicken meal that I liked a bit more. I haven't given up on this place, I just may not go back for any fried items. This is my go-to spot, I really enjoy their food. It's always been flavorful and delicious, and *always* fresh. The only things I wish they had is an online ordering option since I order from here about once a week. We usually get the beef teriyaki plate, chicken yakisoba, and the orange chicken happy meal. Tried this place because my boyfriend wanted to try their kimchi fries . He said it was okay compared to LA's burger kimchi fries. Milk tea is bad, they prob use the powder form of it; the boba was horrible. It was really hard and tasted like it was weeks old. I had the spicy pork teriyaki bento with macaroni salad and a regular side salad. Everything tasted good. I really liked the spicy pork! My boyfriend got the spicy chicken teriyaki and he really enjoyed it! The only thing I wouldn't recommend is there bubble teas. But the food is good. Egg roll was pretty basic with meat & cabbage filling. Mac salad was different with chopped apples & grapes. Pleasant & refreshing. I didn't try any of the beef but the shrimp was cooked well & flavorful. Wings were pretty basic but they were a really good deal for 10 wings. Kimchi fries were BOMB. I'm picky with kimchi cuz I don't like it too funky. Fries were topped with pork, kimchi, fries onions & this spicy mayo sauce. So good. The cashier was super nice and gave me samples of all their sauces for dipping - teriyaki, spicy mayo, ginger sauce, ranch & sriracha. Will def come back to try other items.
