Charbroiled pork chop with egg
Joan J.

Visiting from out of town and this was within walking distance from the hotel. We were greeted and sat right away. The ambiance was very casual but it was so loud. They had the television turned up and it was pretty busy in there as well. I ordered the charbroiled pork chop with egg and my daughter had the round eye pho. The pork was very flavorful and the egg cooked perfectly. The pho was very rich in beef flavor but greasy. Also ordered some fried egg rolls but forgot to take a picture. They were overcooked and slightly burnt but still delicious.

Idk but it was hella good

Simple and Good. Plethora of menu items to choose from. Food freshly made and came out quick. Large portions for a good price. Service was great! Left full and happy.

Combination Beef Pho with extra meatballs!

This place has amazing Pho!! Their regular size is most places large size! They also have a large and a baby size pho! The regular was plenty for me. At $14.99 for a combination beef Pho... added extra meatballs for extra $1.99... their price point is great! The rich beef broth is the best I have had in all of north Austin! The staff is nice and friendly and for a quaint place there is plenty of seating and there's photos of Vietnam and art on the walls. This is a place I will be frequenting at least once a week coming from the west side of Austin the drive is worth it for the Pho!!!

Great food - fresh ingredients, flavorful broth, fresh spring rolls - out standing noodles. Best Pho near 35/45 IMO - small shop but worth it. Small parking lot. Great for lunch!

Visiting from Chicago, first time in Austin, stayed right next door to this restaurant at the Hilton. We ate here 3 times!!! Not my first time having Pho, but it was one of the best pho I have had. This place is authentic and delicious. The pho was amazing, the smoothies were delicious, the spring rolls to die for! The staff were very attentive and kind. They were great at suggesting items on the menu and they were happy to describe food items when we needed clarification. The restaurant itself was very clean, it was not a wanna be fancy and aesthetic place, which I can appreciate because that speaks a lot to why the place continues to stay open and stays busy. Because the food is amazing. They had a space for Karaoke, which I assume can be a hit for the weekends! I still look back at this place and wish I could go back again to Austin just for this place.

First time ever Pho experience! The staff was super helpful with recommending what to order and explaining how to customize. Such a great chill local spot. The beef and broth was hot and fresh and food came out super fast.

Pho with Combination of Assorted Meats aka Pho Dac Biet, $13

The Pho is pretty good here, broth has flavor and they give you more meat than other places. Stingy with the herbs though. Ambiance is your typical Vietnamese restaurant (aka don't expect customer service beyond receiving your food).

The pho tai here is great!! While I can't speak to the other menu options, the pho was great and I will definitely be back. Portion size is large and filling. Service was also fantastic and the food came out quickly

Receipt upon check out

they are automatically charging tip to take out orders now. they don't ask or let you know. very shady.

Our favorite Vietnamese restaurant both in terms of food and service. The 32 is our favorite as are the best-in-town spring rolls.

I have been here for both lunch and dinner and it is pretty busy during both times, so clearly it is popular. I tried the Pho Please pho and the mi kho dry egg noodles. The pho was fine but nothing really stood out. It tasted good enough but did not have that depth or richness that makes you crave pho again. The mi kho dry egg noodles were also pretty mid and honestly lacked flavor. It felt like something was missing and I kept wanting to add more to make it pop. I also got the brown sugar milk tea, which I actually really liked. It was very sweet, which worked for me, but some of my friends thought it was way too sweet for their taste. Definitely something to keep in mind if you prefer lighter drinks. You order at the counter and the food comes out pretty fast, which is nice when it is busy.

But it also has egg and scallions and pate; overall the combo is satisfying. Separate from takeout, we decided to go for an early dinner. Their Crab Vermicelli Stir Fry is surprisingly sweet, with sweetness as a prominent flavor. It features plenty of crab bits. I also grabbed a Skillet Combo. It came with two runny side up eggs, pate, two types of cured pork, beef gravy, and a handful of cilantro. The baguette came on the side, as did the mixed salad of lettuce and tomato. The salad had some dried shrimp, fish sauce, and a slightly sweet dressing. The restaurant itself is located in the Chinatown Center on N Lamar. It's a small corner shop. Lots of mirrors and glass. The staff are friendly enough. Unfortunately, they've closed, and it looks like another restaurant will be opening up in its place. The situation leaves me unsure about where to go to satisfy savory sticky rice cravings.
