Pho wasn't bad at all, it was good and the to go portion is plenty ! My review focuses more on the service. We weren't greeted when we walked in just told where to sit. Took a while to get our food, we were not checked up on once to see how we were doing. We waited and waited for the check , the servers were staring at us, it was obvious we needed help. If I could I'd give zero stars. Order two sandwiches, menu said $3.75 each was charged $9.18 when asked why she said tax. So as I sat and waited for my food I was doing the math to add the tax and couldn't come up with $9.18. I asked for the bill when she gave me my food to see what I was charged. They charged me $4.22 a piece then tax. I told her the menu shows $3.75. Her response was the price went up so I told her she should have told me that when I asked and showed her the price in the menu. Sorry was her response. I'm not going to say the service is incompetent, with how often they get my orders wrong. I think it is more of a language barrier, being that their English language skills of their servers is often so poor. The food is mediocre at best. While eating, there is usually an upset looking server walking past the tables, barking something out in Vietnamese. The servers tend to be rather blunt, even border line rude. My wife likes some of the food here, but after another poor experience there tonight, I think I am swearing off of this place forever. read more

Im Vietnamese and I like this place. Theres also one in San Jose and the menu is exactly the same. I`ve tried looking for good Pho places when I moved to Riverside and I couldn`t find any but Pho Ha (thanks to Yelp). The food was quick and the price was decent (my bill came out to 19 for 2 people). They put a good amount of meat in your pho unlike some other places. I would come back anytime. The Pho Tai Nam Gau is my favorite and spring rolls on the side too. The Vietnamese Iced Coffee with Condensed Milk is yummy! Their Pho Broth is always consistent in taste and we enjoy coming here. What is great they are open really late on Fridays and Saturdays. read more

Love this place!! I'm from Monterey Park where we have Pho everywhere, and when I tried this place it was like being back home

3.5 stars, really. I love their food. Order anything on their menu and it'll come out looking good, tasting fresh, and will be very satisfying (my favorites are any of the bun, pho, and clay pot). The only reason why I don't give them more stars, is because they have really slow and unfriendly service. I understand that they are busy, but every single time I arrive, there's only 1 waiter to service the entire floor. I have to stand by the cashier to finally pay. And God forbid you try to order something to go, because the one time I did, it took so long, I had to ask for my money back. I will go back, and I usually come here if I'm going to the Tyler mall - but just be prepared for the lack of service. Enjoy your food and ignore the staff. read more

Great soup here, especially on cold days. I always get their vegetable soup...I believe it's #73 on their menu, with their vegetable broth, and I always request it without noodles, and EXTRA veggies! It's amazing, healthy, and not expensive! Fills me up quite nicely, and i'm 6'0 at 200lbs. I recently tried their Taro Boba, and it was quite delicious as well. My only complaint would be their staff, they are kind of quite, and it's also hard to understand them due to the language barrier. So just make sure THEY understand what you are ordering, and make sure YOU understand what they you are ordering, and everything should be good. The place is usually packed, but they do their best to accommodate as soon as possible. Their parking lot is usually full as well. Good food, but busy! I wasn't too impressed, to be honest. I was recommended this place by a friend of mine who is Vietnamese, so I figured it must be good. Everyone knows it's against the humanity law to recommend an ethnic food of your ethnicity that isn't amazing. Well, law was broken last night. The food isn't bad! It just wasn't amazing either. I've had way better pho at the local place I go to down the street from my house. My seafood pho had 3 of the smallest shrimp I've ever see , with some imitation crab and 2 small fish cakes. It was lackluster. My husband got teriyaki chicken and it was straight up the smallest chicken I've ever seen. He said it tasted decent but nothing spectacular. And, I'd be giving more stars if their service wasn't terrible. The "hostess" was, honestly, not nice at all. I almost tripped over her when she walked directly in front of me and then stopped suddenly. She then abruptly set our water glasses down and walked away without saying anything or asking if we wanted anything else to drink. Took about 15 minutes of waiting for anyone else to approach us or to take our food order and she was also abrupt. I would understand if they had a ton of customers but they didn't. I'm sad and disappointed to know that when it comes to customer service they look angry but they're kind to their own kind in other words they are nice to Asian people but not nice to other people that are different I'm not trying to be racist but it kind of sounds like they are trying to be racist especially how the communicate with us like I said in my point of view is don't rush no one is forcing you to go fast and the sad part about them is they don't greet you with a smile they greet you with the sincere by saying please eat and leave to which kind of caught me off-guard. I live around the quarter and wanted something different than what is surrounding Pho Ha. I called and placed a order for take out and picked it up 10 mins later. The dinning area is clean and there are alot of pictures of the food thety serve. I ordered two vietnamese sandwhiches and some spring rolls. The rolls were ok and the sandwich is your typical that you would get from anyother vietnamese resturant. I paid $1350 for two sandwiches and the spring rolls. I would try their pho next time and dine in. Try it if you are in the area or live close by the tyler mall. If you live further I am sure you have one closer that is the same. read more

for the price paid, best pho place in rivvy. bar none. one of my vietnamese friends from college brought me here and i haven't looked back. the pho is essentially the reason i go here, but their other dishes e.g. vermicelli bowls, pork dishes, etc. are also tasty. the pho is seasoned very well, with the must-need fat bubbles skimming across the top. the quality is really good for the prices. i've tried different meat combinations of their pho but i usually always go back to the combo of rare beef, brisket, tendon, and tripe. great taste combo with the tendon and tripe to bring in a different texture. favorite dishes: pho, summer rolls, shrimp cake appetizer, and beef stew w/ french roll. read more

I felt like I was being ignored when I was eated it took a waiter 15 minutes to come to place my order on top of that he had a snobby attitude I ordered the seafood Pho soup.
