Well, I come to this place quite a bit. Although my first time eating Vietnamese food was within the last three years, i think it's pretty good and the portions are large! I would've given this place 4 or 5 stars however I am not the only one who has experienced a HAIR in my spring roll and that happened last week... But the food is/was good. Now it grosses me out knowing that I had a hair in my food so I wonder if in the past I ate hair there and never realized it, ew. I love pho. I originally came from Orange County and had plenty of access to Little Saigon and this is the best place I've been to outside of there. The service is alright,, they get the food to you timely enough, but the pho is excellent. its right next to the Tyler mall so rather than spend an arm and a leg on mediocre food court food you can just stroll down to Pho Ha for some nice cheap Vietnamese food. read more

I'm not a expert of pho. It's just hot soup and noodles. Nothing special. However the service is lacking. I got served only two times. Once when she gave me the menu. Second, when she me my food. No other times did they come by and see how you are doing or nothing. No one even came by and gave me refill on water. Come on people, its water. I had to go to the cashier and ask for my check. My favourite pho joint closest to Riverside. It's got the best broth, it isn't nearly as oily as other places, and it isn't as expensive, unless you get the Bo Luc Lac, which is what I ended up getting. The pho is other noodles are pretty good (considering they're a Vietnamese restaurant in the Inland Empire, which isn't a cultured or industrialized county, whatsoever). It's considerably tasty and flavourful. The rare beef pho doesn't come with rare beef, and that's always a little disappointing. Though the beef was still delicious. It's sliced thin, slightly chewy but a morsel to devour in your pho. They give you lots of lime if you ask. The Bo Luc Lac (cubed beef rice dish) came out on a sizzling platter. Never had it like that and I don't prefer it, either. Too showy for such a simplistic dish. And I think it was too hot for my liking. The onions, though. Still so crunchy even after being fried like crazy on that platter of intensely searing hot oil. The beef was a bit salty. And there were odd flavours I couldn't detect. But it still had the consistency of the usual Bo Luc Lac dish. I just wouldn't pay $9.50 for it. The service is terrible here. Sat around for a server to come give us water, not even take our order, but give us water for nearly ten minutes. And it took even longer for them to even care that we were ready to order. Vietnamese people. If it weren't for the delicious pho, or rather, my mad-cravings-for-moderately-good-pho-considered-to-be-delicious-by-default-because-it's-in-Riverside, then I'd never come back here. But the pho alone is worth it and worth the four stars. read more

Delicious! This is close to school for me, decided to try it one night. It was great. Like any Pho restaurant. The place is not that clean. But hey like they say a dirtier restaurant means a good restaurant (sometimes) in this case it was. Service is friendly and nice. Their boba is pretty good too especially their Thai Iced Tea. Pho was great!!! Egg rolls AMAZING!!!! Like seriously maybe the best egg rolls I've ever had in my life. Yes they give you the lettuce and mint to roll up with them if you like... Pho was lovely, warm, and comforting. Delicious!!! Only complaint. People it was 87 degrees outside today. Please turn on the A/C. I am giving 5 starts for service and food. I am not picky when it comes to pho. I want something that is quick and good. We were instantly greeted and our waiter couldn't speak the best English, yet he understood exactly what we were asking for. Its a typical Vietnamese place. The waiter was really good with my three year old asking him for fries every chance she got. I got the seafood pho with rice noodles and it hit the spot. The noodles were not soggy and the portion was really large. The price was really good and it came out within 10 minutes of me ordering it. They had spoons and chopsticks at my disposal instead me having to ask for whichever one I wanted. My husband ordered steak and fried rice. I cant remember exactly what it was called. When it came out it was still sizzling. My husband is not a picky eater either. The fried rice was tasty and not over cooked. He got a side of terayki chicken for my 3 year old and they both loved it. All in all it was clean and quick. Taste was good. We will defanitly be coming back again! read more

This is an excellent Vietnamese restaurant. I've eaten at a lot of Vietnamese places in Garden Grove and Little Saigon, so I was not expecting to find good pho in Riverside, but the pho here rivals the best I've had. This place has horrible customer service. Came here on a Sunday night with my family and the place was packed. I asked the waiter how long the wait was and I was totally ignored. Ok no problem, maybe she didn't quite hear me. I asked her again when she came back around to the front and without even looking at me in the eye or giving me any sort of acknowledgment she told me "hold on". That was enough. It was nice to see that the service here is quite good for a pho place. Since my boyfriend and I moved to Riverside from San Bernardino, we had to find a new pho place and the pho here always hits the spot. A good place to go to for some pho in Riverside. Their bbq pork is also good. I would say that this place is a hit or miss, more hits than misses. The service is okay as well. It's not that they're not nice, because they try really hard to be courteous and friendly to all their customers. But if the signs says Pho, then order the Pho. food: 3/5 The pho is above average. The pho also has msg, but not a lot. This place has so many tasty options, i wish i could work there :) I always order Pho Ap Chao which are Vietnamese rice noodles smothered in a savory sauce with some super delicious vegies on top, and if you love meat on your viet dishes you can get beef also on top of your dish. To finish off the meal i like get an ice - cold fruit smoothie, there are various fruit options ranging from strawberry, mango, durian(heart) When you get your bill after you feel satisfied that you just ate an amazing meal for the right price! They count the pieces seafood, chicken, or meat! 3 - 4 pieces to large bowl of soup. If I wanted just broth I would have asked for it. This place used to rock, now they have raised their prices and truly cut short on quality and quantity.
