Very good food and the price is very reasonable. If you love Vietnamese food, this is the place to go.

BOMB.COM!! Today I've had a bad stomach ate so I order some pho. Literally it's been 30 minutes and gone. All there food is great! Great customer service as well! read more

I'm glad this place opened cause the quality of the food is actually good and fresh. I had the beef vermicelli noodles and has good flavor. The beef is marinated well and the fish sauce is perfect. Many places tend to water it down and make it very bland. So for the sauce here , a little bit goes a long way! I also tried their dessert called Che 3 Mau and I was so amazed how good it was especially the red bean topping inside of it. Many places I've tried in Riverside area has the beans or toppings inside hard and undercooked. The ones they have here is cooked to perfect softness and enough sweetness even after the ice melts. I even had to add some water myself to make it less sweet at the end! Definitely going to be coming here more often and hits the spot when I'm craving for some good Vietnamese food! read more

We had a large group and arrived at lunch time, the interior was nice and clean. The ladies who serve us was very nice and helpful. The food is great, portions are huge, you are definitely getting your money worth here, the Com Bo Luc Lac had a greqt favor, wouldn't mind ordering it again. read more

Food was DELICIOUS but taro smoothie was awful, tasted like powder and I am a big taro fan.

This is my first time here. It's a nice clean place the temperature inside was nice the food was delicious. I am still partial to Pho Vinam but my wife and I will definitely come here again. Service is typical of any Pho restaurant. read more

Great new Vietnamese restaurant by the Ucr plaza. Ample parking spaces directly by the restaurant. We love the different varieties of food options. No need to drive out to Orange county for Vietnamese food and desserts. It is so easy to place an order with lots of picture menus. The food was delicious and the service was good. The price is decent, not overpriced. read more

If you are looking to try UNWASHED vegetables this is the place to go. Enough said. Im not even going to go into the poor service and the neglect of their customers. read more

Since my initial review of Pho Ha #7 on its opening day, I have returned six times for more of their delicious Vietnamese cuisine. I have not been disappointed. Most of my nuclear family are, after all, Vietnamese! So when I go there, I usually take the family. The food is always terrific. Perhaps even better is the feeling I get just being there. Nice ambiance; spacious dining area, and colorful decor, soft music. I have become a regular. Manager Daniel Nguyen and his wife Ruby treat me like family. It is always a pleasant experience. I am amazed that this restaurant, in spite of nearby competition, has jumped out to become the predominant Vietnamese restaurant in Riverside. read more

Place is legit. They have the best pho and no one comes even close! I'm a regular at the Temecula location but gave this one a try today and was very happy. Service is excellent. I won't eat pho anywhere else, period. read more

Food was good, free egg roll for checking in,good environment and the pho was cooked perfectly, prices are about 1 dollar under average for a pho bowl,so five stars in my book read more

Honestly the best pho place you'll have in the Riverside area. The decor is so welcoming, and the service is always superb. Our waitress Tien was so attentive with our order and double checked multiple times to make sure the order was inputted correctly. She checked up on us a lot of times, and was always refilling our waters. GREAT HELP. read more

Not too bad, good service, pho was good, fresh sprouts, clean, kind a splitting image of the other store by Tyler. Nice they have large pictures of menu items along with their number. I would return. read more

This place was awful. I ordered the standard chicken pho and the chicken tasted spoiled, the broth was diluted and did not taste right. I did not like what I ordered so they gave me another chance to order something (thank you!) however, I did not like their shrimp spring rolls either, but I took them to-go instead of saying that I didn't like the spring rolls that I ordered in replacement of the pho. Everything there tasted old, bland, and watered down. Even their boba was hard/hard to chew. This is the most unsatisfactory pho restaurant in Riverside, California. The customer service was kind by letting me choose something else on their menu, but I could tell they thought I was being rude on purpose - I wasn't. When I looked over at them, I could see their disgust with me because I didn't like what they made for me. They were constantly giving me the nastiest looks. As someone who's worked in the food industry, it's important we don't let our customers see our annoyance no matter the situation. Having been on the receiving end of the dirty looks, I did not feel welcome in the restaurant. I won't be coming back here and I do not recommend this place. I only gave this place two stars because they were nice enough to let me order something else in place of the pho I didn't like. read more

Food is great. Service can improve. They served food and never even walk by our table again.

It took at least 30 minutes to get the food at the table although I asked the waiter twice. The pho is just mediocre.

Not as tasty as other Vietnamese noodle places, but if you're in the mood for something bland, and on hot days when your appetite has flagged, bland is perfect. The cold noodles are nutritious with the lovely julienned veggies, hitting the spot for weak hunger. If you've had cold Japanese somen noodles, you will accept this as a substitute. The vegetable/shrimp spring rolls were absolutely tasteless, even with the yummy peanut dipping sauce, but the feel of the filling had a good feel, and it was mentally satisfying. The combo fried rice was really good, though, and may be worth the visit by itself. Perhaps the fried vermicelli was not as pictured. read more

Came in one evening weekday; place has lots of people. Service fast, pho was good. Took a little time for husband's order since it was grilled meat but he said it was good too. Lots of parking back. read more

Thery are racist they didn't even bring me my food they had me sitting there for way too long as if I didn't order already there was a costumer that they served before me and I've been there patiently waiting I ended up walking out after waiting 40 minutes for my food ! read more

With my 2 visits to Pho Ha #7 the food was delicious so thank you chefs but the hospitality I got from this place was not the best. I just recently moved from LA and I am originally from San Diego. I have ate at Pho places in LA and San Diego, and the hospitality I got eating at the restaurants there is a difference compared to here. When a sever comes up at this restaurant I don't feel like they are happy. Smiling is 100% in customer service. Even when you are having a bad day or it's been a long day. If you open up a business I am sure people know that having a good attitude will effect how the customer will feel from eating at the restaurant. Then if I come up to the counter to ask a question and make eye contact with you, and you look away almost like ignoring I feel it's a chore for them to help you. Last thing the atmosphere from eating here feels tense. I just don't feel like they really want me there. When leaving the restaurant the second time eating here I only heard one server say " have a nice day". It's sad because eating delicious food should be followed with good customer service which is having a good positive attitude and not attitude like you are annoyed with me. No matter what happens in your day or your assumptions about a customer you should always give it your all. Example: smile, ask how the customers days is, and most importantly positivity. The way you come off to you a customer really effects the way they will think of the place. Overall food is delicious and service is ok just needs service to be more friendly cause like I said the way you come off to customers effects how they will think of the place and their experience. read more

The Pho broth here is just okay, I asked for my meat to be rare (tai) but it came to my table completely overlooked and chewy. I asked for another but they refused. I will take my business elsewhere. The two stars is for the speed of which my food came out. read more

Great vegetarian options! I got the veggie Pho but there were a ton of great options to choose from. The pho was wonderful. The atmosphere is nice. It's is easy to get to and Parking is not bad. read more

Great anviance and one of the best Vietnamese restaurant out there. Love the roasted duck pho and the steamed rice pancakes are really good.

This is the very best pho I've ever tasted!!! Excellent customer service, too!!! Highly recommend!!!! read more

The service and presentation could be better, but the food itself (particularly, the pho) is always really good. The portions are large and definitely worth the price. read more

This I'm my favorite pho spot hands down have tried all the other pho resturants in the area but none compare

Best pho!! Great prices, too. I ordered take out, but I was impressed with the size and ambiance of the restaurant when I went inside. It's definitely a place I will return to eat at and continue to order takeout from. The employees were really friendly and attentive, even for just the short time I was there to grab my food (which was ready and waiting for me) and go. This is my new go-to for pho! read more

Easily my go to Pho spot in Riverside. As a UCR student, it's got easy access, good parking, and definitely better pho than the dining hall.

I love pho and this place is a reason why. Amazing food and quick service. Conveniently on my way home, I always stop by for some great food

I won't come back to this place. I ordered to carry out and I was told it could take up to 25 minutes. I placed the call at 5:55 pm when I was on my way and physically waited in the restaurant for 35 more minutes. Upon my arrival, the cashier verified my phone order and collected the money . He told me again" it can take up to 25 minutes" I was waiting for another 25 minutes and asked one of the waiter if my orders were ready. I was told the same thing " up to 15 minutes" When I showed him how long I was told waiting ,he response:" you might call the wrong location " I mentioned to him that the cashier already took my money and confirmed the order. He then changed his story " oh may be up to 30 minutes " He did not bother to walk to the back and check before giving me answers. After all he walked away and never check to see my order was done. Very poor customer services. After 40 minutes I got my order the person handed out to me ( who was the same guy collected my money )without saying thanks or sorry for the long wait. Those people had no skills of customer service. They were rude and have poor manners. Their food was a shame to carry " Pho Ha" brand. First time and last time there. read more

This place is so delicious and employees were really attentive. It has a good vibe and it's definitely my new go-to for pho.

Large selection of pho in a very pleasant environment. They had some sort of eating contest for the pho as well. I'd say that the pho was pretty middle of the road in the sense that it wasn't bad but it also didn't really stand out for me. read more

This is definitely my go to spot for pho in riverside! My bf and I go here up to 3 times a week every week and I will always be loyal to this place. The service is always so friendly and quick and the servers are extremely polite, especially compared to other Asian owned establishments! My go to order is the #16 pho and shrimp spring rolls. So delicious. And the menu has a huge variety, cold noodles, hot soup noodles (there are so many kinds too), rice dishes, fried dishes and such a wide variety of appetizers. I really recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere quick to eat since the food always comes out exceptionally fast. The environment is great with new and fun music, but never too loud where it prevents you from talking to your meal companions. So if you're in the area check it out! read more

Very good lean beef pho. Tasty broth, good service and atmosphere. Seems like always busy place.

The chicken in pho ga is so rubbery and hard to chew but the broth is good. Customer service here is lacking. Probably because of the language barrier between the employees and customers but still, a smile would be nice!! read more

Came down with stomach flu within 24hs of eating here. I suspect the sprouts and basil were handled improperly in the kitchen by an infected person. read more
