It's pretty awesome that we have a Vietnamese restaurant and a place to eat Pho in Longview. While its not the most amazing I have ever had it is pretty darn good! Much better than driving all the way to Portland or Seattle for a little diversity in cuisine! read more

Wow. Where do I begin. As we enter the restaurant I made a quick order because we are in a rush. I came back about 5 to 10 minutes later to add another entrée and the first item but I told her to fire up was not even put in yet. Then we ordered a Bobo too that was so overpowering and it literally taste like perfume. They were kind enough to replace that with another beverage. Then we proceeded to wait 20 minutes for our bowl of photo and the general sows chicken. Received the general sows chicken that was visually coded in chili peppers. And so hot that it was on eatable. Then I proceed to to the counter to explain what's going on. The lady says OK her name is Jennifer. Very very rude to begin with. What do you want me to do about it she says. Then I explained to her I'd like you to make a different dish because this is way too hot. She then proceeded to argue in front of customers with me that general sows chicken is always hot and that's how we make it here. I then asked her would you prefer me to just leave my experience online or would you like to resolve the situation now. She says I don't care leave it on yelp. I am a palled by the service. The food was actually good the file was very good. But if you would like to have her see our faces in your restaurant again and to have us reconsider our review experience. 1st time visit at Pho Ever with my mom. Sandwich was tasty--veggies nice a crunchy, lots of meat. Chicken salad bowl is enough for 2 meals. Will definitely be going back. read more

Food has no flavor, restaurant didn't even have soy/fish sauce to improve the taste. Service was on the slightly ok side, but I had scrounge from table to table to get proper utensils. read more

I came to Logview, Washington from NY for a big computer systems implementation at their local hospital. I'm a HUGE fan of pho, so when a physician I trained told me about this placed I immediately jumped at the opportunity to give it a try. I regretted it immediately. As soon I walked in, I was met with very unfriendly glares and demeanor by the woman in front. I placed my order anyway assuming maybe they weren't used to my presence? *Shrugs* The minute I took my first sip, I literally spit it out. There was soap in my pho. I played around with the broth to make sure it wasn't just me, and you could literally see the soap suds forming. I payed around with it even more and found a maggot casing embedded in the noodles. I didn't even ask for my money back. I just walked out and left my plate at the table. This was back in the summer of 15'. This place presents a dilemma for me: I love the food, but I despise being inside the restaurant. Every time I finish eating there I think, 'I'm never eating here again,' mainly because of the service, which doesn't exist. The young girl that seems to be the only server always looks like she doesn't want to be there. She takes your order, and brings you your food. And that's it. If you need a refill - get it yourself. No words are exchanged, but here body language says: I hate you. I don't hate you young lady, but I am disappointed that management or ownership hasn't done more to train its staff. Maybe this young lady is related to the owners? Anyways, food is good. Price is fair. Service is the worst in town. read more

Very un- authentic...the chef had no idea how to make our Vietnamese coffee so they gave us a cup of regular coffee with a splash of milk ...the seafood pho had great broth ( that's the one star) but they used some sort of rolled up processed food died to look like crab...until you unrolled it in your bowl. They offered the bread on the menu but they didn't know what it was so they gave us a hunk of French bread with our pho...I'll pass next time and go elsewhere! read more

I ordered a N1, A salad bowl, and a #15 pho,(large)... The one with everything in it. This was a to go order I called in. Not joking, it took over half an hour. My large pho was about 60% the size of the in house serving, and very lacking any salt. We've eaten here a few times, It's hit or miss. This time it was a pretty big miss. read more

The place has pretty good food. I ordered the fried rolls as an appetizer and it was amazing. For my entrée I got the Pho with spicy seafood. The soup itself was really good. My only complaint is that there was little seafood. The service was friendly and prompt. read more

This place is quite spendy. I got the chicken rice noodles and the gyoza. The gyoza was delicious, the chicken rice noodles were okay. Definitely not worth the money or the best I've ever had. The staff were friendly and I got my food pretty fast. I think they get away with the price and the mediocrity since this is the only pho place in town. read more

We eat here quite often. I generally get the Pho soup combination, which is spicy beef and pork. I like the fresh condiments it comes with to add to my hot soup when it arrives. The Saigon Chicken is really good, too, and it comes with a fresh salad and really good dressing. I also like the taro root bubble tea. I enjoy the flavors of their food. The waiters are pleasant, and I like the quiet atmosphere. read more

Pho Ever is amazing!!! I go there twice sometime three times a week. I would highly recomend this place to anyone who likes this kind of food. My most three favorites are chicken noodle salad (very refreshing and super delicious), or C9 which is rice noddles w/vegies chicken and rice, OR my MOST FAVORITE is spring rolls they are to die for. The place is kept very well cleaned and the service is fantastic!!! Definately try it out if you haven't done so and hope you like it just as much as I did :) read more

I have ordered the raw beef and tendon Pho several times. It is wonderfully satisfying. It is so good, I haven't had the urge to try anything else yet. I order a large, and have enough left over for another meal. Service is good. They are quick to bring a menu and take my order. The food arrives in a short amount of time. read more
