Longview is a small town and there is not many Pho places. This one is the best because I dont taste n feel any msg in the soup plus it's really clean there. The food taste delicious and the bubble tea is good for a nice hot day. This place is consistently good with great customer service. Ambiance expect to find clean simple setup with nothing overly special about how it looks. It is the cleanest Pho place in the area. Service was quick and easy. TLDR: A M A Z I N G pho, had to physically stop ourselves from eating it was so good, their bulgolgi is very good! Price to amount of food is immaculate, an ample amount of food for the price which is very fair. The service was very quick! Which we really appreciated, the young lady at the counter is so nice! Anyone willing to listen to our shenanigans is always a Gem, but especially someone so friendly and sweet! The broth was light and incredibly flavorful! We had a party of eight, and Haley took care of us. It's a order at the counter find a chair kind of restaurant. She accommodated us very well. We had four kids total and she was helpful. Worst I've ever had. Two soft drinks, two pho bowls, two spring rolls; ALL GROSS. Soft drinks were all flat, watched the waitress continue to sell them even after we told her. Spring rolls were horribly wrapped and bland, peanut sauce was clearly barbecue sauce mixed with peanut butter. Pho was nothing but beef broth poured from a jug mixed with old dry beef. Sent it all back except one spring roll and got refunded except the tip, guess the waitress felt like she still deserved $6 on a $2.50 tab. Slimy as hell thing to do. Will never be back Also, the floors were beyond foul. Looked like someone mopped with a dirty mop. Horrible swirls of dirt everywhere. read more

Maybe not the worst place to go to, but everytime I've eaten here, the food hasn't had much flavor. I tried a noodle salad and it just tastes overwhelmingly sweet with dry meat, and I tried a regular salad and the veggies didn't seem fresh. It was basically raw unseasoned mushrooms and broccoli over iceberg lettuce. Also got sick both times after eating here. I wouldn't recommend. read more

I go here all the time. Totally addicted to pho for some reason in the last month. They close at 8pm now. We rolled in at 715pm and are told we can't dine in after 730pm. Ok?? I discovered this place back in mid 2017 after moving here from So California (Orange County) where there is a huge Vietnamese community in Garden Grove and Fountain Valley. I have eat Pho in several places around Orange County, my favorite is Pho GA, chicken Pho. The first time at this place I ordered a beef disk that I saw being served to another customer. It was OK, not something that I would order again. My second time I ordered my favorite Pho GA. When it was served it didn't smell right and the color of the broth was off, too dark. My first taste told me this isn't Pho GA. Actually what it was was chicken in beef broth. Pho GA is made with chick based broth with totally different spices. As I remember the service was nothing special, but I was so disappointed with the Pho I have never been back. In fact now I ask before ordering Pho GA if the broth is is chicken or beef based, shouldn't have to do that. There is anew place in town called Pho Trang on Commerece I stopped there the other day inquired if their Pho GA was chicken based broth, was told yes. I will be trying it s take out this week. read more

Since there is only one Pho in Longview, I think they are doing all right job. It is a small restaurant, the soup base meets the Asian authentic standard. It is not great but to satisfy an Asian appetite, it is achieved. read more

Some of the best pho I've ever had. I just moved up from Portland and I was so excited to try some small town pho. The best rated pho place was subpar. So I tried the second best rated , pho ever and I quit eating mid bowl to post a review. The broth is wonderful, the veggies are sliced perfectly. I get chicken broth with veggies and noodles and it always makes me feel better. I called 15 min before closing and they took my order and had it ready in a few minutes. I ordered food from this pho place today and it was all pretty... Meh. I ordered a spicy pork sandwich, "pork noodle salad bowl with egg roll", a thai iced tea, and an order of beef broth I was told I wasn't able to order then they gave it to me anyways... I called my order in and I asked for a side of beef broth to go. They said they can't do that. I said "really?! You can't give me a small beef broth to go and charge me?" They informed me they could not, I would have to buy a full order of pho to get broth. I said whatever fine any beef pho will do I just want the broth. When I went to pick up the food they asked what the name on the order was, told them my name, then they said "THERE'S A HOLD ON THAT ORDER!" I just assumed it was still being prepared. The cashier at the counter said her manager had pulled her aside and asked her why she wouldn't sell an order of broth to a customer and that it's always ok to sell broth. So she asked if I would like to cancel the order of pho and get the order of broth instead. I said yeah of course. I would have paid for the soup and not complained but it's so strange. I've never been told at a pho place I couldn't buy a container of pho for a few bucks. I can't knock the service too hard, they were really nice about the misunderstanding and I ended up getting what I wanted so no harm done. Just strange. The food itself was interesting... The "pork noodle salad" was like a teriyaki style dish with rice noodles on the side. It was ok. It'll do but not great. The spicy pork sandwich was uneven with more sauce on one side than the other and ratios of veggies to meat were extreme. Could be a small town thing where people like extra meat on their sandwiches. The sandwich was pretty good though! The pork was great and sauce was a good kick without burning your mouth off. It was mostly heavy handed with the pork. The broth was really good but had a flavor of... Nutmeg?! Or a chai tea flavor? It was strange. It was like a beef broth plus Christmas. Overall food was ok. It's cheap and filling but it might be a place to stick to the pho. read more

It's really fine. The gals who run the counter are SUPER nice. The food is good. Not Portland food, but decent. The portions are large. The only thing is they are a bit light on flavor. I eat the lemongrass grilled pork. It is good. I also eat salad rolls. The peanut sauce is ok and watery. I'll go back because it is convenient and the gals at the front are aces! read more

I love Vietnamese food and thought I would stop in here for some noodles or Pho soup. I ended up ordering N5 which is usually a warm noodle dish with lettuce carrots, your choice of meat, cilantro, and you pour fish sauce over the top. I was super cold. The noodles tasted like they had come out of a cold bucket of water and even the meat was cold. WTHeck? that's not how its supposed to be served :( read more

Ok, so I took this picture after I almost ate the entire thing... but that should tell you the food is good, and that there's no time for photos! We live on the Oregon Coast, and drive about an hour to get our pho fix here. It's definitely worth the drive. It's not the best Pho I've ever had (We're from Hawaii and there are too many great places back home...) but it hits the spot every time. I'd say it's the best pho we've had around here aside from some catches in Portland. Broth has good flavor, and my kids enjoy the chicken & rice plates. Staff is great, and food comes in a timely manner. Never waited very long for food, service or seats. Will keep coming back! A special gem in Longview! read more

I go to Oregon a lot for shopping pretty often. One day I was craving pho and luckily found this place. Honestly, this place beats a lot of pho places I know in Seattle. Their broth is tasty and savory, portion is good, price is just about right. My wife tried their sandwich(banh mi?) and she loved it as well. The pork was juicy and tender and well flavored. The best pho place we have found since moving here in June!! Oh my goodness. We have gone to so many places in Vancouver, Portland and surrounding areas trying to find a good Pho place just like the one we had at home in CA. We went in skeptical for me the broth makes or breaks the restaurant I like mine without the super harshness of Cloves and spices; this place is amazing has the little taste of it without over powering the broth. The egg rolls were Devine not a fan of the kind of wrap that they use but it totally worked they were wonderful. The service was exceptional as well I don't recall the gals name that helped us but she offered to refill my soda glass two times even though the machine was out for anyone to refill. I used to come here all the time but the quality seems to have gone down hill. The basil and bean sprouts for my chicken pho were so slimy it was gross and couldn't be used. For both orders. The container lids don't stay on the broth and no matter how slow you drive they seem to fall off and half the broth spills into the bag. Just not as good of quality as it once was read more

Re-review: After eating here for about 4-years, we have noticed the quantity of the food going downhill. On our last visit, the pho was bland and the fresh veggies were anything but fresh. The limes were old, discolored and dry. The sprouts were slimy and brown, & the thai basil was way past it's prime. I hoping this trend will not continue. read more
