We came in right before closing and they graciously seated us and served us amazing food once again. Get the vegan/vegetarian pho even if you're not vegetarian. The vegetables are so fresh and the broth actually tastes like veggies and not like salt water. I shared the large with my friend tonight and got vegetarian pho no noodles double veggies and it blew her mind!! I have a friend who gets the vegetarian broth with meat bc it is such a light broth and better flavor. Do it! Also something I'll just pick up the vegetable broth for under $10 and sip on it with lime over the next few days. Yum!!!

The pho was good, though not great and not as good as our usual go to spot in the Cambrian area. Soup was decent, but could have used more noodles, especially for a large. Restaurant was pretty clean and the service was good with a parking lot in the back.

They have plenty of comfortable booths. The service is speedy. My food arrived maybe five minutes after I ordered. I tried the pho with brisket. It was an enjoyable bowl of pho! The large is only a dollar more than the medium, so I would recommend getting the large. They give plenty of toppings, like bean sprouts and jalapeño and lemon. The brisket slices were delicious and fatty. The portion size is generous for the price. This probably wasn't the most memorable pho I've had, but it made for an easy and delicious meal.

I ordered Vegetable Pho and in 5 minutes I got some boiled vegetables with a few pieces of tofu in salted water. My friend seemed to enjoy his #7 but all he ate was the meat. He left almost all the soup. But the worst part was the service which was unfriendly to be polite. The strangest thing was how when I was paying at the counter the same unfriendly waitress hovered her head over the display to see what tip I would put in. In response I lowered my tip.

I got V8 banh cuon tay ho chay which came with flour sheet, stuffed flour sheet, yam tempura, mung bean tempura, fried tofu, veggies, and then they even brought out a vegetarian dipping sauce for me. Everything was absolutely delicious, I especially enjoyed the flour sheet when dipped in the sauce, and the yam tempura. The mung bean tempura was also really interesting, it sort of looked and tasted like a muffin. I also got a pennywort juice since my Vietnamese friend said she drank it growing up in Vietnam and had never seen it on a menu in the US before. It was very interesting, not really sweet at all, I mostly liked it but it had a slightly weird aftertaste. The service was good enough, the waiters weren't super attentive or particularly friendly but our food came out quickly and we had no issues. The interior is spacious and clean. When I asked for a takeout container it even came with a little cup for dipping sauce which was really nice. Highly highly recommend!

You can just tell from the color that they were perfectly crispy and I had to get a lot. Pork was definitely my favorite. They were perfectly fried that I wish I would've got you even more. No one really talks about the amount of desserts, ingredients , and snacks that they have available. I had to take home some coconut milk( pandan ) They had many flavors including taro ! The shop is small so do expect a line and very limited standing room. They do allow adjustments like no jalapeno, no mayo. I just went with no adjustments to get the full experience first. Because of the high turnover, your sandwich is expected to be flakey fresh. I tried to eat it in my car and made a huge mess. The bun is on the crunchier side but not too dry. They stuffed a decent amount of protein within, so one was filling enough. The nem chua and che bap were alright. Just a bit more pricey compared to spots in Milpitas and San Jose, they tasted pretty standard. I dont know if the prices would change if you pay all cash. However being able to use card and tap payment is a plus these days. Overall, the prices on the menu were not bad to begin with. They do have a small parking lot in front. There should be plenty of parking on weekends as those other stores are closed.
