Great service and fried egg rolls ,I would recommend this place for late night cravings

I've placed over 7 DoorDash orders from here now cuz of their incredible 40% off promos and now finally dined here in person with my family over the weekend. Just as good as takeout proving consistency. They have a shy staff, but everyone's fairly attentive and courteous. Ambiance is modern and bright with plenty of seating. Great location on the edge of Sunnyvale by the MegaMart and Seapot. Another plus? They're open til midnight! In person I got their Dac Biet and an order of spring rolls. Don't sleep on the spring rolls. Great peanut sauce, fresh ingredients, I'd get two next time. Their dac biet was very tasty and had a ton of meat. Only critiques: wish there was a fresh pho noodle option and wished the broth was more beefy. I was full and happy by the end of the meal. Live long and prosper. I was influenced my IG to give this place a try so here I am. The restaurant has plenty of parking and is clean and bright in the inside. Bathroom is clean too. My family seemed to enjoy their food. We shared the egg rolls which were very crispy and delicious. My mom and aunt got the soup and they complimented the broth. The seafood soup doesn't look like it has a lot of substance inside, but there were large pieces of squid and shrimp. My dad got the pork chops and fish cakes. The rice was hot and soft so my dad liked it a lot. The fish cake skin did get tougher when it got colder. I got the dry vermicelli bowl. I usually enjoy this dish because it's fresh with all the vegetables. For me, the noodles were a bit grainy or not cooked all the way so it wasn't the best I've ever had. Service was great. They stopped by several times, refilled our waters, etc. They also had a robot helping carry the food to other tables. 5/5 for ambiance and abundant of parking in same lot. Bright and clean. 3/5 for food. Order the special pho and asked specially for the beef to be like pho tai (chopped up, pointed at picture). Received maybe one tiny piece that was fully cooked. Now the broth was fire hot which made the bowl, but crazy skimpish on the veggies in the bowl and plate and minimal to nothing of proteins. Broth was bland at some points and then some flavor. I couldn't put my taste buds on it. Ordered eggrolls to go and came for me to eat, so clearly there was an English or Vietnamese language barrier . Eggrolls were fried a nice golden brown but filled with fillers and little meat. Coworkers felt the same thing. Again short of veggies as there was literally one lettuce to go lol. 5/5. They can accommodate small or big groups on the whim. All in all. Solid place for Vietnamese food. Ate here after an appointment in the area and my son wanted Pho. Found this place with solid reviews nearby and decided to give it a shot. Nice and clean modern building with ample parking. Walked in and was immediately greeted by staff and told to pick any table. Immediately after seating was brought ice water and menus. Great thing about this place was they had a kids menu sized pho ga, which is exactly what my son wanted. I ended up getting the vermicelli bowl with BBQ pork, bbq shrimp, and an egg roll. Great quality food and quality cut of pork. Some places I've gone to have so much fat it makes it unenjoyable to eat. Everything tasted great. Very nice interior, clean and bright. I came for a late night dinner and the service was very fast. We got our food within 10' of entering the restaurant. The server are very nice and check in on us multiple times to make sure we got everything. Pho tasted decent for a late night spot. A little bland in our opinion but they came with great portion. This place has a brightly lit sign outside, and the building looks a bit small whenever I drive by it. Oh boy was I wrong! Inside is actually massive, and they're a huge parking area behind the building. I was seated immediately and the place was fairly packed around 830pm. I was handed a menu and directed to a seat. Menu has some solid options. I got the combo pho and (fried) egg rolls, my standard order. The egg rolls came out warm, but not hot. I liked that it came with a fish sauce dipping sauce with some chilis in it, but its not spicy. The pho came out piping hot and upon first taste of the soup, the broth is like a medium to lighter medium depth, which I enjoyed. I stopped in after getting a haircut nearby because I liked the name of the place. Inside it's an airy and clean space with plenty of tables. I was greeted immediately and explained that I was a to go order so I was given a menu. I chose the vegetarian bun, which is basically rice vermicelli and 2 veggie spring rolls and sakad. I would've thought there would be some cubed tofu in it, but there didn't seem to be any tofu of any kind in it. That's a shame when you consider the price. It does come with two vegetarian eggrolls, but really the serving is pretty sparse. The sauce was good. When I got home, I added some pickled carrot and daikon to help bulk it up. My friends and I ordered a few dishes, and there were waiter robots helping carry the food as we were greated with friendly and good service. My family and I were looking for a new pho spot on the way home and found Eat More Pho on Yelp. Since it was the closest, we decided to try it out. It was pretty late and didn't expect to find anything open to be honest We found parking pretty easily. They have plenty of dedicated parking. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and seated right away. Ice waters were immediately provided at the same time we were given the menu. I like that you either can order with your server or scan the QR code and order from your phone. I ordered the #10 which was the special combination pho and the garlic chicken wings as well. We also ordered a few of the bbq galbi rice plates. What I love about this place is that you have noodle options for your pho. Small noodle, big noodle, or yellow noodle and you can also remove things from pho if you want. I went with the small noodle and didn't remove anything. My pho and wings came out really fast and the galbi plates shortly after. I have to tell you, they packed my bowl with tons of meat and the broth was amazing! So much flavor! The chicken wings were not what I expected thinking that they'd come separated as it would at Wingstop for example. That didn't matter, as soon as you bite into that crunch packed layer of skin, the meat was super juicy and hot. They gave so much fried garlic bits as well. The bbq galbi was on another level. The slices were huge and it had so much flavor in every bite. I've had galbi at many places, and this took the bite, literally. Super tender and savory. I should've ordered one to go to eat the next day. It wasn't too busy, but I can tell that it's a popular spot. There were people coming in every 5-10 mins either by themselves or in groups. They were all greeted and seated right away. They had music playing at the right volume and it was pretty clean. The prices are reasonable as well. If you're in town and want some really good pho, Eat More Pho is definitely the place to go. I am coming back whenever I have the chance and will be trying other things on the menu! Wow, wow, wow! My friends and I were going to this place out of curiosity after a music recital close to the area. We went around 3:30 PM and the place was fairly quiet. There's plenty of parking available. When we went to the restaurant, we were greeted kindly by the staff. The people were super nice. The air conditioner could have been more on. It was getting warm in the afternoon, and we were feeling the heat from the food. I got custom pho and it tasted really good. The soup was light. The only issue is I had requested not to have green onions and other things, but they left it completely on my pho. It seems the staff was not listening at all to my request. Regardless, the meal was fantastic and I want to try their rice dish next time. The popcorn chicken is great too. I recommend asking to make the popcorn chicken crispier to get more of its seasoning flavor. The bathroom was spacious, though it could use some better cleaning. It was mostly clean. I'd recommend eating this pho place in the area. I really love the interior how it is the style of tic-tac-toe with plants. There's plenty of parking from the back if not nearby the front door but, I prefer the front for parking since it's very bright. First impression after crossing the front door, there's a private room nearby to the left for those who want to reserve a private area to eat. The bathroom looks super spacious and bright, probably the best looking bathroom I've seen compared to all the pho restaurants in the South Bay. I had ordered short rib pho bowl (14) and my wife chose the Grilled pork chop, shrimp rice plate (41). We really enjoyed the dishes, it took me a while to finish eating my short rib but I love the extra detail of effort they applied to the meat from the short rib, they cooked it well and removed it from the bone so it's easier for you to eat it. We saw the robot server bussing around the food ordered from other tables but, when our order came around, we had someone else one by because the robot server was busy with another. This place also servers smoothies and boba tea drinks, their counter is very bright and has a big backlit screen displaying their drinks, we didn't order this time since it was getting late and we didn't want to kick up our sugar levels. read more

I seen this place in construction and wanted to give it a try when it opened. I heard it's the same owners as Pho 21 in San Jose. I ordered the #10 Special Combination Pho. The broth is just ok and they ran out of fresh noodles. I was a little disappointed when the noodles had that starchy taste which means they didn't change out the water for the noodles as often since it leaves a starchy taste from those dry small noodles. The garlic wings were of course cooked freshly in clean oil but I wish the garlic flavor was stronger. Maybe paired with a garlicky sauce vs ranch. Compared to Pho 21 in San Jose I like 21 better since the broth is stronger and richer. Since Eat More Pho just opened I hope to give another chance in the future. Had the Pho Dac Biet and Goi Cuon. The Pho had five types of proteins: fatty brisket, flank, rare beef, tendon and meatballs. Surprised how soft were the tendons and the meatballs were quite good. I rarely like the meatballs in pho as they're usually bland and mostly fillers. But theses ones had more meaty flavor. The other meat cuts were good quality and fresh; very clean taste without any aftertaste of being frozen. The broth was nicely seasoned without being salty; slightly sweet. Not oily either. The Spring rolls had both pork and shrimp vs just one or the other. Good portion. Came with sweet soy and peanut sauce. They also serve rice plates and different fruity drinks and smoothies. They are opening til Midnight. I ordered the short rib pho. The broth was rich and deeply flavorful, clearly simmered well and full of depth. The short rib was tender and fell apart easily, adding a hearty, comforting feel to the bowl. Noodles were cooked just right and held up through the meal without getting mushy. I've been here at least 4 times before writing this review. As someone who loves pho, I was very delighted to have this restaurant in Sunnyvale and had high hopes for it. First off, the interior decor looks great, clean and bright, modern and trendy. I like the murals of Vietnam, which feels nostalgic, but updated. The delivery robot is a cool feature, it's kinda fun to see it go around. I like the menu is just enough variety, without feeling overwhelming. Especially when they have fresh pho noodles, which is unique, as not all go places offer that. Onetime they did not have it, and I was disappointed. The eggrolls is very close to our family recipe, but still does not beat homemade. The one feedback I can give us that they are still working out their staff hiring. The times I have come, there has been inconsistent service. My niece had her birthday lunch here and our whole family came to celebrate. The kids pho were not on the mobile app, so the server said not to worry, he would add it. But by the time all the dishes came out, it was missing her pho. We asked another service to add it, which made it delayed. So basically everyone started eating before the birthday girl got her pho. When I brought it up to the other server when I went to pay, she understood and gave us a discount. I want this place to succeed and be around for awhile, especially in Sunnyvale. Hope that the owners take this feedback and address the issues with their servers and train them to improve the quality of service to all customers. read more

It's a spanking new place with modern furniture and a serving robot, which is more a novelty. Their logo is everywhere and on everything. Parking is no issue, the lot is huge; must have been some kind of auto place before. It was not very busy, was tabled immediately and ordered the short rib Pho, which was brought to my table shortly. The rib was huge with a lot of protein. This cut of beef has a lot of fat and cartilage/tendon which some may not like. This could be a start up feature but the quantity was outstanding. We heard mixed reviews about this pace, but since it stays open late, we thought it was worth a try. The place was remodeled, bright and spacious. Our waiter wasn't overly friendly but he was cordial. They also have robots servers, kind of cool. We ordered popcorn chicken, egg coffee, and custom combo pho bowls. The popcorn chicken was a decent sized appetizer, but a tad bit salty. The egg coffee was thick and creamy, loved it. My mom has been seeing videos about this place, so we decided to try them out. We placed our orders, and while the food came out, servers didn't think to provide us with utensils. So we spent another 5 minutes or so waiting to actually eat and share amongst the table. And when they would give us utensils, it was basically 1 at a time. Mind you, there was 4 of us and 1 child. My short rib pho was almost $20. The meat was tender and falling off the bone. Very savory. I saw robots but it seemed like the staff delivered a lot of the food to the tables. The staff was nice and seated my party of 7 right away. There was a lot of mix ups w our order. Everyone's meal came out except mine, and by the time mine was served the table was well into eating their meal. Not a huge deal, but definitely I think if they worked on the service aspect a little more it would be a fantastic experience. Beautiful newly renovated Pho place. I love the new ambiance. They have lots of table and seats, with comfy benches. They have bright warm lighting, and the artificial green plants compliments the general look of the place. The food is decent. I tried the combination pho. The bowl is big so you can enjoy more soup. The broth is on the lighter side, adding the lime and some white pepper does the trick. The meats included are of good proportion to the noodles and soup. Phenomenal job with the new layout; furniture, mobile robots, menu style, etc. they made it more modernized like most places which is always nice. The food for some reason got better and more flavorful. The portions are still lots and the flavor balance is perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed my chicken pho which had lots of shredded chicken breasts. The broth was mixed perfectly with their house made chili oil. My wife's combination pho was also great!
