This pho hits the spot! The place has so many seating and I love the layout of the menu. Staff were welcoming and nice. I ordered the brisket pho and it was so good. The meat was tender and they are not stingy with the noodles. I think I found my new Pho spot near me.

Pho #1 is on the rotation of handful of pho places from Mid-Peninsula to South Bay that my family enjoy, especially my elder Dad who loves his seafood pho and spring roll. Whenever errands take me to Sunnyvale, I will stop by to order to go or if dad is with me, dine in. During this visit, I ordered the vegetarian pho with vegetable broth. There was such umami flavor that I didn't miss having animal protein. They were not stingy with veggies, which were cooked tender crisp not mushy. I've enjoyed their chicken, beef & seafood phos too. Their broths are very comforting, especially on a cold, windy day. Always request an extra small bowl because portions are generous to share or enjoy an extra meal at home.

Food: Beef stew: 4.7/5. This was very delicious. It was served at the perfect temperature, very rich with spices like star anise, and floating pieces of tender beef. It was on the sweeter side for a beef stew but nonetheless really yummy! The accompanying piece of bread was also toasted well. Service: Polite and quick! Overall: This place is pretty clean, with quick service. I'd recommend getting #24 beef stew with bread. Would come here again!

Good pho! Service is really fast, no wait time and the food came out within 10 minutes. A good classic family restaurant will definitely come again!

Came here for dinner. Got the short rib pho, filet mignon and tripe pho, and korean short ribs rice plate. Food was good. Pho was pretty standard. They only have one size but overall good quantity of meat and noodles. Service was good and standard. Nothing to complain about. Ambiance is very old school pho restaurant. I'd come again.

I came here with several friends during a holiday weekend; the restaurant was around 1/3 full. I was seated in an area where the tables and chairs were a bit too close to each other, but I enjoyed the beautiful scenic paintings of Vietnam around the restaurant. I ordered #10 - Rare Stake, Well Done Flank, and Tripe pho. The order came out in a timely manner along with its normal garnishes. There was a good proportion of noodles to meat, and the broth was delicious! The pho here was yummy for a cold winter day, and this manages to stay as one of my favorite spots of pho in Sunnyvale.

Cute spot, yummy food, and quick service! We got the com thit nuong (grilled pork slices plate) and the wonton soup with rice noodles. I asked for the wontons on the side so they could stay extra crispy!

Amazing Service and Delicious Food! I had such a great experience at Pho #1 today! The food was fresh, flavorful, and comforting the pho broth was rich and aromatic, and the grilled beef with rice and salad was perfectly seasoned. The Thai tea was also super refreshing! Our server, Nhung, was absolutely wonderful friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She checked in often, gave great menu recommendations, and made our meal feel really welcoming and enjoyable. Overall, this is easily one of the best Vietnamese spots in the area. Great food, great service, and a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for Nhung!

#2 Pho short rib - Added beef ball

Food was absolutely amazing! We came here after watching a YouTube review and honestly, it's become our new favorite spot. Totally worth the hype! We ordered the #2 pho -- the short rib pho -- and added beef balls. We also tried the chicken wings and a grilled pork banh mi. Every dish was flavorful and satisfying. At first, we were a little skeptical, trusting an influencer's recommendation, but this place did not disappoint. We'd 100% make the trip again -- and we already find ourselves craving it!

Pho is so good has a great cinnamon taste I can eat it everyday if I wanted to service is super fast and friendly !

Above average pho - strong flavor in the soup and a large portion of meat which was the highlight. Food came out in around 10 minutes with Hoisin & Sriracha sauces, basil, mint, cilantro, bean sprout, and lime. Service was on the slower side, just one server for the restaurant which wasn't too busy. Had to walk up to the counter to pay when we were done which I didn't mind. Restaurant has broad Vietnamese menu options (appetizers, banh mi, pho, soup, vermicelli bowls, rice plates), was relatively clean, and had nice artwork on the wall. I think the lighting brings down the mood a bit but overall a fine and calm place to eat! Price is $15-18 for main dishes plus tax and tip. Came out to around $21 per person w/o drinks

Some spots nail the vibe or the food -- this one managed to land both…read more Walking in immediately gave me SoHo-in-bloom energy: the floral touches are a genuinely nice detail that elevate the space beyond your typical brunch aesthetic. It's the kind of ambiance that makes you want to linger, and the food gives you a reason to. Portion sizes are no joke -- the chicken was an event in itself, easily shareable if you're not coming hungry (I was, no regrets). The only minor logistics note: the waffle-to-chicken ratio required a second waffle order to restore balance. Worth it, but worth flagging. The Esplanade cocktail was a standout -- strong, confident, and refreshingly restrained on the sweetness. Exactly what a brunch drink should be: something that complements the food rather than competing with it. End to end, this was a genuinely enjoyable meal. The kind of brunch that reminds you why the meal exists in the first place. Already planning the return visit.

I came here Mother's Day weekend and was happily satisfied with all parts of my experience here…read more I'll tell you why. Aesthetically looking places are popular but often lack flavorful filling meals. That is not the case here. My SO and I came before the crowds and were seated right away. We got our menus and were ask to order on the kiosk in front of us. It being my first visit I had no idea what to go for but a girl loves a good steak so I went for Jeremy's Steak and the Creme Brûlée French Toast and my SO went for the Korean Beef Galbi Platter. I also ordered an Einspanner latte. Everything came out as it was ready. My SO enjoyed his Galbi platter and was full after eating most of it. My steak was prepared how I ordered it and was delicious with the green sauce that came with it. I'm glad it was on the side and not on top of the steak in case it wasn't a flavor match for me. The steak had good flavor and was infused with the rosemary. The rosemary really overpowered the steak so that was not a flavor profile for me. The potato's were crispy and delicious with ketchup and hot sauce. The corn was a nice touch. Good flavor and a unique addition to the dish. It was very filling. I almost didn't have space for the French toast so but I make space because I always like something sweet. The French toast was fluffy and delicious. Fresh fruit and the cinnamon syrup just added to the overall sweet and flavorful treat. My coffee was also flavorful and creamy. The food was hot and freshly made. The space is beautiful. I love how it was put together. The service was good as they were alert to refill our waters and bring whatever we needed. The staff were attentive and welcoming. Menu had something for everyone. I definitely would return again and explore other menu items, drinks, and flowers.

We waited for probably 15-20 minutes which wasn't too bad. The place is pretty big and fits a good amount of people. The food was great. They have also opened a location in Cupertino that is more convenient for me. Adding Mian to this plaza definitely livened it up, it was so difficult finding parking and then there was an hour wait when we joined the waitlist. We wandered around Grocery Outlet and Savers to pass the time. I came with a group of 6 people. We ordered the sichuan spicy fries and fried chicken cutlet to share. The fries were the spiciest item I had that day, wow! I ordered the Sichuan chicken cold noodles, extra spicy. They were not spicy at all. I left everyone at the table try them and they all agreed it was not spicy. Kind of disappointing, I expected them to be spicier than the fries at least. My partner had the chengdu zajiang noodles, mild spicy. They were good, the signature dish of the restaurant. I would return, but their spice levels are very inconsistent.

As for the food we tried several dishes and enjoyed them all. * XLB: very juicy and tasty - I like the skin was a bit more substantial than DTF (I know, thinner is supposedly "better"), and the size was a lot more substantial than DTF (XLBs are way too small at DTF) * Pan fried XLB: This was perfectly executed and very tasty and juicy * Shanghai stir fried noodle: I didn't find this special, but it was just well cooked and executed and very tasty * Pork steamed dumplings: Hit the spot, nice and tasty - great sauce on the side that went with it (or maybe the sauce was for another dish) * Dry fried string beans: Deliciously cooked * Pork ribs: These were excellent, and I believe a special menu item - tasty, soft but with a bite, and nice and sticky with flavor The XLBs were the most "special", but we enjoyed how delicious the food was overall.
