Rip this used to be my husband and I's favorite hole in a wall spot for pho, and quick viet. However I've heard that shrinkflation has hit them and unfortunately i have to report this to be true. We came and ordered a banh mi and the amount of stuffing in the sandwich was just sad. I had half the sandwich and maybe there was just two pieces of beef in there from the beef banh mi. Got a take out order here, pho and com tam. The guy at the register was helpful but that was pretty much the only plus unfortunately. My comtam rice was very hard like as in remicrowaved in a bowl hard and portions were on the skimpy side, my wife said it was one of the worst phos she has ever had and ended up throwing half of it away. :( read more

We stumbled upon this pho restaurant while driving down Stevens Creek Blvd and decided to give it a try. Ordered: -Egg Rolls - came out fresh off the fryer golden brown, crispy, and a great appetizer to start off with -Fried Eggs and Sausages Banh Mi -Pork Ham and Steamed Slice Pork Banh Mi (Forgot to take a pics) -the bread was nicely toasted and they were solid Banh mi--however, I wish it had more spread/sauce added to it. Needed more flavor. -GOGO Combo Pho (rare fillet mignon, brisket, meat balls) -GOGO Combo Rice (grilled pork chop, shredded pork skin, & egg cake) Both combo dishes were cooked and prepared well and we enjoyed the variety of proteins included in each of the combo meals. The pho broth was light and not too overpowering, meats were soft, and noodles were cooked well. Located in a mini strip mall. There isn't that many parking and its a one way path so I had to drive all the way around to find street parking on the other side of the mall. Cute little place. We both ordered the egg roll bun. It was really good and comes with a good amount of egg rolls and veggies. I have never had apple slices in this. It was nice. This place is walking distance to me and my partner had been wanting to check it out for awhile. There's a pretty small parking lot but we didn't have any issue finding a space when we came here. It wasn't too busy, and there was one guy serving, cleaning, taking orders, and handling the payments. A hallmark of a true Viet place. He was very friendly and offered great service! I got the bun ga nuong, and was pleasantly surprised by the addition of mango and apple. A pretty good portion size as well. The chicken was nicely cooked. My partner got the pho tai and enjoyed it. They offered a good amount of herbs, bean sprouts, and interestingly enough gave us packets of hoisin and sriracha instead of the bottles. They even gave us scissors to open the packets. Overall, we had a good meal and I even came back for a second visit! On my second visit, we decided to walk over and I called my order in ahead of time. I came across GOGO pho while getting my car serviced at Nissan. What a good find! They are local and small business, which is always good to support. I was their first customer of the day but more started trickling it at an early time. They are open early and that's perfect. I ordered the combo pho and the broth was impeccable. It's a good bowl of pho. I can tell they put a lot of care into crafting the flavor profile of their broth. The meats and veggies were all fresh and tasty. Mango, apple, etc. It balanced out the flavors of the savory meat and fish sauce. I wish I added cha gio with this! The pho was a little bit of a let down. The broth was somewhat bland and the portion was very small! For $1.50 you can upgrade to a large, which could be worth it since the regular is tiny. Came here on New Years day because everything was closed and I was properly hungover and needed my Pho fix. It's a little shop tucked away in this small plaza. There are plenty of seats inside. It seems like there were only 2 people working but they were definitely working hard and doing their best with great attitudes. So huge plus for that. They don't keep their condiments at each table, but they kept them up front by the counter. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to bring it back to my table or just make a saucer up there. The pho is decent, the broth wasn't super rich, and the meat was just of okay quality. I got a large combo, and while there was a ton of noodles, I think the amount of meat was on the lighter side. Also, the bowl is shaped oddly and inconvenient for resting your chopsticks on - but the shape also make it look like you're getting less than what you actually get. I was surprised how much food was in the bowl (but again, mostly noodles). Overall a decent spot with a lighter broth. I have my go-to pho place, but I know this spot will be open on holidays when other spots are closed. read more

Walked in and the place smelled like urine. The bathroom was filthy and the server wore purple vinyl gloves. He must have had the inside scoop... Food was good but I wasn't that thrilled with the meal since the urine smell, food left on my chair, and food on the floor were unsettling. This used to be our favorite for a long time. However, it has changed completely since last year. For starters, all dishes flavor has been changed entirely. The broth for the pho has lost all its depth and is now covered in a thick layer of oil. The sliced ​​beef became paper-thin and it falls apart--and is completely no beef flavor. The BBQ pork has become thin and very tough; it lacks any meaty taste, and the marinade has lost its richness. The spring rolls seem to be deep-fried in advance, as they are very greasy and cold. Though the Pho does not taste very authentic, it definitely satisfies my craving.
