As soon as I got in my car and popped the top on the Togo box, my entire car was enveloped with the smell of onion, garlic, pepper, chicken and jalapeños. That first bite was, HOT, CRISPY, JUICY and FLAVORFUL. I would be remiss if I told you these were the best salt and pepper chicken wings I've had.
