There was a crawling german coach roach at the entrance to restroom, the other side of the wall separated the kitchen area, also a dead coach roach on the floor behind our table. The restroom door is so dirty, was hesitating to use the knob but I had a alcohol soaked wipe at hand. The dining area floor look greasy and full of shoes prints, like it was never mopped. Food was not excellent, rice plate meat was so dry and nearly impossible to cut, Pho broth was in a salty side and short in amount. Will probably never go back. read more

I can't believe I haven't written a review for this place. 1. My husband loves their com bo luc lac! He's pretty picky when it comes to this dish, as most places make it different where they caramelize the meat with tons of sauce. However, he loved how this place made it right where it's not caramelize and flooded with sauce. 2. Bun rieu - on point! I love the flavor!! 3. Thai tea - some places just don't have the right kick, well this one was perfect. Location is near his work, so it's a bonus for me to drive there and have lunch with him. Customer service is great, and place is clean. read more

Everything that I've tried was excellent. I've had the Bun Bo Hue, Bun Rieu, Hu Tieu, Pho and rice dishes.

This building keeps changing ownership, but I'm praying the current restaurant sticks around. Odd location for a viet restaurant, but it is hands down the best viet food I've had in all of DFW! I would have taken a better picture of the bun rieu if I didn't inhale it first. read more

Pho An is alright. I have no real complaint but I doubt that I or my spouse will be back.. I had gone there many years ago. I think it is under ownership because of a more snazzy layout. I never went back until my spouse said, "Let's try the Pho place down the street" (from where we work). I did like the egg rolls best. The pho was OK but lacked any distinctive flavor. I am used to above average pho at a couple of other places. It is good to branch out once in a while. We did, glad we did, now we can go back to our favorites without second guessing ourselves as to whether the grass is greener ... euphemistically speaking. Drop in, give them a try. They may be exactly what you're looking for. The people were polite, clean, and efficient. The food was served quickly. There is no complaint coming from this quarter. I'd be interested in what other's thought of it. Some folks must like it, they stay in business, so they must have something going for them. read more

Hallelujah!!!!!! I have finally found a place that sells all 3 of my favorite Vietnamese soup dishes! I had the duck and bamboo vermicelli only once before in Houston and I have always wanted to eat it again. After getting the recommendation for this place, and seeing that they also has Bun Rieu and BBH, I had to come here and order all 3! I always feel that take out never tastes as good as it does in the restaurants for obvious reasons. Having established that, these 3 soup were still very good when I had them at home. Both the Bun Rieu and BBH were just packed full of flavor and they are definitely not cheap with their ingredients. I will definitely be coming back here! read more

Not sure what happened to Pho Long but this location is now called Pho An. I was tricked by the sign because it looks like how the Pho Long sign did. I used to only eat the bbh at Pho Long. Pho An's version's not bad. Not as spicy as Long's and does seem greasier but it's still not bad. I think it's number 62. read more

We came here for lunch on a Sunday and were literally the only customers there. The location seems to be in more of an industrial area and perhaps that led to the lack of people. That of course, meant that parking was easy and the staff was eager to serve us. By the time we left, there were a few more tables and some to-go orders, but not much. The pho here is average. I felt that the broth was not as flavorful as other places in the area, but the size of portion was good. We were able to get the large and share with our kids out of that bowls as we usually do at their age. The goi coun was made with care and was pretty good. I just would not go out of my way to eat here. read more

This is my go to pho place. I don't know how widely known this is, but Richardson has some of the the best Vietnamese places and this is one of them. I like how this place offers different types of noodle including pho which is what most know it for. They also have egg noodle in pork broth which is fantastic! The broth taste a bit more stronger in my opinion than the pho broth and the noodle is so nice and springy. I would recommend any of the hu tieu noodle set (egg noodle or combo rice and egg noodle over pork broth). Their pho is solid and their ice coffee is consistently yum. The egg rolls are good - I feel like the filling could be more richer with meat though. My only gripe: who is that young employee playing Senorita by Camilla cabello on repeat the entire time we were there !!!! There are paying customers in the restaurant (at that time only us but still) and I had to listen to that song the entire time there- it ruin the pho experience for me. Aside from that, great pho place. read more

Bun Bo Hue and Bun Rieu is on point and so good here. Can't wait to try items on the menu.

Called in a order, first time trying it here! The lady that took my order was super sweet! I am really excited to try their pho and spring rolls! Once I walked in it smelled delicious! I was early so I sat to wait for my order they offered me water and asked me if I needed anything else. I just patiently waited for my food! I am super hungry and super excited for my pho that I have been craving! Will update in a bit! Once I have tasted this pho! UPDATE Ok!! FOOD WAS A M A Z I N G So filling and delicious read more

Amazing food amazing service and environment. Try the grilled chicken with rice best grilled chicken i ever had!

This place is truly the best pho in town, 5 stars for consistency and quality of food, and no other restaurant tops this place as far as all the ones I've eaten at in or around Dallas. The pho is always so savory and smells deliciously fragrant, while it always is on point and consistent every single time I've eaten here. The portions and meat quality are great, price is average but not bad at all, and the service above average. No complaints here, overall great experiences and just keep doing what you do Pho An. read more

First time visit today. Pho with rare beef and tendon was fantastic. Che ba mau was amazing. The menu is vast with a lot of classic and unique Viet dishes. Hours are great too, as they open at 9:30AM. We will definitely be back! read more

A friend recommended that I try the bun bo hue at Pho Long because it was so good... and they were right. I usually go to Pho Tay Do for bun bo hue (thanks, Internet), and while I'm not saying that this knocks Pho Tay Do out of the water, I did reaaaally like it, probably just as much. They have all the usual items on their menu, and they are really good about getting your order out on time. Coming back for the bun bo hue one day! read more

All around a good place for Vietnamese food, especially for bun bo hue! If you want all the good stuff in it like the blood cubes and pork feet, you need to make sure to tell the waiter because they might skip on it. Their pho is just okay though, they put plenty of meat but the broth is just average, not bad. They also sell bun rieu here as well which is not too commonly seen in Vietnamese restaurants around DFW along with bun no hue. I also really enjoyed their fresh lemonade, it is sweet to my liking and not too sour. read more

Since moving to Frisco a few months ago from FW, my bf & I have been trying a bunch of new pho places in our area, Plano, and Richardson. We've had a good few bowls, but I can't get over how yummy the bun bo hue is here!!! A regular size is plenty & full of flavor! Not too oily or heavy, and sooo soul soothing! The pho broth is also very authentic and light, but has great flavor! Their chili oil has a great kick to it so you're not having to do multiple scoops to get your desired spice! It's a good 30 min drive for us, but I see this place being a go-to when we're craving! read more

The bun rieu here is awesome!!! Tastes just like my mom's! The effort to make bun rieu at home is just too much when you're craving a bowl and you want it right then and there, but finding a place that actually makes it half decent is also very difficult. Well, now I've found my place that will fix those cravings. As far as the other dishes, the bun bo hue is good. Not the best, but enough to satisfy cravings. The pho is meh, I'd still rather go to Pho Bang because they got their broth down to a science. Their service is seriously lacking and they even added extra tip on my credit card once so beware!! Luckily, my credit card notified me of the unusually high tip amount (nearly 50%!). Not cool, guys. When I do come back, I just pay cash and that's because I am having serious bun rieu withdrawals. read more

We decided to have Pho on a recent cold day. We stopped in. The hostess/cashier had menus waiting on the table for us when we walked in. They have a great menu with a lot of options. I went with a large bowl with shrimp, noodles, and all of the fixings. My hubby got something of the spicier variety. The food came out fast. There is plenty is seating. It is located in the same strip as Ken's Japanese Bistro and Wok and Grill. read more

Ordered the Beef tendon rice noodle pho, wife order spicy beef noodle soup....Both ordered large and had enough to bring some home for lunch. Wife also order fried shrimp which was fresh and crunchy with some pickled veggies...Ingredients were all fresh...broths were bold and full flavored.....the staff was courteous and quick...Came at 1:30 for a late lunch and the place was still rather full but no waiting even though by all the dishes on the tables I knew they just finished the Lunch crowd . Will be back.... read more

OMG everything is so good here!!! Haven't had one mediocre item. So happy to have found this place. It always hits the spot for Authentic Vietnamese food. I'm more than glad to make the husband commute a 20-minute drive to order take-outs any day of the week read more

Bun bo hue is my favorite, clean and fast service. The owner is very nice as well. Will support.

Been here a couple of times, the pho combination and the grilled pork banh mi are tasty.

Pho broth was very salty and can taste the msg and beef strips is chewy and thickener. Ordered a salted soda lemon drink and asked the waitress if it from a can she of course she said YES when the drink arrived it's has no gas no bubblers tasted blended and grossed. read more

Great bahn mi Wish I had time to try the pho too. Packed with people that looked like they knew their pho. I'll be back!

Food was good n authentic. Good options on menu besides just pho like other places. Spring rolls was freshly made. Friendly servers. Will be my go to for Vietnamese food from now on. read more

Wow. Super freaking good bun bo hue. I'm so bummed that it's so far but will definitely get a ton to go when I'm in the area!

I've recently relocated from DC and was pleased to find so many options for Vietnamese just down the street from my new home! I ordered the fresh spring rolls (#2) and a small pho with eye of round (#14). The spring rolls were delicious, and the peanut sauce was bomb (I'd like to bottle it and take it home with me). They pho noodles & brother were average sized for a small, but the meat portion was quite generous. I'll definitely be making a return trip soon! read more

First time and I was glad I came in for lunch. Fast service and super nice staff. Do come by and you won't regret it. Thank you :-)

One of the best places for Vietnamese egg rolls hands down. My boyfriend and I went after work one day and we got 4 orders of Vietnamese egg rolls they were a great price and delicious and my boyfriend really liked them so he order extra. The Pho was pretty good too. I feel like I always add extra things to try to spice it up or add more flavor but I really liked the Pho here read more

This place was previously Pho Mac then Got Pho. Both failed miserably. Decided to try Bun Bo Hue since they advertised as their specialty. It was pretty good but not quite up there with pho Tay Do. Nice lemon grass aroma. Tasty broth. A bit on sweet side for me. The side dish of sate was great with a hint of shrimp paste. Very nice and enthusiastic servers. They asked how the food tasted. Food came out quickly. Will come back to try other dish. read more

I was out of town visiting my mom and looking for pho. I found this place and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant itself is super clean and organized. The waitstaff is welcoming and attentive. Ordering is a breeze with great descriptions and an easy to navigate menu. We ordered: jasmine tea, veggie egg rolls, regular egg rolls, veggie pho, pork vermicelli, grilled chicken vermicelli, and a combination fried rice. All items were delicious and a great price. I would totally go back. I am always on the lookout for good veggie pho. read more

Came for lunch. The Pho is really, really great. The broth is just perfect. Spring rolls excellent. Can't wait to return.

Highly recommended everyone come to eat Bun Bo Hue and Bun Rieu. The taste is very good

On Bun Rieu alone, this place is the best in Dallas by far. I had ordered a regular sized Bun Rieu with an iced coffee to go and their portions are huge! Usually, restaurants will cheap out on the crab meatballs by not including crab. To my surprise, they did not shy away from including it! I will be back to try their other dishes. read more

Our family loves this place. After eating their Bun Bo Hue, we will never go to anywhere else for BBH again. Their Pho is super tasty too!

I really like the Pho here because the broth is full of flavor but not too overpowering with the rest of the elements of the bowl. I was born in Vietnam and I have eaten from many different places offering Pho, so I have a lot of experience. This place truly has good Pho and I really recommend it. All the dishes are great as well, but my favorite is truly in the name. read more
