Bánh xèo is one of my favorite things to eat. Few places can make it as great as this place outside of HCMC.

Bánh xèo is one of my favorites. Few places make it this great. If you're close by or considering trying bánh xèo for the first time. Do it

Hu tieu tom thit soup was a nice clear broth with such great flavor. The cooked and sliced pork was a great thickness and texture.

The food was so good!! The people were very nice and it's always great to have a family owned small restaurant with quality food. Hu tieu tom thit soup was a nice clear broth with such great flavor.

I come here all the time, the Banh Xeo or Vietnamese savory crepes are so fresh and has a crunchy taste. The people here are so nice, if you like spicy just ask for chili on the side. Their noodles and Pho are a great option as well if you love pho

I know this place is known for thier yellow crepe banh xeo(?) But I love thier green waffle here. Garland is hella far for me but whenever I am down here, I love coming here just for these waffles. These waffles are really different from the ones I have tried because it is super crispy. It tastes like a fortune cookie but the inside is chewy green rice cake with bits of coconut occasionally. Oh my good the best snack. Each waffle is 2 dollars each! I believe you need to pay in cash if you order less than 5 dollars. I could be wrong but have cash just in case! I tried their yellow crepe dish here and its pretty good too! So try that!!

La Xanh is a little restaurant in the corner of a plaza full of other restaurants. I have to say that this joint isn't my favorite or first choice in this area. I think the only good thing to get here is the bánh xèo and maybe the pandan waffle. Otherwise, I'd go elsewhere for soup or a rice dish.

I'm definitely coming back here. The food was delicious. I did not expect for my family member to eat everything.

Since…read morediscovering this little gem about two years ago, I've been back countless times and have tried nearly half the menu. I can confidently say I've loved everything so far! Everything is always so fresh and delicious! One of my favorites is the Ultimate Breakfast with turkey on sourdough bread, paired with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. SO GOOD! And their tomato basil soup? YUMMM! I've even had people who claim they don't like tomato soup try it, and they ended up craving more! And don't even get me started on the pastries! Every time I visit, I can't help but grab something sweet. I love that their pastry selection changes because it gives me something new to look forward to! So far, I've tried their cookies, brownies, apple turnover, cinnamon rolls, pistachio croissant, and blueberry lemon cheese danish. Every single one has been a treat! Two years later, Lito's Kitchen is still one of those places I keep coming back to, and I'll continue recommending it to everyone!

The portions are huge (I probably could have made 2 meals out of it if I wasn't starving). It's a mom and pop restaurant/karaoke/live music venue where the husband makes the food and the wife runs the front of house. The owner (I think she said her name was Linh) was extremely kind and tentative during our meal. I got the Vietnamese Pork and Seafood Noodle Soup (Hu Tieu Mi) and my dad got the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup (Bun Bo Hue). The bowl was massive, came with half egg noodles and half rice noodles, 5 or 6 shrimp, so much squid, 2 pieces of liver, and 2 huge chunks of pork with bones in it. The best part was the broth and garlic or fried fat bits. So delicious. I'm still thinking about it right now. My dad's bun bo hue was massive as well and he loved it. The broth was slightly on the sweeter side, but the beef flavor and spices really came through according to him. If we had more people or time, we would have definitely tried more dishes and look forward to eating here again. I don't know why yelp says the place is closed, but they're open Wednesday-Sunday according to their website and the owners. They close at 2am, but last call food is around 1:30am. They have karaoke nights and live music here. I'm not sure if it's just the weekend or if it's every day.

I am skeptical because after trying a few that folks here claim to be the best i've been disappointed. This here is again a no frills restaurant. Run by family, the young gentlemen who I believe is the son of the owner provided front of house service. We both got Bun Bo and Cha Gio. Bun bo on the menu wasn't the standout or highlighted item. Just one of many dishes served. It comes out with a side of mam and cut up peppers. Different than some spots that bring out their mam sate. This place did not need that sate. It was perfectly seasoned without being too salty. The peppers were extra hot just the way I like. I overheard that day they ran out of huyet. The bowl is served with banana flowers and cabbage. Most places in us only serve cabbage but real ones know banana flowers is the right accompaniment for bbh. On to the Cha Gio. It had the crispy wrapper but the filling is the star. Includes taro so you get that satisfying bite and texture.

You can feel the love from this family owned and operated restaurant. The staff is always super friendly and feels more like your eating at a good friends house. The food always hits and hand down the best Goi Cuon (springs. Rolls) I've had at a restaurant packed with fresh ingredients crisp lettuce and the peanut sauce is amazing with a rich flavor and thick consistency and they add chili for the perfect spice at the end. The egg rolls are super crispy and crunchy and addictive when dipping the fish sauce. My go to here is the Pho with its super authentic flavor bringing me right back to the streets of Ho Chi Minh City. Another favorite is the broken rice plate!! I've never had a bad experience here and if you're looking for the good good this is the spot!!
