Last time, my complaint was that the hand pulled noodles were way too soft and overcooked. But this time, I asked for a thicker noodle and it came out perfect. It had a nice chew to it and wasn't overcooked. But the stand out for me was actually their stir fried tomato beef noodle and their chicken chow mein. I vastly prefer these two compared to their beef soup noodles. It just has a stronger flavor profile that suits my taste buds more. As for the appetizers, skip the chicken wings. It was $8 for 4 tiny pieces and It's just not worth it. The Teppan Squid and their BBQ pork belly were both AMAZING. It is really strong and flavorful so I would only recommend them if you like strong bold flavors with a bit of spicy kick. Overall, this time I really enjoyed my meal and we got 2 free noodle dishes!
