Great spot in Vaughan if you are in the area and looking for a nice hot bowl of Pho Dac Biet (House Special Pho). I love that this place uses stone bowls which keeps the broth hot for a lot longer. It really makes a difference if you enjoy the broth at the end and don't want to drink it lukewarm or cool. Service was good and the staff are very efficient. It gets really busy here at times.

Venue 4/5 The restaurant is located on corner of a commercial plaza in Vaughan, adjacent Vaughan Metro. Pho128 offers plenty of parking and a comfortable, casual atmosphere. The interior is clean and welcoming, with a cozy setup that's perfect for a quick meal or a casual lunch with friends. Service 4/5 Despite being busy during peak hours, service was impressively fast and efficient. Staff were friendly and attentive, making sure everything arrived quickly and as ordered. They take walk ins and reservations as well Food 4/5 The food tasted great, the bone marrow pho and broth was rich and flavorful without being overly salty, and the flavors were well-balanced. I especially liked how fresh the ingredients were. The portion size was generous, and overall, everything felt authentic and comforting. Definitely a spot I'd go back to again. We ordered the fresh rolls, the rice platter which comes with 3 meats, and the bone marrow pho as mentioned earlier.

This spot was serving bone marrow pho in a stone pot before it became every "premium pho" restaurant's flex. It's always packed, and if you're lucky, you might catch the staff breaking into karaoke while serving you. Honestly, it doesn't get more authentic than that, lol. You can get the bone marrow pho without the stone pot for $3 less, but we love keeping that broth piping hot till the last slurp. The noodles are perfectly chewy, and they don't skimp on the meat either. The bún riêu? Flavorful, tangy, and loaded with toppings. There's even a version with soft shell crab (which I totally missed because I didn't read the fine print). And of course, an avocado shake to end it all--cold, icy, and non-negotiable after that hot broth hit.

Yes, the bone marrow pho matches the hype! The pho itself is already great, an aromatic and rich broth; the raw beef slices are generously thick and don't cook all the way through, for improved texture; but the highlight is two huge beef bones, lightly charred on the grill, the marrow oozing and adding amazing richness to the dish. The only downside is it's expensive ($22) and small but deceptively filling, thanks to all the added fats. The rice combo dishes were decent, but the real star is the bone marrow pho. It's a relatively small restaurant and fills up, even on weekdays at lunchtime. Be sure to arrive well before 12 to get a table. Relatively quick service and pleasant staff.

Bone marrow pho that's all i been seeing about this place! Only one size $24. The portion of the pho itself was huge I did say a Large. The pho was light, and the soup wasn't hot enough so the beef didn't fully cook, wish it was hotter. came with all kinds of meat like pho dac biet so I give this a 7/10? Maybe a higher rate if it was hotter. The bone marrow was good, 1 full bone with the marrow and one bone for "looks" with little barrow. I came around lunch, and it was REALLY busy. by the time i was finished there was a wait list. The restaurant itself didn't have many seats so yeah... Service was just okay, server never once checked up on us. The restaurant is tucked in a corner with a bright red logo, parking wasn't bad either.

Place was lively and busy during dinner time on Sunday. Plenty of parking. Had the beef hotpot which was enough for two adults if you aren't starving

Good place for pho soup! The beef bone marrow fall soup is really good, one bowl fills you up. The place is really busy compact and you need to come early because you will be waiting. It's a very busy spot. We had different kinds of soup all were really good portions. The atmosphere is fairly loud because there is no barriers between the tables and they are fairly close together even though it's a small place Service is fast once you order really only takes under 10 minutes and you'll have your food

Pho 128 had a decent waitlist when we arrived but it was most certainly worth it to just sit in the car and wait it out for the bone marrow pho! It was so tasty and such a large portion that I would definitely want to come back to share it with someone else. Their Vietnamese coffee and their avocado smoothie were also delicious. They have a smaller seating area around the back, which was where we were seated. It was very cosy, but also less frequented by the staff, so it took a while to get service after our initial order was taken. All in all, I will be returning again with a hunger for the same bone marrow pho.

Must try bone marrow pho! The bone marrow was charred to perfection and they give you two large bones per order!! Really enhanced the already flavourful broth. Both dishes we tried were really good and came with lots of meat and toppings. This place is really popular so do expect a wait, even during non peak hours. And the restaurant is quite small so not very baby friendly. But service is quick so tables get turnaround pretty quickly .

Came to pho 128 on a Saturday afternoon and it was still packed at 2pm. Had the bone marrow pho and it came with lots of variety of beef. It came with two bone marrows which further enhanced the broth and made it super flavourful! Compared to other pho restaurants that serve bone marrows, this place gives big marrow pieces. In terms of the food, it's a five star, however, I found that the tables were quite small and the tray that holds the condiments and utensils take up a lot of the small table space and all the tables were spaced very closely together.

This is our go to pho spot in Vaughan but probably my partner's favourite pho spot of all time! I really enjoy that you can customize the soup bases for the house special pho. The special lemongrass soup never disappoints. Bonus points for always giving such generous portions! If you're not feeling pho, the pho Sate is a 10/10. They are very generous with their meat portions. But the star of the show is the rich and smoky broth and crispy pork belly! The spring rolls are also really good! Since we discovered this restaurant in 2022, the prices have been really reasonable compared to other options in the GTA. Try to get there before their lunch rush, otherwise you might have to wait.

Tips: - This place takes debit and cash only…read more - The hot tea is scorching hot. A couple of Wednesdays ago, after work, I had an early dinner at this Pho Anh Vu on Highway 7 in Vaughan, between Keele and Jane streets. I have passed by this eatery a number of times since it opened. It was time to check it out. This location used to be Veg Italiano. There used to be a pho place a few doors down. It is now a Turkish eatery. This small plaza does have some turnover. However, the Turkish place and this eatery have been here for at least a couple of years. I hope they remain. I got here at around 3:30 pm. I had no problem finding a parking spot. I backed into a vacant one and walked in. I was immediately greeted by a male staffer. I got to sit wherever I wanted. I chose a booth by the window. I got menus to peruse. There were two other tables with customers. It was nice. Hot tea came to me with two cups. The hot tea was exceptionally piping hot. I used both cups to pour tea into them and let them cool. I was ready to order. It took a long time to get a server to come over. The woman at the counter noticed that I was ready and flagged the male server to take my order. I got these items: - Soda lemonade - Grilled chicken on vermicelli with spring rolls My soda lemonade came first. It was fizzy, cold, and refreshing. I loved it so much. I would get it again in a heartbeat. It also helped me down my food as I waited for my hot tea to cool down. When my tea was finally at a temperature that wouldn't scorch my tongue, it was fragrant and yummy. I loved the grilled chicken. It was flavourful and grilled to perfection. The vermicelli was generous and yummy. The spring rolls were stuffed and crispy. This dish came with dipping sauce that I ended up pouring on everything. I feel that I needed more of it. I paid at the counter with a debit card. I tapped and was good. This eatery got busy after 4 pm. My guess is that everyone came to watch the Canada-Switzerland FIFA game. It got tense in the place. Eventually, Canada lost this game. I used the washroom before I left. It was beautiful and clean. It's a decent location that serves good food. The tea was too hot. Service started off slow, but was a lot better once my order was place. I'd love to return to try more items off the menu. (280)

Nothing too special. I didn't really like the Jaeyuk, the flavor is there but the meat just isn't tender. But I've never had tender Jaeyuk or Bulgolgi so maybe that is just how it is. The bossam on the other hand was really delicious, tender and soft. I highly recommend it. The kalguksu was great as well. The soup was hearty and the noodles themselves were so soft with a nice chew to it. The mandu was also really good. They were so large and plump and the wrapper was so thin. This place is amazing for the price! At about $23-24 for each combo, it comes with a ton of food. And their gigantic mandu was only $13.5 for 6. Definitely some place we will revisit again in the future. Especially love their banchan they serve and the generous bowl of kimchi, enough for our party of 4 without us needing to ask for seconds. By the way the banchan with cabbage turns out to be the sauce for the dumplings too, which was a nice touch. Ambiance is casual and there isn't too much seating and so I feel it's a bit tight as we got the corner seats. Not really anywhere to set a purse, so definitely dress casually to avoid getting splatter from your food and bag if you tend be a messy eater like me.

We ordered their Beef Tendon Noodle, traditional hand pulled beef noodle, stir fried tomato beef noodle, and their Chicken Chow Mein. As for appetizers, we got their bbq traditional chicken wings, BBQ pork belly, and their teppan squid. This time, I thought everything tasted really good. Last time, my complaint was that the hand pulled noodles were way too soft and overcooked. But this time, I asked for a thicker noodle and it came out perfect. It had a nice chew to it and wasn't overcooked. But the stand out for me was actually their stir fried tomato beef noodle and their chicken chow mein. I vastly prefer these two compared to their beef soup noodles. It just has a stronger flavor profile that suits my taste buds more. As for the appetizers, skip the chicken wings. It was $8 for 4 tiny pieces and It's just not worth it. The Teppan Squid and their BBQ pork belly were both AMAZING. It is really strong and flavorful so I would only recommend them if you like strong bold flavors with a bit of spicy kick. Overall, this time I really enjoyed my meal and we got 2 free noodle dishes!
