Plenty of parking, but the restaurant is attached to Great Mall, which is a shopping outlet that can get quite packed on the weekends or during the holidays, so keep that in mind about this place. The location is super clean, the staff is super friendly, and they even have a robot that brings you your drinks! My party thought that was really cool. As for the food goes, the portions are pretty big! We all didn't c finish our meals. We got the Nem Nuong Cuon 10/10, the Bun Rieu 8/10, and the Bun Thit Nuong 8/10. I got the Salty Plum soda 9/10 (this drink is an acquired taste I feel). We also got a Bun Bo Hue 8/10 to take home and it was also good! In terms of the authentic Vietnamese taste, I do feel like I've had better around the area, but this is a great stop if you're craving some Vietnamese food after some shopping! Overall, the pho here is good - the noodles are cooked well, both the regular thin pho noodles and thick, but the broth here is flavorful but very salty. The portion is also small even though they offer both small and large. At another pho place, the quantity of Pho 90's large is their small. But you do get a decent amount of meat. The service here could use a lot of improvement, but like a lot of Asian establishments, don't go in expecting top notch service as most Asian establishments do not prioritize this. Considering this in a mall location where a lot of locals and non locals come to enjoy, service could improve to cater towards the audience. We were seated immediately but had to wait another 20 or so before someone came to take our orders. The food came out within 10 minutes. No check ins and no water refills. Workers wore gloves but when passing out utensils, which are only provided to you after ordering, it is not in paper bags or trays like other places, so the same hands used to touch their iPads and everything else, is also being used to touch the utensils you will be eating with, so be sure to wipe down your utensils after you receive them. read more

Review for take out Ordered the bun cha hoi (dry noodle) for take out and was disappointed. The noodles were over cooked and stuck together. I always order the Pho Ap Chao when I come here and the portions are huge. Fills me up nicely during lunch. They have a robot that serves you drinks but I usually just get my drink dropped off. The servers don't really talk to you but I like my solitude when I'm eating so this isn't an issue. The only problem is you won't get your water refilled unless you wave someone down to get it for you. Otherwise, it's a pretty good place to come and eat. So, for this place to look this good the food and service could be a lot better. I don't know if it's because they closed in a hr and a half or if it was forgetful staff or just READY to go. The server took 15 mins to take my drink order and then I ordered water with a soft drink and it had no ice or a straw. My dates food took 25 mins to come out and was cold. (Hint: I didn't get a picture of that tho) Then when I asked to speak to management, server told me no management was here at the time. I politely asked to have my dates meal compensated and remade. I've been to the Great Mall a lot of times. I seen this all the time. Today is the day I have a Pho 90 Degree. The Phở in the South Bay Area is the best. Some people out there might say it's better than Orange County. It looks modern, big, upscale, and clean for a Phở shop. They got Certified Angus Beef here. But I'm here for one thing, and it's that large Chopped Imperial Wagyu Beef Noodle Soup. The broth is slightly better than some Phở I've had in the South Bay Area. I grew up on Pho 90°. Their first location is in San Jose. I have heard that they opened this location in Milpitas a while back, but I didn't think of it until recently. My friend and I were craving some Vietnamese food and decided to stop by this location. There was no wait time even though we came by on a Sunday. We were seated immediately, and the server got our order after several minutes. Everything was as delicious as I remembered it. The nem cuong was still delicious. My friend ordered their pho with seared steak, and I got their Bun Bo Hue. I loved every bite, and so did my friend. The portions are insane! The quantity and quality were reasonably priced. tl;dr: In terms of service, this place is better than the one in San Jose. However, the food is just so-so. Located conveniently inside the Great Mall, we always stop here for dinner. However, they do also need to consider the fact that not every customer is Vietnamese, so sometimes it will be a miss or a hit in terms of service. The best time to come is always before dinner time, so you can expect better service. During lunchtime, it's always crowded. Pho quality is not consistent. Sometimes it was really good. Today, the pho broth tastes a little salty and the noodles are soft. I'm not sure if it was overcooked but it's not meeting the standard. Because we are staying around the capital of Pho, which is San Jose, to compare with the rest, it's just so-so. The macaroni, on the other hand, was superb; very tasty and delicious.  The decor is quite nice. The ceiling is high, and the paintings are quite nice for a Pho restaurant. Had a good experience at Pho 90. Meat was sliced nicely and the broth was flavored. The establishment is pretty large on the side on the mall so there's plenty of parking if you come during off-peak hours. I also got a taro milk tea, it was pretty average. Been here twice. Not my go-to pho place but this will do. The interior decor is nice, similar to some of the places found in Viet town Center Mall in Story Rd. - high ceiling, chandelier and french influenced murals. The food tho was just ok. Not bad but not something you would recommend everytime unless you looking for noodles conveniently located inside the Great mall. Decent food coupled with nice ambiance is A-OK by me. I have mostly eaten pho in here as it is a pho place but there are other offerings in their menu. I used to love this place for bun rieu, but I'm disappointed with the recent changes. They no longer give you the generous pieces of tofu they used to--now it's just a couple of small, skinny pieces, and sometimes only one. They've also cut back on the meat portions. When the mall added this pho joint years ago, it became a little more closer to being a "great" mall. When I was living nearby, this place was very convenient with their late night hours (pre-pandemic). I could never compare this location with the other in Vietnam Town. It's much more spacious and cleaner. And their service and food seems to be on another level. I normally get their loaded combination beef pho or their oxtail pho. These hot and meaty bowls scream comfort! And when I feel like a non-soup dish, their pork vermicelli bowl with egg roll touches my heart too. Their spring rolls are as good as it gets. And like most Asian restaurants, don't expect the appetizers to come out before the main entrees. They're usually served together or sometime after your bowl of pho hits the table. The portion size was hearty. I liked how the fish sauce came in a separate plastic container instead of a bowl (sanitation pass). They give you a lot of meat here compared to other Vietnamese restaurants. Taking off a star because the dish came with a side of broth. Maybe the chef mixed the salt and sugar, because the broth was unbearably sweet. Tasted like I was drinking sugar water. Overall, a great place to eat solo or with friends and family. It was a weekend, and I don't think this place closed until later - like 11 or even midnight. And I get it, you guys wanna go home but don't forget the incoming customers. We got sat in a booth in a semi private area of the restaurant. Good in that it was private, but bad in that it took forever for us to get waited on. They finally noticed we still had menus. Ended up ordering the premium pho option with eggrolls and some kind of beef stew. The eggrolls were decent, but really nothing special. I like it when the cut the pieces into smaller bites - this place did not. The pho was really good though, especially on this chilly night. I have been to their other location on Story but did not know they had one in the mall. It's on one of the side branches so I need see it , when we're lapping the main circle in the mall. Anyways it was decently busy when we arrived for lunch over the weekend. My friends got pho, the hubby got a com tam rice dish, and I got the turmeric catfish dish. The pho came out first, and very quickly. The kid devoured it up. And my friend really enjoyed his pho. The broken rice dish came with a gilled pork chop and lap xuong. It filled my SO up - with the meat, rice, fried egg, broth, salad and pickled veggies. My catfish dish took the longest to come out. The catfish and lots of dill, peanuts, and onions, came out on a sizzling hot plate. Then a side plate was filled with vermicelli noodles, big leaves of lettuce, cucumber, raw onions, a very fishy sauce, and fried sesame rice paper looking thing. It was so much food. I think I got 4-5 pieces of the lettuce to make the wraps and I finished those but still had a bunch of everything else. I took a little more than half home. My understanding is that the robots are also the servers , I would get rid of that entirely , it is not working for them . I love that the menu has a large amount of variety and I especially love that there are a few vegetarian entree options. The only entree they were missing was a rice based one. It's very difficult to enjoy Vietnamese food when you're vegetarian, so I'm thankful for the choices regardless. The service was fast and we didn't have to wait too long for our food.
