This place is OK. The value is definitely the depth of the menu and the ability to eat something that isn't fast food when it's laaaaate. For a normal dinner, I don't think they're the best option. Ordered pancit, a rice plate, and bun bo hue. All of the things we ordered were just solidly OK. None of them blew me away and were just alright. Given the depth of choices when it comes to both Vietnamese and Filipino food in the area at normal dining hours, you could probably do better elsewhere. At late night though when the only other options are fast food? Sign me up.

I love that they close super late, like the good ol days. I came here for the pho but ended up with Bún bò Huế. I loved it. Also left with some delicious drinks.

I wanna love this place. I've been going here for years. The service is OK. It's pretty self served. Nowadays. The food is consistent and the tables aren't usually clean doesn't look like they have very many staff anymore I swear the lady at the register has been working there for over 30 years. I usually either get the chicken faux chicken wings egg rolls are very good here is it five star no but it's pretty good when I go back sure is it the best no, is it the worst no try it open late

First time here. Ordered 90, 97, extra rice, 76 chicken, F1, 1 and F6. You line up, order, given with number, sit down wherever then wait for your food. All condiments and utensils on the table all ready for everyone's usage. Self service iced water. Specific lady kept on going around cleaning up tables. If I would have just gone outside where the tables it, is okay. But when you use their all gender restroom which is for customers only. It appears unsanitary inside by the hallway, storage piles, and bins. Otherwise, The food was yummy, savory and big servings.

My experience going to this restaurant was definitely unforgettable, considering my two friends and I stopped here for food at 2AM on a Saturday night/Sunday morning before dropping one of them off at the airport. We saw the reviews and thought we'd check it out despite the very large menu, and we just kind of expected to roll in, talk to tired staff, and roll out. Boy were we wrong - this place was JAM PACKED at 2AM. We didn't realize the post-going-out crowd fills this place up like no other. There was so many people that many of the long tables were being shared between parties. The staff looked pretty tired but were cordial regardless, but I don't blame them - a big crowd at 2AM is nothing to be overly energetic about. My friend got pho, I got a grilled chicken banh mi, and my other friend got beef spring rolls. My friend really liked her chicken pho, and in hindsight, I should've gotten pho considering everyone was eating pho. However, my grilled chicken banh mi was pretty good - was a bit scared with the large menu. We were super tired, so the lively space was kind of strange, but we didn't mind. We had a good time and definitely remember this experience!

Came here around 12:30am on a Saturday after a concert and this place was HAPPENING. Bright lights, line to order, tables full, etc. Unfortunately when the food arrived, the quality was extremely low and portions were skimpy. Our "XL" pho that we ordered was probably the size of a regular anywhere else. The biggest draw is that it's open until 3am every day and serves edible food. Not good, but edible.

This is one of the best late night spots. When you pull up, the entire exterior is extremely brightly lit, and there's always people inside no matter the hour. You order and pay at the front before getting a number and sitting down. They have a handwritten menu on the wall, but I found that impossible to understand. Make sure to just use their printed menu, which is quite expansive but contains some photos too. We got the extra large #1 noodles and vegetarian spring rolls. I think the XL noodles could have had more broth, felt like we were drowning in noodles without the right ratio of broth. One downside is we got spare bowls and they were a bit dirty, so check that. Otherwise it's cheap, convenient, and hits the spot. Plenty of tables and parking.

This restaurant opens late at night and has both Vietnamese and Filipino dishes on the menu. I got the Pho Dac Biet and the flavor was good! Satisfied our pho craving and is a great late night food spot!

Here is my 2 cents on quality quantity & Taste of my Mongolian beef....It was delivered by Uban Eats in timely manner.. This was the WORST FOOD EVER..First if there lower rating I give....They did not give me enough food. The did not follow instructions.. It was ice cold ..THE FAILED IN EVERY WAY..NOT WORTH REPEATED. DO NOT EVER EAT HERE

Didn't know there was a restaurant located really close to the local target? So I decided to drop by and ordered a soup dish. It's pretty good, this place has the biggest menu among restaurants of its type. Didn't know it is also open very late so I will remember this joint as a great spot.

We came here during our visit to San jose. Our friend recommended this place that was still open late at night. This place serves good pho and tasted delicious when we came. The spring rolls were not bad. Their menu is long and extensive with many options which I liked. There was vietnamese food, thai food, and some other fushion food as well. You order at the cashier then grab a table. The restaurant is pretty big with long tables. It wasnt packed but it was still full of families and couples after 8pm. I wouldnt mind coming here again when I visit. The portions are very generous.

The mam tom had a strong flavor (as expected), but it was balanced well and tasted authentic. We also ordered the cha ca La Vong, which came out sizzling and fragrant with plenty of dill and turmeric flavor. Mixing it with the noodles, herbs, and peanuts made for a great combination of textures and flavors. Portions were generous, service was friendly, and the food came out pretty quickly even though the restaurant was busy. It's not always easy to find Vietnamese dishes like these done well in the South Bay, so I was happy to find a spot that delivers. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Despite it being in a big lot, parking still took a while to find. Thankfully, we had thankfully just beat the lunch rush and not had to wait longer than 10 minutes for a table. My friend and I shared a Northern spread (Bun Cha Ha Noi) and a Southern style Goat Curry (Banh Mi Cari De). Service was definitely on the slower side that day, but thankfully we were proactive at getting the orders in. The Bun Cha Ha Noi was delicious - pretty much a DIY spring roll - all the fun, all the mess, with none of the clean up other than licking the plates clean. The pork belly was delicious; I was surprised how much I liked it, since I'm not a fan of pork. I devoured numerous rolls, and we also had some extra vermicelli to finish off the rest of the protein. This single meal was definitely more than enough for two! The Banh Mi Cari De (goat curry) was unfortunately quite the opposite. The goat was cooked very well - tough, gamy, and difficult to eat. There were probably six pieces in total, our first was tender, our second had bone, a little harder to chew, and the last was best compared to rubber. The curry was a bit watery, which made the banh mi soggy when dipped in. This was probably an adventurous try, but not a dish I'd ever consider ordering again.

It's a grilled tumeric fish dish that packs a ton of flavor, and you add noodles and herbs to make a delish spring roll (or in my case a fat burrito). It comes out on a sizzling plate so you have to let it cook a bit to render the onions and dill to get that perfect texture. The sauce might be a bit fishy to some, but it's what ties the bite together! It's def an acquired taste, but if you are open to trying new things, please come try this speciality dish. Tip: on Wednesdays, this dish is only $28, whereas the OG price is around $36. The fried rice here was surprisingly super flavorful! You can taste the separate grains (which is when you know the cook on the rice is good) and the salt levels were top tier. I would come back and get this togo if I was too lazy to create my own food with the spring rolls. Overall, you are here for the food, not the service and decor. If you can't find parking in that plaza, there's more parking across the road where the Target is. After spending about ten minutes on the written wait-list, our names were called. It's definitely a little easier communicating with much of the staff if you speak Vietnamese, and I find that waiting right outside the restaurant is best because they default to calling your name from the door once it's your turn. The interior is crammed with tables; the atmosphere feels busy and warm. There is a single room women's bathroom and men's bathroom in the back as well. The decor leans toward being classic more than trendy, which I liked. The menu is pretty big, offering a variety of items ranging from mainstream Vietnamese options to ones I don't encounter as often. I recommend eating family-style for many of these dishes, including the Bún Chả Cá Lã Vọng, which I enjoyed with my partner. The prices are pretty average, and their portions are generous. That said, they are cash or Zelle only. There is an ATM that you can use if you forget to bring cash, but this is still something to keep in mind. Overall, I can definitely see myself coming back. I wish I had the stomach capacity to try more of their dishes at once, and I 100% recommend that anyone give this place a shot.

I noticed cobwebs that appeared to have been hanging in place for a long time, along with dirt and grime collecting in corners throughout the dining room. Even the menus felt sticky, with a visible film of grease and small food particles still clinging to them. The faded print and worn condition made them look as though they hadn't been replaced in years. Those details created an impression of neglect that made it difficult to relax and enjoy the meal. With a thorough deep cleaning and some updated menus, this restaurant could create a much more welcoming dining experience.
