I got seated immediately and they took my order quickly. They had both options of thin noodles vs thick noodles. Pho was good. Nice bowl to enjoy on a Saturday afternoon
My party of 4 was seated right away on a Saturday evening. It was quite difficult to flag down servers throughout the meal to place our orders, get water refills, etc. We shared the grilled pork spring rolls, pho with softening rare imperial wagyu beef, shaking beef, garlic noodles with prawns, and grilled fish. My favorites were the pho (noodles had good consistency, meat was good, broth was flavorful) and grilled fish (piping hot, flavorful, good texture). Grilled pork spring rolls and shaking beef were solid but not the best I've had. The rice that came with the shaking beef was pretty mushy too. Garlic noodles were not the best, the noodles and prawns both felt dry and lackluster. Overall solid meal and got the job done for the Vietnamese food craving.
We went pretty late. Maybe 8:45pm or so. They had only pho at that time. We had chicken pho. It was very soothing and just right. The service was prompt. I will go again. I wonder why it has only three stars.
The restaurant is spacious, lots of seating. There was no wait when I walked in with family. The hostess was friendly and seated us with menus, even brought out small bowls with plastic utensils for kids. The menu is big but we stuck with the classics. Pho Tai, cha gio re, and Banh hoi. The pho broth was pretty good with lots of noodles. The cha gio was extra crunchy and really good just kinda small compared to other restaurants. The Banh hoi was ok. The netted noodles was a bit tough, and there wasn't enough scallion oil in there. But everyone loved the pickled carrots and radishes in the dishes. The veggies were fresh and made the dishes bright.
We ordered 3 things here. - Garlic noodles with BBQ Korean Rips: the meat was really good, flavorful and tender but it's a shame that the noodles were not good at all. It was nothing like garlic noodles, more like oily yet dry chow men. - Bột chiên (Fried rice cake with eggs): delicious. Crispy and flavorful sauce. Lots of eggs. Definitely recommend. - Bún chả Hà Nội: I like the sauce and the grill pork but I didn't like cha. I guess it's not my style. I'd order vermicelli noodles with grilled pork though. Good customer service. I'd recommend eating here.
We were craving pho and decided to drive down to Great Mall to do some shopping and try Pho 90 at this location. We ordered the #15 and #16. The #16 is usually a classic and what Pho 90 is known for. At this visit, the meat was a bit more cooked than we expected, so it wasn't our favorite at the table. I ordered the #15, which comes with rare beef served on the side so you can cook it in the broth to your liking, and I personally enjoyed that one more. Overall, it definitely satisfied our pho craving. Some of us felt we might have enjoyed the meal more if we had ordered the #15 or #11, especially if you prefer more control over how the meat is cooked. We'd still come back and would be happy to try other dishes next time, now that we know what to order. Also, make sure you ask for your side veggie toppings cos they will skimp you as they might assume you won't eat it and then it go to waste
Came on a Friday evening. The interior is well decorated and very nice and workers are friendly. Now to the nitty gritty, the pho, which I got the special, came out in good timing. The broth was just too salty for my taste but the portion was decent. Nothing unique about this pho but it will do if you're hangry from shopping. Servers are very attentive and friendly.

This time, we decided to try our luck and check again--and luckily, it's back on the menu! We tried their salmon spring rolls first time, which were light yet flavorful. The grilled fish with turmeric and dill remains our all-time favorite, absolutely delicious and a must-try. The vegetarian pho was also excellent. Service was great well..
Pho 90 Degrees in Milpitas is still legit and portions are huge. Special Pho Dac Biet noodle soup was packed with tasty ingredients and vegetables. Very generous. I don't recall Pho Dac Biet so huge in portions elsewhere. Most similar restaurants serve very basic Pho Dac Biet in a bowl. It stands out here. Everything still tastes delicious and good. Wasn't it just $15.25 per bowl a few months ago? Today, it's $17.25. This is usually a great place to dine in and servers are always good at their jobs. Almost every entree has gone up in prices now. Rotisserie chicken with rice wasn't too dry. It actually had softer texture than expected and tasted good. Very fulfilling. Everything hits the spots because portions are unbeatable. Interior vibes are still blooming every weekend here. Great stop after walking around at The Great Mall. I didn't expect prices to increase this much. There's still plenty of tables and chairs inside. Definitely check out the menu before entering next time. Menu selections look like it shrunk a bit compared to what it used to be. Overall, delicious spot. Never disappointed in food quality here.
Yes, I'm a huge fan of this Pho restaurant. They have lots to offer but my favorites are their chicken pho and soft vermicelli bowl with all grilled pork. My wife and I also enjoy their spring rolls with sausage and crunch wrap inside. This restaurant is clean and very spacious. They do offer highchairs for toddlers so this is great. I will say, their service could be a bit better in terms of checking-in. Once they take your order and deliver your meals, it's like you don't see them again; they rarely come over for check-ins or refills. Also, because they won't tell you, I highly recommend asking for their chili oil. Its house made and full of lemon grass and garlic fragrance. The chicken pho is phenomenal! The chicken is tender and served in different slices & sections like the breast, wing, drums, etc. The broth mixed with the chicken is delicious. The noodles to chicken ration are also generous so major plus here. I also love their grilled beef vermicelli. They give generous portions of meat as well as the side veggies: Lettuce, cucumber, carrots, sprouts. The portions here are pretty big so you'll for sure get stuffed. I wasn't that much of a fan of their Viet iced coffee though. I thought it was too bitter and odd tasting, not my type of cup. I honestly think this is one of the best pho places in Milpitas. It's definitely worth coming to. I know for sure; we'll be back!
This is the first restaurant we saw (located at one of the mall entrance) before we start shopping. The restaurant is spacious inside. Staffs are friendly. Pricing a little high but understandable since the location. Food was good. Only problem is the restroom was stinky. (They have restrooms inside the restaurant)
This place has been my go to for pho. The service has always been very good and you get seated right away. I never have to wait to order nor to get your food. The only thing I'd worry is parking since it is in the great mall. Nevertheless, i always order number 15 which has cooked pieces of steak to add to your soup. It adds a juicy steak flavor. The regular soup bowl is pretty big; you will leave full with just this size. The place is pretty big overall and has a calmness overall.

This is one of my go-to spots when I'm shopping at Great Mall, especially on weekdays. Their combo pho is always a solid choice, the meat is freshly prepared and nicely sliced, and the pho has been consistently satisfying. Their avocado smoothie and the spring rolls are also must for me. The sizzling plate dishes are more hit or miss, tho. We've had some really awesome sizzling steaks that were delicious, but we've also had experiences with steak that was undercooked and seemed lower quality. So I'd say the sizzling items are a bit of a gamble. Overall, still a solid 4 stars for me. I'll definitely keep coming back when I'm at Great Mall and craving pho! read more
I came here for dinner with my mom. I had #11 special combo while my mom had #12 special combo with veal. Everything was good. Food came out fast. My mom didn't finish her soup. I finished everything. There are two sizes of the bowl, regular or large. We both got regular. All went well and you pay at the front. Service was fine. I would come back. read more

Pho 90 is my favorite spot for pho , I come with my family almost every weekend . The broth is so delicious and flavorful the portions are very generous and the prices are very reasonable. I love coming here for pho, it always hits the spot!! I got the #13 with rare steak and it was amazing. The broth itself has so much flavor and depth. The meat was so tender and just how I like it. They always provide a great selection of veggies: jalapeño, bean sprouts, lime to squeeze in and fragrant leaves to put in the soup! We basically got seated right away at 1pm ish on a Sunday. This place has become my new favorite pho spot. From their spring rolls to fried egg rolls to vermicelli bowl to hot pho, it's all delicious. It's some of the best pho in the area. My personal favorite is the wok fried steak with beef pho (#15, I think). The cooked beef on the side of the flavorful broth and nooode bowl is so tasty. I have not been disappointed in anything I've ordered from here and find myself coming back quite often. read more
After watching a movie, my friends and I went to Pho 90 Degrees to eat dinner. The service was friendly and nice. Our orders came out quickly, even one by their robot. Grilled Pork Paste Spring Roll (2): Rice paper wrapped with grilled pork paste and Asian green (3.5/5). Pho Dac Biet - Special Combo: Rare certified angus beef steak, well-done brisket, flank, tendon, and tripe (4/5). Flavorful, savory broth. Pho Ap Chao Chay: House Special Pan-fried Flat Noodle with Wok-fried Tofu & Mixed Vegetables (3.5/5). My friends enjoyed this dish. read more

My go-to place for lunch or dinner at the mall! There's quite a lot of seating inside, so I've never had to wait for a seat. The restaurant is located close to one of the mall entrances. Since it's inside the mall, there's always a lot of parking. We usually get the beef pho and it comes with the usual fixings of bean sprouts, lemon, basil and jalapeños. On occasion, we've gotten the turmeric fish, which comes with lettuce, noodles, rice crackers, some sauces and herbs which you can assemble into a lettuce wrap or as you see fit. The fish is nicely cooked, not too tough and very flavorful. They have other soup and rice dishes, but I have not tried those. There's a wall with multiple TVs where they play random food or travel videos. They also have what appears to be a Parisian mural(?) on the wall. They also play a variety of V-pop in the background. I just appreciate that there's an option for good noodle soup in the mall. Would recommend. read more
I have passed by this restaurant dozens of times without realizing it's actually a pho restaurant? So I dropped by today and got the spring rolls and #11 bowl. It's great, the bowl size is bigger than usual for a regular size. Portions are pretty generous and I have no issues with the price either. This food joint is better than a typical mall quick bite outlet. You can get quality food here. read more

I'm sad to rate a Vietnamese restaurant so low, but this place is just not good. My immediate reaction when I had the first sip of broth was that it was watery/flavorless. Broth really determines noodle dishes so I knew I wasn't expecting much from my bowl anymore. My boyfriend got the bun bo hue and his broth also lacked flavor. He had an awful reaction after a bite of the blood so I had to try it. It was weird and disgusting to say the least. It was probably, extremely not fresh and that goes with everything in my pho as well. Ingredients are okay to not par. The restaurant is big, but we speculated that that may be a sign of just pushing as much food out. Makes sense for quantity over quality for a mall restaurant (here for convenience). read more
Pho was super tasty here. Avocado shake was ok. Place wasn't too busy when we got there but lots of people in and out which show how efficient the service was. The set up was nothing special, but did the trick to have us be comfortable and enjoy our meals. read more

It is located near Great Mall in Milpitas and has plenty of parking. There are a lot of seatings options inside too. Service was fast with the food. It didn't seem too busy inside on a weekday night and had no problems being seated. It was not too loud too. I ordered beef pho which came out in a big bowl for the price. The broth was good, though, there could be better ratios of meat to noodles. I would come again. read more
Decent pho place near me, I like how it's located at great mall. I usually like to walk around after eating a good meal. The restaurant is spacious and has plenty of seating. I came here for a recovery meal and boy did it hit the spot. I got the pho tai, which was pretty good. The noodles and meat were well cooked and the broth was perfectly seasoned. The food came out fast and I was only in the restaurant for 30 mins. Would recommend if you're just trying to get a quick meal. read more
