Soup base is always good tasting here. It used to be a good 4.7-5 stars place attracting many tech employees as customers over a decade ago. These days, don't expect much customers on weekends. Feels dead and empty during cold weather rainy days. You can still dine inside or outside. Looks like more people are enjoying takeout orders instead. They do get busy with people picking up orders. Most of it eventually broke apart in chunks. The spring rolls were a good size, however it wasn't wrapped too tight so it began splitting towards the end of each piece.
