After a long family adventure day, we took my parents here for pho. The place is nice, clean, and modern. The staff is nice too. We all ordered pho. The pho broth, here for me, was just okay. I didn't like it that they didn't strain their broth. The broth just lacked flavor. This place is not for me, but may be good for someone else. I won't be returning back here. Continue your support if you really like this place.

This is a great place for spring rolls (usually). There was a little too much lettuce in the ones I ordered today. Their peanut butter sauce is to die for and this was no different today. I also had some egg rolls that were great!! Pho 75 is a great place to pick up food for takeout. I have also dined in and the restaurant is has a nice feel and is clean. Parking is in the lot.

New management. Tasteless foods. Got a call from them regarding giving me the wrong food. Grilled beef was super chewy and dried no flavor whatsoever.

Once in awhile me and the gang getting a craving for Vietnamese food. This is one of our go to spots especially on the weekend. To be honest we always grab take out since we can't leave work but the food is always delicious. Bun Dac Biet is what I had last time. I would give

Crab 14C. Crab Cheese Wonton

This definitely has changed management because I don't remember the food being this terrible when I used to live in Colorado seven years ago I would come to this place consistently until 2019. The crab cheese wontons used to have real crab in them and and the broth isn't strained, you can smell the bone residue. If you're into really cheap tasting food that doesn't have that authentic Vietnamese touch then this place will be OK for you. The Vietnamese rolls weren't even Vietnamese style eggrolls. They were fried the same way as a spring roll with little to no filling and no vermicelli noodle. When I used to come here, the people who worked there used to actually eat the food on their breaks. Overall run away from this place if you actually like Vietnamese food cause you won't find anything authentic about this place.

Food is awesome. The new interior furnishing is amazing since new owner took over. Staff is helpful and the place is clean. Consistent opinion towards the restaurant for the second visit. Highly recommended!

Vermicelli noodles over cooked, thus soggy. Fried rice completely different from menu, tasted OK but had no vegetables.

It's been a long time coming but Dan Da is hands down my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Colorado…read moreand probably in the US. When you think of Vietnamese, Americans tend to think of Pho, noodle bowls and lemongrass chicken but we need more places the focuses in home cooking and dishes that locals eat. Ingredients are fresh and dishes pack a powerful flavor bomb...I mean wow! The use of shrimp paste and other traditional ingredients really elevate flavors that many Americans are not used to, but you have to try it to understand. Their claypots are a must order and with a side of rice....you'll be eating for days! The star of the night was the pork and calamari claypot which is cooked in shrimp paste and your favorite Vietnamese spices and herbs. You'll finish bowls of rice with this dish, it packs so much flavor that you'll be wanting more. It's a great mix of salty, sweet and umami from the fermented shrimp paste. The Vietnamese curry was thick and packed with succulent shrimp. The veggies at a very nice brightness to balance out the coconut milk. The last dish we had was a shrimp lemon grass in the clay pot and that was also a hit with everyone! Service is amazing and they definitely know how to recommend dishes to match your taste buds. They went out of the way to help everyone and it shows. If you need a new spot, check Dan Da!

The vibe is warm and relaxed with low lighting and volume. You can choose from booths or a table. The booth was firm yet soft and not worn out or peeling. I ordered the pho with rare steak and two beef ribs. It was only $16 compared to $32 when I order that in Cali. My fiance got pho with well done brisket. The first thing she commented on was how delicious the broth is. It's golden, warm, and savory like a big hug for your insides. I'm picky with my pho broth and this place is on point. I've been in Central California for the past 6 years, so it was great to finally have some PHOnomenal pho. My fiance loves sandwiches and never had a banh mi, so we ordered the grilled beef and it was . She loved it so much that she ordered one to go.

The broth was on the lighter side and lacked depth, and the chicken itself was dry and a bit tough to chew. The vegetable egg rolls were disappointing, they were mushy on the inside and tasted like they were straight from the freezer. The Thai tea was the highlight. Not overly sweet, which I appreciated. Service was a bit hit or miss. It was busy when I came in, which is understandable, but when I went up to pay, I was ignored while the woman at the counter continued talking with her family. Another staff member eventually stepped in to help me. Overall, not a terrible experience, but not one that would bring me back.

I had a dinner reservation for 1 at 5:30pm on a Sunday night. First off, I appreciate that they let me have a table seat to myself. I know a lot of places that want solo diners at the bar. My waitress was absolutely perfect, she gave me such excellent recommendations and really helped shape my meal. Everything she recommended was fantastic. I had 3 dishes, because I wanted to try everything. I would've been fine with 2, since these portion sizes were pretty generous, but I just had to. My first dish was the trứng và trứng - soft scrambled egg, brown butter, fish sauce, trout roe, rice. This was so comforting, so homey, so warm. It was exactly what I needed after a long weekend of working. Get this. My second dish was the tàu hũ ky cuộn tôm - shrimp cake, butter, trout roe, mint. You're probably thinking this is like a fried crab cake, but it wasn't. There's basically no breadcrumbs in this, so it's more like when you get shrimp paste at hot pot. It was so tender, moist, and so flavorful. And of course, my veggie choice was the bắp cải luộc - charred cabbage, anchovy breadcrumbs, egg yolk. My waitress had said this was basically if they put charred cabbage on top of the filling in a deviled egg and she was right. This was so good. If you're into deviled eggs at all, get this.
