    Meat on the floor unrefrigerated
    Johnny E.

A disinterested teen was working the front. Didn't have any answers about the menu. I ordered a large steak. The broth was oily and thin. There was 3 small pieces of meat. They brought me a super small portion of toppings and the bowl was the size of every other Pho restaurant's small potion. For $15 I will never ever go here again. Not good food, not good service, not good portions. And a dish tub of meat on the ground un refrigerated. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else.

I have heard so many amazing things about this place and woah. They did not disappoint. I was not in the mood for pho so I ordered the stirfry noodles. It really doesn't look like much, but the flavor is so amazing! I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was so fresh! My friend ordered the steak and brisket pho. I rarely here her say food is so amazing and she couldn't stop making noises. Ha. She said the meat was perfect and the broth was very tasty. We ordered the spring rolls as an appetizer. The noodles were still warm inside. She made them right in front of us. I can't believe it. Also, the peanut sauce was perfect that came with it. I usually skip that sauce. We also ordered a couple different bubble teas and they were so fresh and tasty. There was a woman and a man running the place. But she was doing everything. She took orders and cooked the food and everything! I couldnt believe it. The phone was ringing and people were coming in for togos and there were about 4 or 5 tables. She is a beast. I highly highly highly recommend this place.

    Lemongrass Grilled Pork Rice Plate

NEVER AGAIN!! Went expecting food to be at least decent but nope. I ordered egg rolls which were crispy on the outside and undercooked on the inside, a rice plate and got noodles and a clump of (cooked together) pork with lots of undercooked fat. They brought me the same meat with rice, and hair to go with it, which the cook said was lemongrass then when I pulled it out of the meat and he apologized.

Great BBQ Banh Mi sandwich! Service was great. Friendly and courteous staff.

Loved this BBQ Pork Banh Mi sandwich! Hubby got the combination Pho and loved it as well!

Tofu pho with veggies and chicken broth

Every family has their own recipe for their pho soup and 360 does not disappoint. Make sure you order the pot stickers, fried to perfection and served with a sweet side sauce. We always like a little kick in our sauces so we add some Sriracha. The tofu pho comes with a ton of fresh veggies and yummy fried tofu. The take out orders are flying out the door. Here's a hint when ordering pho soup to go. Request that your noodles be raw or uncooked. Boil up your broth at home and add your noodles. They only take a couple of minutes to cook, so don't leave them unattended. Rice noodles need to be eaten that day. They turn to mush if you leave them overnight.

Delicious Phi!, You can choose all the meats you want in the build your own bowl. Savory broth, very fresh ingredients, and the owner is the friendliest guy ever. :)

Pho arrived with no sprouts, no lime, no chili. Chicken so tough it was inedible. What a waste of money.

Wasn't that good. The fresh spring rolls were warm and the pho could have been better. Not going to order from here again.

I found this " vegetable and tofu" roll the most bland I've had. No herb, sauce , crunch.... I am a fresh roll lover, so a little discerning, but this was truly flavorless. Tofu, rice noodles, leaf lettuce and rice paper. Thats it. Like eating a carrier for too little peanut sauce. The pho was filling and came with a plate of bean sprouts referred to as "the vegetables" . The Vietnamese coffee was tasty but presentation awkward. It came as Condensed milk in a cup with a pour- over atop this and the separate glass of ice. I'm no expert in this ritual but I am accustomed to having the milk cold in the ice and the brewed coffee in a spouted vessel for easy pouring into the iced milk. Here we had to mix the brewed coffee, then add it dribbling and spilling to the ice. No big deal but awkward. It tasted good. The prices were reasonable and parking a lot shared with the strip mall . Not within the restaurant's control , but in circling for a spot around one lane, I was nearly backed into by not 2 not 3 but 4 cars. I think I recall a cannabis shop being in the mall or nearby. This may explain that. The service was friendly throughout. The place was empty but the time was odd. I don't think we'd return based upon the fresh rolls alone.

To kick off our experience we started with the fried pork sticky buns, and they did not last long. The crispy fried crust had a very unique texture, and contrasted wonderfully with the soft warm inside of sticky buns with BBQ pork filing. Next we dug into the Fried Combo, which included Egg Rolls, Potstickers and Crab Rangoon. The Egg Roll & Potstickers were unforgettable, but the Crab Rangoon was the real star of the show. Creamy crab filling wrapped in fried wonton paper, and some sweet chili sauce to dip in. Moving on to the entrees we shared the Beef & Shrimp Fried Noodle plate, and the Grilled Chicken Banh Mi. The fried noodles contained tender beef and succulent shrimp stir-fried with yellow noodles, Cabbage, Shredded Carrot, crisp bean sprouts, and garnished with fresh cilantro. The dish was very flavorful, with all the fresh veggies and spices tying together the noodles, shrimps and beef. Finally the banh mi. I will admit I have never tried a banh mi sandwich, but I am very glad this was my first one. All the vegetables on top provided an excellent crunch and the chicken was very tender with an amazing flavor. I also added picked jalapeño for an extra touch of heat. All in all this is a very great choice for anyone in the mood for some great Vietnamese cuisine. We will definitely be going into the restaurant next time to try something else!

The banh mis were HUGE and absolutely filled. It was a good ratio of meat, vegetables, sauce, etc and all of the flavors felt very well-balanced. I got a traditional banh mi and it hit the spot. There are not too many places that offer traditional banh mis so I was really excited to try. The banh baos/pork buns were a dry and didn't have as much filling in them as I'd hope so I wouldn't recommend but the banh mi is a MUST! Service took a bit of time but both workers were kind. The items were neatly wrapped and packaged. They also have a dining area next to the food truck of you wanted to sit down and eat there!
