To kick off our experience we started with the fried pork sticky buns, and they did not last long. The fried noodles contained tender beef and succulent shrimp stir-fried with yellow noodles, Cabbage, Shredded Carrot, crisp bean sprouts, and garnished with fresh cilantro. The dish was very flavorful, with all the fresh veggies and spices tying together the noodles, shrimps and beef. Finally the banh mi. I will admit I have never tried a banh mi sandwich, but I am very glad this was my first one. All the vegetables on top provided an excellent crunch and the chicken was very tender with an amazing flavor. I also added picked jalapeño for an extra touch of heat. The portion sizes were generous. I've heard wait times can be long at times, but for dine-in our food arrived in about 7 minutes today.
