This place was much cheaper in cost compared to 2-3 other pho restaurants in the area by a lot. Others were around $12-$13 which is Crazy for a pho restaurant. This place was around $8-$9. This was comparing the prices of the small bowl. Could you imagine going to a McDonalds and paying $12-$15 for a Big Mac meal? They offer different types of drinks and even have their party tray prices for the popular dishes. The employee that helped me was very nice. The amount of food in the small bowl seemed a little less than what I would get at typical pho restaurant. The pho broth was average. I've had better but I have paid more for broth that was not as good as this place. I would come here again

We've been here maybe 5 times. To go and eating in. I always have the spring rolls and banh mi. Never any complaints about the food and the people here are nice. I always enjoy the interior decor.

This location is so cute! My boyfriend and I have dined in before, but today we ordered for pick up. The banh mi's here are so good ! The bread is nice and crusty and there's shredded carrots and jalapeños inside! There isn't much meat in them unfortunately as you can see from my photo. A little on the skimpier side, but the flavor is so good that you won't mind as much. My boyfriend only comes here for the banh mi's so yeah they are pretty good! I will say my shrimp spring rolls weren't that good. The peanut sauce that came with them didn't help much either. The sauce was rather watery. All in all this place is convenient! Right around the corner from us and the service is amazing.

Must try Vietnamese restaurant! I came back several times and always enjoy my meals. The food is delicious, staff friendly and gently with everything, bring chill out feelings to me. The atmosphere is no less important than quality, wooden smell and no lyrics music are so perfect

This place is a little hidden treasure in the far west suburbs of H-town. The decor and music gives the place an ambiance that will set you at peace. The service is always so polite and friendly. I highly recommend you check this place out soon if you haven't yet.

Ordered the pho tai nam and a small order of the wonton soup. The soup broth was tasty. Not too salty and oily l, but definitely a clean flavor. The meat could had been more tender. The noodles were good too. As for the wonton, the broth was lighter. I got the pork wonton without the shrimp. Good overall. The environment is spacious and clean. It's a mom and pop shop. Service is pretty quick for a small shop. Overall, I would come back to try something different.

Food was so delicious! Customer service is 10/10. Highly recommended this hidden gem. I got chicken pho and my bf got wonton pho, both were so delicious.

Seafood boils (of course), fried platters, Chinese food, creole, and more i forgot to name. I was overwhelmed by what to order in a good way because everything sounded delicious. Our whole table got the Boudin Balls, Fried catfish platter, and the Combo 2, which was crab legs, potato, corn, and shrimps. The boil was delicious, I love a juicy spicy flavorful boil, and bby that was definitely that. they did they big one on everything. it was well seasoned and very good. im definitely going back cause they ate down.

Some friends had the ceviche oysters that I didn't try but it looked like pico on oysters. The calamari app was good lots of parm and thicker breading, different than most. I had the dirty rice and it wasn't my favorite, tasted like I make at home but with thicker chunks of celery that threw me off, flavor was good though. Had the garlic parm wings flats which came wet which I was excited for but the skin kept separating from the wing, the meat was good. My friends got the crawfish which looks bomb if your into crawfish and the fixing. Service was really good, top notch atmosphere so I would go back and just get something different. Give it a try

We were asked about our drinks, ordered them and a dozen raw oysters. Server came back and took our order. Got the snow crabs with potato and sausage with the house seasoning that the server recommended. Also got 2 pounds of shrimp (paid extra for heads off) and the server made it seem like the heat level on the hottest was ghost pepper, next level up being habanero and then hot. Asked if we could sample the sauce and told no as they make each one individually. Being weary of blowing our tongues out we opted for less heat. Oysters came and they were a decent size. I had to ask for some crackers & horse radish, which what was brought to me was way more than one person would ever consume (no charge). Food came and I'm waiting on a bucket to toss my shells in. Finally had to ask and I was told that most people just put it on the table hence the tables being covered. The sauce on my crab was WAY too sweet. The heat level was too mild and the crab itself was hard to get out the shell. I asked for some melted butter and was told I would be charged for it. Overall I left still wanting more which isn't my usual. However I can say been there done that.

Same curved counter, same stainless, same red shirts - and the same man in the cap and beard shucking my oysters, one perfect shell at a time. This place isn't fancy. It's Texas honest. A grounded ship ringed in sun-bleached shells, loud with beer, laughter, and knives hitting the hinge. Folks pack in - oil hands, students, suits - because here, money doesn't decide taste. If you want the Gulf, you come. The oysters are what the Gulf does better than anyone will admit: big, briny, and unapologetic. Pacific and Australian oysters are refined - polite, even. Ours carry warm salt, mineral depth, and a little river memory. They don't whisper; they speak Texas. Menu says a dozen; you get thirteen. That's not a promotion. That's culture. The Michelada? Many places pour a decent one. I won't judge. But drop a fat Gulf oyster in the glass and the drink wears its crown - the way Houstonians know it should. Fried catfish here sets a bar most won't clear: cornmeal crisp, clean-sweet flesh, no mud, no funk. In this part of the country--Texas and our neighbors in Arkansas - we don't just eat catfish; we raise it right and fry it right. That's geography, craft, and pride. Frog legs snap at the joint and stay tender at heart - quiet Southern luxury. Gumbo is Texas gumbo - thicker, smokier, steady. Not Cajun, not Creole; ours. Skip it and your body will notice. Nineteen years ago I had my first Michelada here. Nineteen years later, it's still the best - and that same shucker in the cap is still running the line like time never learned his name. This isn't nostalgia. It's continuity. This isn't "seafood night." It's Houston - served raw, hot, and true. And for anyone wondering, yes - whoever you are, if you want the real thing, you'll end up here. - Dr. C Born elsewhere. Refined by Texas salt & smoke.
