I have to start with saying their hot tea is AMAZING. I didn't get to try any of the boba options they also had but their regular hot tea was some of the best I've had. Point being, their boba is probably very good! On to their food... unfortunately, not the best. I tried their wonton soup, my mom had their chicken pho and my dad had their beef stew. My dad had to request something else because it was so bad. (Which is rare) Even the young man stated the beef stew wasn't the greatest before he even ate any. We also ordered the spring rolls and those were also surprisingly not great. My wonton soup was also strange.. tasted very fishy and the wontons had a sweet flavor going on. Overall, I would come for their teas, boba and maybe sandwiches, but the soups were just not great. Tried the beef pho and fried chicken rice. My husband really liked his chicken fried rice, first bite of chicken for me was tender and amazing. Second bite the chicken tasted burnt. Beef pho was really good, with perfect broth! Service was decent, slower to receive both meals. One meal came about 5 minutes before the other one. Restaurant was empty with no other patrons. Ambiance was decorated unique, only thing was the temperature. Very warm in here and thermostat was reading 83. Not ideal for eating hot soup. read more

This place was much cheaper in cost compared to 2-3 other pho restaurants in the area by a lot. Others were around $12-$13 which is Crazy for a pho restaurant. This place was around $8-$9. This was comparing the prices of the small bowl. Could you imagine going to a McDonalds and paying $12-$15 for a Big Mac meal? They offer different types of drinks and even have their party tray prices for the popular dishes. The employee that helped me was very nice. The amount of food in the small bowl seemed a little less than what I would get at typical pho restaurant. The pho broth was average. This location is so cute! My boyfriend and I have dined in before, but today we ordered for pick up. The banh mi's here are so good ! The bread is nice and crusty and there's shredded carrots and jalapeños inside! There isn't much meat in them unfortunately as you can see from my photo. A little on the skimpier side, but the flavor is so good that you won't mind as much. My boyfriend only comes here for the banh mi's so yeah they are pretty good! I will say my shrimp spring rolls weren't that good. The peanut sauce that came with them didn't help much either. The sauce was rather watery. All in all this place is convenient! We live close by I've gotten take out from here a couple times. The food is great and we've never had an issue with it (you should def try the spring rolls) My issue today was that I was trying to place an order for pick up over the phone and the service was so incredibly difficult that I decided to cancel my order and go somewhere else. I was trying to order a large pho with grilled beef instead of the typical raw beef (mind you I've done this at this location before with no issues) and the gentleman on the phone kept repeating it back to me in a weird tone like I was dumb for even suggesting this. I re-worded the sentence a few times, I mentioned that I'd been able to order this in the past and he just kept repeating what came with the pho. At that point I gave up and I told him never mind and that I'd like to cancel the order, he didn't try to fix the situation, he just said ok thank you. I really hope they take this into account for future calls, I like being able to go somewhere close by that's locally owned, but with situations and service like this - it's almost like they don't want the business. read more

I took a trip to Houston for my Christmas holiday. A lot of PHO restaurants here, so I just chose a random one to walk in, but it turned out to be a surprisingly fantastic experience. The food and atmosphere remind me of authentic Vietnamese cuisine, which makes me miss my home in Vietnam a lot. I can't believe it has taken me this long to write a review for this amazing place. I love pho 18. I usually come here to get takeout for me and my uncle to eat at home. Everyone is always so nice and I honestly feel like it is a second home. The woman at the front counter always asks about my uncle and my daughter when I come in. I have only brought my daughter in a couple times and my uncle has never step foot in the place. But she always remembers to ask about my family. The pho is absolutely delicious and my favorite in the neighborhood. I can't imagine a better place to want to spend your time and money on. I probably eat here about 1 to 2 times a week. This is my favorite spot to eat and has been for the past year. I used to live very close by and go multiple times a week! I moved downtown and still make the drive out to Cypress because the places out here simply can't compare. The pho and spring rolls are my favorite. Good cheap pho that is not too greasy and they give you decent amount of meat, also not too fatty. The soup has a lot of onion bits in it so if you're not the biggest fan of onion in your soup, ask for it out. The small size is actually pretty small, but it was the perfect amount for me since I never finish my noodles elsewhere. Overall, I give 4.7 out of 5 for food but just decided to bump to 5stars because of the super fast service. I got my food in about 5 min of ordering. Perfect! read more
