Just discovered this place and I absolutely love it. The pho is delicious but my favorite was the spicy Korean beef and the house special lomein. I also had a strawberry horchata milk tea and it was delicious. The service was great and they also had the World Cup game on. The food tastes authentic (although- full discretion- I have not been to China), the gentleman who has served us multiple times is sweet and seems honest. I came as soon as they opened and walking in you can smell Fabuloso. It is a nice nice place that gives a vibe I'm not sure how to explain. They have music playing and a small strobe light. I got the food home and everything was still hot. The pho was good but nothing to scream about. I really enjoyed the egg rolls but not sure what the dipping sauce was as it looked like a mayo with Sriracha or something like that. The only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because the spring roll and egg rolls were not the best. However, the main course and service were amazing. Went here at 8:30 since this is one of the few places in the area that doesn't close at night and unfortunately, I am disappointed. Each bowl of small pho is $13, but that's only if you pay in cash. This is a bit above the average price of pho. I just feel that for the price, the small was way too small. The side of bean sprouts was also really small. This small was the kids portion at any other pho place. The broth just tasted like the flavor mix that you buy at h-mart. I can't taste the anise or anything that makes the broth savory. I was expecting a really hot bowl of pho but it came out a bit above room temperature. The meat came pre cooked and not raw like the other places where you can tell it's hot and fresh because the heat cooks it. I wouldn't say that it's *bad*, I just feel like this is the equivalent of a ramen restaurant selling pre packaged ramen with a few toppings, cooled and 4x the price of the ramen package. I'd say skip this one. There is better in the area. The only pro is that they close later.
