We made a simple request to have them put the seafood on the side so we could get a full container of the liquid gumbo - and add the seafood ourselves as we desired. OTHERWISE they fill the container with so much other stuff than the liquid, we get home with almost zero gumbo liquid ... and this has happened on MULTIPLE occasions!!! ... ... which wouldn't be such an issue ... IF ... they only included SEAFOOD ... BUT!!! ... They fill the container with so much SAUSAGE, you hardly get any seafood ... SEE PICTURE! ... Above that, NOWHERE does it say on their menu that sausage is included ... That's FALSE ADVERTISING!!! ... We proceeded to order the large SEAFOOD gumbo and it should ONLY have SEAFOOD in it .... SHEESH!!! ... We get it home and it is filled primarily with sausage ... AGAIN ... We get there and asked to have it made the way we originally requested ... and the server goes to the kitchen and brings back a small container of just the gumbo liquid ... AND we find out the kitchen staff / owner (?) is making HER pay for the container of liquid out of her own pocket!!! WHO DOES THAT!!!??? ESPECIALLY when THEY are the ones who didn't fulfill our original request .... she quite literally had to take out her own wallet and actually pay for OUR gumbo liquid!!!... That is OUTRAGEOUS and COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! THEY are the ones who could've followed the original instructions - not her - and they have the gall to make her pay for it!!! True story; every year during the Christmas Holiday I cook gumbo for my family. During this time of year, I can never find okra at any of the local grocery stores that I shop at regularly like Kroger, Sprout, or HEB. However, it never fails when I head to Fiesta for fresh okra, they always, always, always have fresh bright green okra in stock! For this, I am truly grateful! Furthermore, I absolutely love their International aisle because they provide so many of the Jamaican and Latin seasonings that I love to use in my foods such as, scotch bonnet pepper powder/hot sauces, Adobo, Sazon, Sofrito, Curry powder, Jollof seasonings, and more. Moreover, they also sell hot cooked items that are very delicious and fulfilling. The prices for their cooked items are pretty reasonable, not too expensive. You can also find a young gentleman preparing freshly squeezed orange juice daily near the produce section. The cost for a container of this juice is $10 which may seem pricey, but you have to keep in mind that it's freshly squeezed without any added preservatives or sugars. It's all natural and healthier which means more bucks versus a regular jug of Minute Maid or Dole orange juice which contains all of the unwanted preservatives and added sugars at a cheaper price. Overall, Fiesta is my go-to for fresh okra and International items because they are always fully stocked and available. I gave them four stars based solely on how well they maintain their produce section and their International aisle.

It is smallish but they have a lot of selections of many Asian cultures represented. I bought the spring rolls, mini Persian cucumbers, green leaf lettuce, teobokki packaged and chips. Most of their products are what you would find and the prices are reasonable. They have farm fresh eggs and prepared meals and desserts. I didn't know what everything but everyone was smiling and wanted to help. I just like that now we can get our products here instead of driving so far. Next time, I'm going to try a plate and dessert. I want places like this to stay open so it's not just fast food around here. Everyone needs to go!!
