First time here service was fast and fresh. Customer service was also good. They also have Tapioca and different food options.

10/10! The lady was so sweet, this is only my 2nd time having a poke. I wasn't sure what to get in the bowl, the lady was kind enough to make me one that would taste good. Was amazing, great customer service and only $15! Will definitely visit again :)

Best poke for the price near me!!!! I've been going to this poke place since I was in highschool and it's always the go to, I came back after a few years and it's still great, you guys should definitely try it

It was my first time here and as soon as I came in I was greeted. They have art along the walls and the atmosphere is very warm and quiet. They have a build a bowl type of menu and also a specialty menu. Since, it was my first time I thought I would try the sesame creamy shrimp and it was to die for. From the first bite, it was bursting with flavor from the mango to pineapple to the creamy sesame sauce. I recommend trying the specialty menu so you get a little bit of everything. Also, they have a variety of teas to enjoy with your meal or an afternoon pick me up! If you are looking to get a great meal and some work done this place is a must! I will definitely come again and try the teas!

We love coming here for because of the quality and huge assortment of toppings. I usually get the 2 topping poke bowl with spicy salmon and the shrimp tempura. I really like their light batter on the shrimp tempura. To be honest, I have yet to finish my bowl and often wonder how anyone could even finish the 3 topping bowl!

Ordered from here via UberEats. I'm a newer fan of poke bowls so this was my 3rd time trying from a different business and I'm sad to say I wouldn't order from here again :/ the vegetables tasted as if they hadn't been cleaned at all and it made my bowl hard to eat. They did pack it up with my selected protein (salmon) and it was packaged nicely but the quality compared to the other 2 places I've been was lacking. The crab Rangoon also tasted old and barely had any cream cheese in it.

Small location, service was decent, poke itself was average. Not bad - I've just had better in California and Hawaii. Cost is good. Parking is okay - it's located by the highway

Fresh, good quality, customizable, decently priced for quantity. I ordered 3 protein bowl- brown rice was perfectly cooked not too hard, not too mushy. I chose tempura shrimp (which wasn't that good to me, I was thinking of the Japanese type shrimp tempura), salmon, tuna. Toppings: unlimited, they only have a few things they charge extra for but not many, so I feel like you get your moneys worth. I added broccoli, cilantro, edamame, carrots, kale, cucumber, mango, seaweed salad, ika salad, masago, kimchi, pickled ginger, garlic crisp, onion crisp, shredded nori. (Don't judge me- it was a lot but it all complimented each other if you like that or you can keep it simple- that's the best part you customize how you like it) Sauce- I got the spicy Mayo and the classic mix which was a good combo of spicy, creamy, savory. I did lite sauce and she did it perfect! I don't like too salty or saturated. They have lots of options to choose from and you can taste them first. Service- 5/5 friendly, greeted me as soon as I walked in, take Apple Pay which was a plus cuz I never bring my wallet with me when I work (I'm a nurse), gave great recommendations! All in all I will return for another poke bowl when I have a craving! Love that they're close to my home. Don't recommend the seaweed salad- had weird after taste like maybe that wasn't as fresh but everything else was good! Drink- chi forest white peach sparkling water was refreshing and delicious if you like peach flavor! I want to buy a case of this but $3 was a bit pricey I felt. I came here one other time and had their Thai tea... don't recommend-- tastes like they use powder.

Holyyyy shitttttttttt this was the best Poke Bowl I've ever had in my life. Some aren't that great to be honest at other locations. This one however? I damn near licked the bowl when I was done (but people were watching ‍). Yeahhhh I'm going back, like, today. For more. I need more.

Didn't know that this location existed but they are JUST AS GOOD as the Pasadena/ Fairmont location that I tend to visit when I'm in the area. I love poke bowls and if I see a good place...it's a good snack stop and since this location is right next to a starbucks makes even easier to pick up a tea and have some Internet to get some productive work/ studying in;) love some fresh salmon thrown on my white rice. Yes I do carb. I'm not in to the low carb diet. It's not sustainable for me. And I feel HEALTHY with all this green stuff and rabbit food I toss into it also. Yummy great tasting fresh healthy food is my thing. I'll definitely be back here when I pass by this area.

What's the sign you love a restaurant? When you are back for more within two weeks or less. That was our experience with Ahi Poke. It's conveniently located off 290/1960 just on the feeder. The poke was outstanding. I went this time with the Classic Ahi Tuna Poke and it was fresh and didn't have an overly saucy taste. Just Ahi Tuna at its finest, with shoyu sauce, with the typical add ins like furikake, seaweed, kale, wonton crisps. My wife got the Deep Diver poke and it was excellent. We really like the large bowls where you can pick 3 of your own. Since we have kids all under 10, it's great to have some cooked proteins as an option. We got grilled eel, shrimp tempura (with an extra portion of shrimp, and grilled salmon. This was a huge hit with our kiddos. We were pleasantly encouraged that there was something here for everyone. Definitely a go to place for poke on the run!

Have to say the only down side to ahi poke is that their dine in area is a bit small and can get packed during lunch hour. But that only speaks to the quality of food An service! I Love ahi poke. They're add ons are always fresh and delicious, they serve fast so your in and out and even the smaller portioned bowls are filling. Above all everyone working there has a great attitude An their far from rude.

Always really quick and the food can't be beat. Fresh tuna is what I typically get for protein.

She did understand enough to cook my tuna because they serve it uncooked. Also consuming uncooked tuna or salmon may increase your risk of food borne illnesses. Surprisingly they had a lot of stuff on their menu so I ordered some veggie eggrolls and cheese rangoons. Everything was ok but nothing to call home about. As I was leaving, I noticed that the nice lady was using her hands and fingers without gloves to refill the orange sauce that she offers for the eggrolls. I felt like that was cross contamination at its best and she should use gloves and a spoon to refill that sauce. That alone will prevent me from going back. I will just go to chipotle if I want a bowl or burrito next time. They do get a lot of business though, Mostly to go orders and I hope they are careful with preparing their food when noone is looking next time.

After arriving in Houston, the plan to eat at a nearby Nigerian restaurant fell through, so my brother and I adjusted and came here for poke after reading the very positive reviews on-line. It's build your own, and the list of proteins is the typical with ahi tuna and salmon being the two main choices. A 3 scoop bowl is $15, and their variety of toppings was as big as any I've been to before. Everything was fresh, and unlike other places where they give you a little less of each as you order more, here they piled in on. A metal mixing bowl is used, and I was sure that there was no way the ingredients that I chose would all fit into the finishing bowl...but the attendant knew better: it all did. We brought it home, and it tasted really good, though I wish I had gotten less ingredients. Next time, I'll ask for the preparer's advice and follow it...knowing that the fresh, good ingredients would make it delicious.

Some pros include good service, an efficient ordering system (you can fill out a small slip of paper at the front of the restaurant), and the unique oil selection option. But unfortunately, my biggest gripe was their food. Upon receiving my order, my roommate noted how small the bowl was. While size didn't matter (initially), they gave me way more rice than protein, and by the end of my meal, I found myself having to supplement my leftover rice with my own protein. A small bowl was 3 scoops of protein (I requested 2 scoops of spicy tuna and 1 scoop of spicy yellowtail), but frankly, they were a bit stingy with their portions because it did not seem like 3 scoops. I felt that paying $14 for how much I was getting turned me off. Furthermore, my roommate and I agreed that the sauces and how the fish was seasoned were more salty than spicy. I requested 2 types of spicy raw fish and a spicy aioli sauce and still found the spice to be subtle, almost nonexistent. In addition, some premium ingredients, such as Masago and Seaweed Salad, would have been free elsewhere. Overall, I was unsatisfied with my experience and unsure if I'd return. While taste is subjective, I'd suggest improving portion sizes by fixing the rice-to-protein ratio; past reviews have expressed similar sentiments, so I know I'm not alone in feeling like the portions are absurd. Also worth mentioning is that they give free dessert (ube, matcha, and pandan rice crispies) if you leave a Google review, which I feel could skew the ratings.
