This felt a little off in terms of customer service and I imagine it's not the experience the owner would want guests to have. The dining area was very hot, even with portable AC units running--it felt a bit like a sauna, which is why I decided to get my order to go. I also noticed the front door is quite difficult to open (there's even a sign warning you about it), which makes the first impression a bit awkward. As for the food, I was a little let down by the spam musubi, which came out soggy, but the barbecue chicken itself was tasty thanks to the sauce. I think with a few improvements--especially in customer service and comfort--the experience here could be much better. I would try again in hopes that today was just a one off experience.
