I ended up here because my insurance, Geico, works with them. Felt good about that. So grateful they made my appt with Car Source Collision. Although, the damage didn't seem significant at first, it added up after everything was completed but that would have been the case at any other shop. After leaving my truck for repairs, the rental car company provided pick up from the shop. Unfortunately, I left my wallet at the shop (with lots of important info/cash/several credit cards) and Matt, personally delivered it to my location within minutes. So grateful he did that! Matt was pretty awesome throughout the entire process; nice, professional while explaining the process, providing estimated repair time, etc. The mechanics did a great job, my truck looked exactly like it did before the accident. Actually, it looked even better in and out, because they detailed my car too! Loved that! The insurance covered all the repairs but I would definitely use use this shop again, even if I had to pay out of pocket.

As I looked up Car Source Collision center, Mia S.'s 5 star review was more than enough to convince me to take my car here. And Im so grateful that I did! Andrew was amazing..explaining the process, keeping me posted on updates, and even graciously transporting me to/from the car rental place. But the absolute best part-my car repair looked fantastic!! Perhaps looked even better than prior to my fender bender :) Also, Car Source Collision Center was the most cleanest and stylish body shop Ive ever visited. I took my car recently and the mechanic misplaced the gas cap. You take your car to the auto service shop to get it fixed, not bring it home with new problems. When I went to the shop to check if the gas cap was there, they flat out refused to look for it and instead accused me of losing it. Like I would try to swindle a business for a $30 gas cap. That's less than what I pay for a full tank of gas. There are plenty of good auto service shops in the area that do fantastic work for reasonable prices and have excellent customer service. I will be taking my vehicle to one of those places.

This is a guru shop - from simple work to engine rebuilds to even engine swaps, they can do it all. They listen well and they tell you the truth. There are shops out there that say they do the work and don't actually do it...have heard stories. This is not one of those - old fashioned expertise and respect but full bore tech skills. True car nuts. My F-type is super happy using this shop - as is our vr6 R32. I have been to a lot of shops over the years - this is one of the good ones. Highly recommended. I saw Iron Mike's reviews on Yelp- pretty much all 5 stars coupled with a family run business and decided to consider them. My inquiry was returned almost immediately with a very fair and attractive quote, and they were more than accommodating in scheduling a mutually agreeable appointment time. While the location of the shop is somewhat off the beaten path of 355 proper in an area that time has seemed to have forgotten- I arrived at the agreed upon time, was greeted in a most welcoming manner and Iron Mike's took it from there. I was assured the work would be completed and I could pick my truck up at the end of the day so I decided to visit the Original Pancake House and explore White Flint and Rockville for the day-- To my surprise, just a few hours later, I got a phone call from Iron Mike's and was advised my truck was ready, everything went smoothly and I could pick up my truck any time. When I arrived, I was more than surprised to learn that because the job went a little quicker than anticipated, my bill was well under the quote and was incredibly fair !!!! It is so nice to see a business that appreciates YOUR business, coupled with taking pride in their work and more importantly doing a great job. It is also abundantly clear Iron Mikes knows their way around a car or a truck- and are very honest mechanics which is a rarity in this area. Prior to my visit, I had dual Flowmaster FlowFX on my 1989 GMC Vandura. I contacted Wilmer to discuss options for my classic van. I was looking for a quieter sound but not too quiet. I decided on the Flowmaster 70 series. The exhaust tips were hanging lower than I preferred so I asked Wilmer to fix those also. Wilmer explained the details of the work and price.
