I brought my little brother and little sister (both of them teens.. just like to call them "little").. anyways, it was their first time. As we walked inside of the restaurant, the hostess, I forgot her name but had big glasses and had blond hair.. she was pretty friendly. And she told us that we had to wait 15 - 20 minutes. She asked for my name and cell number. I took my siblings to Barnes' and Noble (right next door). A few minutes later, they called me. We went in a hurry to get there, because we were hungry.. but guess what?! Our table wasn't ready yet and they were still cleaning it!! Why call us if our table isn't ready yet?! My little sister and I were irritated. I hope they don't ever do this, again!! My favorite waiter, Galen, was not working that night.. I was sad, but got serviced by Orlando. I think he wasn't feeling all that great because he was sniffling a lot! I didn't want him to sneeze or anything on our food. So that's why I took a way a star.. if one of your employee is sick, then send them HOME!!! I think I got sick from him, because after that night, I got a sore throat. Ew! I ordered the couple's menu which was, you get two soups (cup), a starter (1), entree (2) and dessert (2 minis) which was all for $39.95. I thought that was a good deal, but when I saw the food coming out.. it wasn't worth the price! What I ordered: Soups - Hot-n-Sour and Egg Drop Starter - Crab Wonton Entree - Chicken with almonds and cashews; Candied shrimp with walnuts and melon balls Dessert - The Great Wall of Chocolate (which was basically just chocolate cake with a lot of chocolate-chips on top); Creamy Cheesecake First of all, the egg drop soup was bland and there wasn't any corn in it. Usually, when I order egg drop soup elsewhere it has bits of corn in it. This one was bland and tasted like nothing.. no flavor! The hot-n-sour soup was tasty! But it tasted as if they were over doing it with the soysauce that was in the soup.. compared to the egg drop soup.. this soup was SALTY!!! But still GOOOOD!!!! But for your information, it wasn't spicy at all! This was when Orlando gave us our starter dish which was the Crab Wonton. He kept on sniffling and gave us our food. The crab wonton was presented nicely in a thin long dish and there were about six pieces. It came with a side of sliced up carrots and cucumbers and what tasted like Polyonesian sauce (sweet and sour sauce). It came out hot and fresh!! It wasn't burnt but had a beautiful golden brown color and the crab meat inside of the wonton tasted fresh and not like immitation crab. Orlando didn't come back to take our dirty dishes. Actually, it took him a long long time to get them and it seemed like it took forever for the food to come out. I didn't like the fact that he didn't come check up on our table. I needed him to refill my siblings' waters and he only came when he served our entree. The chicken with almonds and cashews were delicious!! The chicken wasn't dry and the sauce tasted good... not awesome but good enough. Ha ha ha!! I also found small pieces of water chestnuts in the dish.. added great flavor to the dish! The candied shrimp with walnuts and melon balls were my favorite!! The shrimp was deep fried, then had this sweet mayo sauce all over the shrimp, walnuts (cooked), and melon balls on top. Mmmmm!!! The sauce was creamy and not too sweet. Just the way I remember eating honey walnut shrimp back on Guam.. it had a familiar taste to me... maybe that's why I like it so much!! You gotta try it!!!! SO AWESOME!!!! Ok.. ok... now for some dessert!!! I thought that the dessert will be regular sized desserts.. but they came out so small and tiny! I was like "FOR REALS"???!!! The Great Wall of Chocolate came out in this small shot glass looking thing filled with chocolate cake, chocolate frosting, and some more chocolate chocolate-chips on top of it. The same with the Creamy Cheesecake.. I was disappointed. Next time, I won't get the couple's entree combo. It's just not worth $39.95!! And it all depends on who's serving you, too! Orlando was not a very good waiter.. and he thought was being funny to my little brother when he told him that if he wanted a extra bowl of rice he had to pay 50 cents. Not funny, sir! Went there on a Saturday around 1130am with my mom. We requested seating out in the glassed room in the corner. No wait time. Spacing outside was great as far as social distance. The waitress was very nice. She dropped what looked like a cotton ball in a cup of hot water and the cotton ball sucked the water and became a hot paper towel. It was cool! Mom liked the egg drop soup. I have always enjoyed the chicken lettuce wrap. I asked for the three sauces to mix my own. Sauces mustard, red hot pepper past and soy sauce. These used to come standard but now we have to ask for them. I missed the fact that candied walnut watermelon shrimp is no longer on the menu We got brown rice with all entrees The spicy eggplant is one our favorite as the eggplant is soft and no seeds with a nice light stir fry sauce with green onion. The Mongolian beef was tasty. The steak sliced and marinated not chewy nor hard The chicken Lo mien noodles was the best dish of that day. So good rug veggies and chicken with nice tasty stir fry sauce Prices reasonable for Quantity. Some dishes has lunch portions but we got dinner portions Overall great experience! read more

25-30 min wait turned into over 90 wait. Do not come to this restaurant because f you do not have a reservation. I would let you know how good the food is, but we are losing our patients waiting. Been to the hostess 3 times and was told the standard 10-15 longer response. Either they are dishonest or not good at their jobs. Your rating starts when you walk into the restaurant and how you are treated until you leave. My meal is usually good, but this has ruined our visit no matter how good the food is. I hate complainers on Yelp, but sat for additional 10 additional min before someone greated us and my 8 year old had to sit and listen to the foul language coming out of the kitchen. Went for a quick lunch with wifey after shopping at the mall. I think it was my 5th visit and for me, the food is "OK" nothing special and no complains..... I ordered Mongolian beef and she ordered some fish...... Beef was too tough; seemed like over fried. Fish was better :-) Location, price, ambiance, service, cleanliness, friendliness and all other things were great. I have been coming here and will continue to do so. I got a gift card for PF Changs for teaching a class, so we went again. Still two stars. Here is why. The spring rolls were more like egg rolls. The chili sauce had a very weird aftertaste. My wife got the honey shrimp, and that seemed like a nice sized portion and tasted good to her. I got the Sichuan beef and it was almost a vegetarian dish. It was 80% carrots, celery, and spring onions with just a little bit of beef. The beef was so overcooked, it tasted like beef jerky. The sauce was pretty tasty, but overall it was very disappointing. At least the fortune cookie was good. One last thing. I asked for a diet coke and am pretty sure it was either diet Pepsi or very flat. Over $50 for two people to eat disappointing Chinese food. The service was very good after the 30 minute wait because they did not have enough servers to use all of the tables. read more

Standards are not what they use to be, obviously lack training. Seems they've totally turned over their staff. Over Rated!! Wait, HIGHLY over rated! I have had better Chinese food from my neighborhood Chinese spot. Okay first thing first is was a 30 min wait to be seated, so we gave the hostess our name and phone number and she stated she would call when it was our time. Of course that did not happen!! However, we where seat and our waitress was super sweet! i had the black pepper chicken and my date had shrimp fried rice. The food was just OKAY! My chicken was hard and for sure not too fresh and my white rice was hard as well...Moreover, it took forever for our food to come out and the portion was smaller than what I was expecting. Me and one of my bff's came here for lunch yesterday after a movie...I made reservations through their website earlier in in the day...This #PFChAngs location has never disappointed. I love the decor and lighting here. We got the chicken lettuce wraps, crab rolls, crispy honey chicken and rice...the food was delivered hot and fresh and was delicious. We had the best server, Josh. Went tonight with my daughter and it was not that busy when we arrived. We were able to sit down right away. I ordered a cup of wonton soup and it was room temperature. Ordered the surf and turf and it the Chang chicken. It took a while for them to come out and when they did it was room temperature also. The waitress apologized but never sent a manager. She said I could send it back but after waiting so long I wanted to eat. I ate half before it was too cold to eat. The chicken was room temperature as well. Very disappointed it had a good taste I believe it would have been good if it were hot. Curious as to why it was room temperature even though it took longer than normal to come out. read more

I fell in love with their fried dumplings! The service was great, our waiter was super nice, he made us his 'custom dumpling sauce'. The tiramasu was yummy too!! We only come when we have gift cards.. & are reminded why every time we do. The food portions are pretty small for what you pay and the food is definitely sub-par. I'd rather eat at a $5 Chinese food take out (but, again, gift card). The waitress was friendly but not very meticulous. For a meal where we dropped over $120, I would expect at least for dishes, utensils, & straws to be placed in front of each person, not at the corner of the table for the customers to pass around to each other. The kids menu is also quite sparse - & doesn't have anything kids actually like (at least put fried chicken wings or something on the menu lol). Lastly - our kids were bored out of their minds because the restaurant apparently ran out of crayons to hand out with the kids menus which had activities & whatnot. A surprising oversight for a family friendly major chain. Definitely won't be coming back.... until my next set of gift cards. read more

When we first walked in there was no one to greet us and we ended up standing there for about 5 minutes, as servers walked by us, until a manager came up to help us. While our sever was good and the food came out in a timely manner, the cleanliness of the restaurant wasn't the best. My fork had leftover food or plastic on it and a lot of the tables didn't appear to have been wiped down. Overall I would say the experience was mid at best. read more

This has been an old time favorite of mine, we Used to go quite often when we lived in Chicago but for some reason we haven't been here a lot since moving to Georgia, this is the second time here at this restaurant, this being a chain food quality is very similar one to the next, but always very tasty, the service was excellent, our waitress was super nice and brought everything on time and was very attentive of our needs, we had the lunch specials which were enormous and we had food to spare, we thought it would been smaller portions but they were actually humongous, we got the Mongolian beef with spicy tuna rolls and fried rice, also got the kung pao shrimp with the lettuce chicken wraps and fried rice as well, our waitress, Manuela, a Colombian girl was super nice and I would highly recommend stopping by if you're in the mall of Georgia, being that it's Christmas time parking was a hassle just because everybody is doing Christmas shopping but is usually not like this. read more

This used to be one of my favorite places but I had the worst service on my last visit. My daughter and I entered the restaurant about 5:30 PM for Mommy Daughter Dinner. I was greeted by an older lady named Caroline. She told me that they were only taking reservations there was no waiting list and she could not take walk-ins... she told me I was welcome to sit at the bar with my 7year old . granted the restaurant was totally empty at 5:30 on a Thursday. So me and my daughter went to the courtyard and as I watch my daughter play I went to the PFchangs.com website and I made a reservation for 645 an hour and 15 minutes later. At 6:45 I entered the restaurant and I was greeted by the same elderly lady Caroline I explain to her that I had a reservation for 645 and she became EXTREMELY irate and told me that I could not make a reservation and that she didn't show a reservation. I showed her my email confirmation but she still denied me a table she told me that she would not seat me and my daughter. I ask for a manager and she told me that she was the manager and that I could not speak to anyone else. Then I spoke with a gentleman approaching.. I told him what happened that I made a reservation for an hour later. Miss Caroline promptly interrupted our conversation because she said she needed to tell her side of the story to Landy but she just called up another couple and was about to seat them and the couple who was standing right behind her. I don't think it is good customer service to be combative with another customer while you're in the process of seating another customers. Landry looked in the system and he said that I did indeed had an reservation and seated me. During my meal Miss Caroline passed by my table and we continue to have words... SHE TOLD ME BECAUSE WE WERE BOTH AFRICAN AMERICANS THAT I SHOULD HAVE UNDERSTAND what she was saying. I kindly asked a passing server to have Miss Caroline removed from my table. On top of all of that my server Kayla was extremely rude through the whole process we were seated at 6:50 but Kayla did not bring me my food until 830. When I asked her about how long it has been over an hour on my food she explained that there was a 40 minute pile up but again I have been waiting an hour. She then became aggressive and explain to me that's why they only take customers with the reservations because they're busy with 61 reservations.. granted I never mentioned to her the whole reservation situation it was very unprofessional. After that conversation she never came back to my table but to give me my food and my check. She never checked or asked if we needed anything.This was the most disappointing experience I have ever had with P.F. Chang's. I have been to this location many times. On this particular visit I attempted to order pot stickers and they were out of those as well as spare ribs. I said ok, I will have hot and sour soup then...nope, they were also out of that. The manager came over and apologized and said he would comp our egg rolls but that didn't happen. I've always enjoyed food from P. F. Change especially their lettuce wraps . My experience on Uber eats was anything but that . I order a honey chicken from the kids menu along with a side of fruit . It came with 3 blueberries and 3 slices of strawberries. So unappealing . Then , I ordered the salmon Caesar salad . Not only was the salmon burnt but there was no dressing . The past couple of times we've been here, we haven't been impressed, but we decided to give it another go. We ordered takeout for New Year's Eve - Mongolian beef and Chang's Spicy chicken. The beef was super tough (my husband compared it to beef jerky), and the sauce on the chicken was congealed into thick sauce. We've ordered takeout there before, so I know it isn't just from it being takeout. Maybe they forgot to reduce the sauce to the right consistency? I'm not a chef, but something was off. We usually come in at least twice a month. We took a small break from PF Chang's due to incredibly busy and conflicting work schedules. To my surprise, when we came back this (Wednesday) nothing was right. The drinks took nearly 20 minutes. When they were brought out, the drinks were wrong and made with cheap liquor (definitely NOT what I ordered). The manager came out and announced the he is a visiting manager and that he's sorry for the delay. Ok, not too bad, but still not ideal. The food was taking an extraordinarily long time to come out as well. We ended up cancelling our order and asking for the check. We were still charged for the wrong drinks. At least the appetizers were ok. All in all, we are fully aware that it is not our servers fault he was very sweet and professional. We also found out that the usual manager is out and that's why this location is being supervised by a visiting manager. Clearly the visiting manager needs some more training. The guy is not doing his job. Finally, as we were nearly ready to leave, the visiting manager walked out and proceeded to argue with us and tell us that "he's a busy man with a few locations" and that he'll take care of the drinks. Seriously?! Please bring back the guy who's usually in charge of this PF Chang's location, because right now it's a $h!tshow. read more

I never got to eat as nobody ever came to take our order.I came in with two older children to splurge and celebrate our upcoming birthdays .We were ignored. After 20 minutes of waiting , we left I said something to the guy at the hosting stand, on the bad service at their restaurant(putting it nicely) . It did not phase him at all.I don't get it they weren't busy, but that makes sense!I will never go back and neither will the people I shared this with . Must be short-staffed. Absolutely terrible takeout process, even though they are heavily advertising it. They don't have enough support and completely unorganized. They don't ask what your pickup time is, so your food can be sitting there just getting cold while you wait in a takeout line that wraps around the restaurant. Food was supposed to be ready at 7:50, and I didn't get up to even talk to anyone until 8:15. Probably should set up a process like Chili's, where you text them when you are there. Went there for lunch with a friend on Thursday (June 9, 2022) and we both enjoyed our meal. We arrived separately and were both greeting promptly. The food was good and our server was pleasant and promptly brought over extra water right when we were about to ask for it...showing that she was paying attention and planning ahead for our needs.
