I ordered the Black Pepper Filet. When it arrived it was missing the cremini mushrooms. The server, Dresun, did not alert me to this fact. It was only after I complained to him about the lack of the mushrooms did he admit that the restaurant was out of mushrooms. To the restaurant's credit, they did not charge me the dish. But I can only wonder if they were trying to get away with it. I should have been alerted immediately. And this so-called Chinese restaurant was out of soy sauce. I know there's a bit of a shortage out there, but Amazon and my local Walmart have plenty in stock. If the restaurant wanted to have soy sauce, they could have had soy sauce. The kitchen was also very short-staffed. We were warned that the meals would take a long time to arrive, and they most certainly did. I strongly do not recommend this restaurant. read more

I have not visited a PF Chang in a minute so I figured that I would stop by. The service was great and Legacy did a great job serving us. She was very diligent, attentive and very attentive. The food came rather fast and was tasty with a kick. I ordered the pepper steak and while it had a kick, it was delicious. The restaurant still has the same feel as before so no change there. 1st time ordering delivery but I didn't want to lose my free appetizer! The Uber delivery guy was great and PF Chang was running a special free delivery. Ordered my free appetizer which was the chicken lettuce wraps and sad to say NO PEANUT SAUCE was included and only 4 lettuce leaves! Delivery is definitely not like going there lol! The honey shrimp was pretty gummy again nothing like it is when ordered in house. So I can really say one and done with delivery from this place. We finally decided to give this place a try after passing by it for years. And honestly, I'm not sure why the ratings are so low on yelp but google seems to have more accurate ratings of this place. If I had to guess, maybe those diners didn't have the right server or didn't order dishes that matched their taste. We were lucky to be seated in Michael's section--and let me just say, he was phenomenal. Polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, Michael took the time to walk us through the menu, explain flavor profiles, cooking styles, and even made thoughtful suggestions based on what we said we liked. His passion for the food and genuine enthusiasm for his job really stood out. I've never had a server so well-versed in a menu--it truly elevated our entire dining experience. My husband and I opted for the Chef's Feast, a three-course meal for two. For our first course, we had soup--egg drop for him and hot & sour for me. Both were solid. For the second course, we shared shrimp dumplings, which Michael recommended pan-fried based on the texture we said we preferred. It was spot on. They were delicious and served in a chili sauce that added the perfect touch of heat. For entrées, my husband had the Mongolian Trio (chicken, beef, and shrimp) with fried rice, while I ordered the sesame chicken with brown rice. My husband said he highly recommends this dish, it was amazing. Since I can't eat broccoli, Michael suggested subbing it with celery, and wow--what a great call. I've never had celery prepared so well in a dish; it soaked up the flavors beautifully. Honestly, everything we ate was delicious, and Michael made the experience even better. He was attentive, accommodating, and just a breath of fresh air. If I had to nitpick, the only two downsides were: they were out of chopsticks (which is a little odd for a Chinese restaurant), and their Japanese Old-Fashioned cocktail missed the mark. While they aim for a smoky presentation, the effect was gone by the time it hit our table. If they invested in a way to trap the smoke until serving, it could make all the difference in presentation. Unfortunately I did not get any pictures of our meals. Still, overall, we had a great time and would absolutely come back. Had a mostly underwhelming experience here foodwise. The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was perfect. Our server Celine did a wonderful job, but the food failed to match. The crab wontons and dynamite shrimp were bland, and the crispy honey chicken just didn't cut it. Even the pork egg roll underwhelmed. My shrimp tempura was okay. The fried cauliflower hit the spot, though, and the noodles were the saving grace, because they were excellent. Still, I can't recommend coming here just for noodles and cauliflower. The 84 food rating on the wall when you enter in should have convinced me to leave, but I haven't been to a PF Changs in years and was looking forward to having it again. The restaurant was busy and a mess. Tables not bussed, trash on the floors. Just overall kind of gross. As we were seated a sour strong smell overwhelmed us. Was a diaper change happening next to us or was the source of the smell some foul mop water used to clean the table and seats? The menus and table were sticky. Clearly they were busy and not able to pay attention to the details. Service was quick and friendly, but the food was just meh. We ordered the dynamite shrimp to start and it was just kind of lacking flavor. I ordered the mongolian tofu and it was actually the best thing we ordered - not sure if was actually good on its own or good compared to the utter garbage my husband received. He ordered the korean fried chicken with fried rice. First of all, the chicken was not an actual piece of chicken. It was like a ground chicken formed into a shape kind of like the chicken nuggets from mcdonalds. The sauce on it was just bad - not spicy or sweet or savory - but just like... weird and not tasty. The fried rice was not at all fried, but more like leftover rice and vegetables mixed together and seasoned with the foul mop water - it honestly tasted like we were sure to be sitting on the toilet for the rest of the day if we ate any more of it. Im not sure who is writing these reviews but its likely the staff or people who have no food standards whatsoever. Id like to forget this experience ever happened. If you look at my account I do very few reviews. Something either has to be really amazing or really bad and even then I rarely come running to Yelp to write about it. So I'm stuck in a hotel In Atlanta and I see 4 Chinese restaurants and then I see PF changs and decide that more expensive would equal better food. Boy was I wrong. No exaggeration worst orange chicken I've ever had. ANY Los Angeles or Vegas buffet has better orange chicken. PF Changs needs to do an episode of Undercover Boss quickly. I was surprised. No joke and I hate to say it, Panda Express orange chicken is leaps and bounds better and yes I'm confident PF Changs corporate big wigs would agree if they did a comparison. How do I know Panda is better? Cause I was so angry, I ordered panda 5 min after receiving this food cause them and pop Chinese restaurants had closed already. #2 fried rice. Horrendous. By the way I'm not a picky eater, almost never send food back to the kitchen as long as it is edible. I'm a big guy. Big guys aren't picky. That's how much of a problem this is. Every other fried rice I've tasted in my life has been better. I had to douse it with soy sauce to eat any of it and I usually like fried rice without soy sauce. I got 5 or 6 bites down. The Chinese restaurant my wife and I avoid near our house because it is so bad has better fried rice. I should've ordered the chicken lettuce cups cause how can you screw up lettuce?? #3 pork egg rolls. They were ok. Not being dramatic or mean when I say this but with 100% sincerity I swear to god; jack in the box egg rolls taste better! Go try them, you'll agree. #4 pomegranate lemonade. It was good. Probably not even made by them. Panda didn't really excite me either as a replacement dinner but at least the orange chicken tasted decent and tasted like.....orange chicken!!! Even the broccoli in PF Changs orange chicken was sad. I really do wish somehow someone from PF Changs corporate gets a hold of this review and does an audit of their food. They can't be killing it in 2025 with this food. I would never open a restaurant and say "I hope my food can be on PF Changs level". P.F. Chang's in Mall of Georgia is usually pretty busy but we ventured here again to try out the chef's feast and a feast it was indeed. It was not busy on a Wednesday evening about 8p, our waitress was very attentive and nice. The food was pretty good and even better as leftovers the next day. It was quiet for the most part but enjoyable. We got the chicken lettuce wraps, lo mein noodles, fire cracker shrimp, spicy chicken, pork egg rolls and fried rice. Their refresher drinks were really good with free refills. We tried the Pomegranate and the Strawberry Cucumber limeade. Definitely a spot we check out frequently. read more

PF Changs has gone down hill since last we went. The restaurant itself needs a face lift and Deep cleaned. The floors, furniture and windows were very dirty, scratched and warn. Just walking in the door, the foyers was dirty and has a broken door. The food was different as well. The kung pao chicken was prepared and serve completely different than expected, even the cut of meat was different. It was ok, but not as good as expected. The prices have gone up and everything was an up-charged on already over prices dishes. Our server was very nice and on top of things, but management and/or the chef need to step it up. We used to be regulars here, but had to stop as service declined unimaginably. Now, when we come, it takes almost ten minutes to be greeted. The food takes an excessively long time to come out, even when the restaurant is empty. As if this isn't bad enough, it's almost impossible to flag down your server and get refills while you're here. And then they have trouble clearing the table and bringing the check. At this point, just fire everyone and start over with the whole restaurant. read more

Slow service - they did seem super busy but we have been here for over 2 1/2 hours with a child so it was definitely not our intention to be here so long. Wait was only 15 min but it was a good 45 min wait on food. Edamame had zero taste so must have forgot the salt and we were too hungry to say anything. The server couldn't consolidate or multi-task at all. She had to go to the kitchen or step aside to confirm or answer most of our questions so I assume she maybe new but goodness it is not what you expect when you're at a restaurant you know it's a little more $$ then typical. She did acknowledge they were behind and apologized so it helped. Our son was just difficult during such a delay so we won't bring him/kids again. Floors were kind of dirty and the tables looked dirty but it is just chipped wood tables and there was a strange odor that we couldn't figure out but didn't smell like food - maybe recently exterminator came. read more

I joined a friend for an early lunch today at this location. I have not eaten at a P.F. Chang in at least eight years until today. The restaurant was easy to find on the mall's parking lot. The decor is very modern and upscale; soft music. We had a reservation and were seated immediately. We ordered the Brussels sprouts, Korean-style cauliflower, vegetable fried rice, Kung Pao chicken and chicken lettuce wraps. Every dish was fresh, perfectly cooked and delicious. Our waitress offered great suggestions, was attentive and timely. I recommend this restaurant for an occasional visit. read more

The drinks has also changed and they could not prepare some typical bar items. The prices are 10-15% higher. Service was good but the food was kind of subpar to me. For the appetizer we had the Asian BBQ Spare Ribs which had a nice sauce, but my friend who frequents them said they're usually more crispy and more meaty. The restaurant was maybe half full, and no one waiting in line to be seated. One hostess asked my name on the order and went back to get my food.
