After reading several reviews, I do understand their thoughts. We were told by hostess as soon as we arrived, they only had two servers. We stayed anyway. Wife had a taste for PFC. The place appeared clean, but our table was a little "sticky". We ordered from lunch menu. I had Chang's spicy chicken, and wife ordered Mongolian beef. Of course, we started off with lettuce wraps. Who can resist? Kerice was our server, and she was great. Prompt, and friendly. She did ask for patience, also sighting the lack of servers. Nevertheless, service was great, and food arrived piping hot. We've always liked PFC, and still do. It does sound like they might be losing some focus, and appearances could agree. We made a reservation online for 6:45pm. Arrived at 6:44pm. 7:15pm came around and we were still waiting. That's 30mins. Meanwhile walk ins were quoted 30-40 mins. I asked one of the hostesses what was causing the wait since we made a reservation. I was informed that most tables were set up for a 4 top and we have 5 guests. So they are waiting for someone to get up in order to seat us. I then asked "So you all DONT accept reservations?" She told me they do but they can't make people get up so we have to wait. After hearing that I realized we were basically just put on a list once we arrived because we weren't seated until 7:30pm. After being seated we immediately ordered because we had plenty of time to look over the menu. 30 mins after ordering, the server informed me that they no longer have any broccoli for the beef and broccoli I ordered and asked if I wanted something else. I declined. So I'm currently sitting at the table with my family while they eat writing this review. We are a family of 5 with TWO special needs children. So, we do not go out to eat unless there is no wait or we can make a reservation. So, this was an absolutely TERRIBLE experience for us. Especially our children. This was my 2nd overall time eating at PF Changs (1st time at this location). From what I know, it was a very popular place to dine at so I'm extremely surprised. Had about a 30min wait, our server was super nice and always bringing us refills. Food was good, I love the hot and sour soup, and especially the great wall of chocolate cake. I had the Kung Pao Dragon roll (minus the siracha) which is why it may look different than normal. It's very good, I highly recommend. went here on Valentine Day, Knew it would be crazy, so sat at the bar. My original bartender said she'd only been there two days, it was clear she was overwhelmed and frustrated. Next thing I know she's gone. Justin replaced her and simply stated she left. Justin was phenomenal, he was ONLY bartender for the restaurant, he made table drinks, served the bar drinks AND food, all with the help of food runner ONLY. He filled trays with dirty glasses, put up the clean ones, restock bar as needed, ALL with no barback or another bartender as the place was naturally packed. Me and my boyfriend wanted to grab some lunch before walking around the mall & we were debating between Cheesecake Factory or P.F Chang's. We decided to go here since it was both of us first time. As a good yelper I checked the menu before coming in. I saw some happy hour specials and had my mind set on what I wanted to order from the main menu. On Tuesdays they have $10 Pad Thai and $5 Mai Tai for Thai Tuesdays. Unfortunately, they were out of Mai Tai's at 3 PM. Really? Anyways, we decided to order the Coconut Mojito, and the Blushing Geisha. For my Blushing Geisha they were out of chia seeds which was kinda disappointing for the presentation. Our server confused our orders and brought us a Pink Grapefruit Spritzer as well which she said we could keep. Nice, but I'm glad I didn't order that myself. It was disgusting. I read the portions are pretty big and are meant to be shared (true) so we decided to pass on appetizers and just order entrees. I ordered Crispy Honey Chicken and my boyfriend ordered Walnut Shrimp with Melon. The chicken was okay, but the real protagonist was the Honeydew Shrimp. At first I thought it was a weird combination, but it was actually pretty good. We both got out entrees with brown rice, but you can upgrade to fried rice for $3 extra. In general, services was good but food was okay. Nothing very special. I am still in shock at how dirty this place was. I should have walked out but we were trying to spend some time with our son who is about to deploy. I didn't want to make a stink on his last night with us. There was so much filth under our table that we couldn't put our feet down without feeling it under our shoes. I went to the hostess and asked if they could come sweep for us. She did it but she was none too happy about doing it. When we got our appetizer, they brought us 3 small plates and I started to pass them out to my family. When I lifted the first plate, there was literally a quarter of a plate of smooshed food on the plate underneath. So gross!! Needless to say, I was not expecting much when the food came out. The food was mushy and tasted just awful. Not just one but all three of our entrees. The only thing that was edible was the lettuce wraps but we got only four tiny pieces of lettuce to put the chicken on. Ridiculous... As we were leaving, there were two pieces of fruit on the floor that had obviously fallen out of a drink and been trampled all night. The carpets in the foyer were equally disgusting. Seems like one of the four people hanging out at the hostess stand could have been assigned to clean up the entrance but chit chat was way more important. I am sickened to think about what the kitchen must have been like. If what you can see is that bad, I can't imagine what we couldn't see,must have looked like. I can remember a day when this was an amazing restaurant and food was delicious. There used to be a 2 hour wait. In my opinion, this place needs to be shut down by a health inspector. It's that bad. We ate here in April for our sons birthday and the food and service was horrible. Just chalked it up to them having a bad day. Today we ate there again. Once again the food and service was horrible! I got the changs spicy chicken and the chicken was so dry and stringy just like in April. We also had a problem with our check and our server was less than kind about the problem that was her fault for typing in the wrong amount to change. Still concern that there will be an extra charge on my credit card and my cousins card. These two experiences have changed my mind about eating at this P.F. Chang's location. So I have been going here for years, we go for Birthdays and Holidays. Great place. Today they were apparently "out of sushi" even-tho the table next to use got a huge plate of it. Then maybe the Sushi Chef called out? Either way, no Sushi... OK. The table behind me ordered a Ginger Beer, which apparently they were "out of Ginger" which was odd because I ordered and received Ginger Beer. The Manager then came out into the kitchen and everyone was running around upset "86ing" items. The wait staff seemed upset and confused. I ordered Shrimp with Lobster Sauce instead and it was not good. Little flavor and disappointing. I'm not sure whats happening to this location which has always been wonderful but I left sad. Made a reservation for my family of three for Christmas Eve. Received a confirmation, and then a reminder email. However, when we showed up the hostess informed us they no longer have a contract with OpenTable and that our reservation was null. I asked how we were supposed to know that and she shrugged saying, "I don't know." We were told we could wait for a table but that the wait was almost two hours and they closed at 9:00, our reservation was at 7:30. Being Christmas Eve, our options were nonexistent so late and my elderly parent needed to eat. We ended up finding a hole in the wall Chinese place down the street. Quite disappointing as P.F. I ordered delivery from here and was delivered a meal with a chunk of egg yolk and a chunk of burnt egg white and yolk are just chunks, not blended in , no utensils, and a slice of lime for seasoning. Nothing else. Not even a napkin. The bag was sealed up tighter than Fort Knox so whoever packed this seriously missed the boat. I am a business traveler at a hotel, so no condiments, cutlery or chopsticks, or napkins is a bust. Unfortunately we will not be visiting PF Changs again. This used to be one of our favorite restaurant, so we decided to come back after several years of not coming. We did not have a particular reason for stopping, they were just many new restaurants in our area to try. The service was very poor. We had to wave down our waitress several times just to get our order placed, our checks, our waters refilled. Also the food was not nearly as good as we remembered it to be. I would definitely recommend you going to the Iron Wok located at Hamilton Mill or WEI authentic Chinese beef better options. read more

Ive never had great pf chang experiences but I came here to celebrate my anniversary and experienced redemption- through the banana eggrolls! My entire meal was already amazing but this was the highlight. I've been thinking about these eggrolls ever since. They're super tender inside, flaky on the outside and served with yummy pineapple coconut ice cream. It's truly an amazing dessert and what a gift to get it on the house!! I think if you're celebrating a birthday or anniversary, you get a feee dessert. I also ordered sake, mushroom lettuce wraps, and honey chicken. First and foremost we had a reservation for 5 pm, we checked in with the hostess who asked us to give her a few minutes so that she could seat us, so we sat in front of the hostess stand, after 15 minutes I went up and check with her again, she stated she was waiting for us to come to her because her manager doesn't let them tell people their table is ready "because they are not Apple Bee's" But truly the worst part is that we waited over an hr to get our food and when it did finally come out our food was cold. I mentioned the one in Ohio was really hit or miss... usually miss. She said something about covid ... and said im talking the last 15 yrs. My first time visiting this restaurant and it will be my last. I made a reservation online and upon arrival my name was not on the reservations list. The hostess explained that any reservation made the same day wouldn't be on the list...so what's the point of making a reservation in advance? We were seated fairly quickly nonetheless only to sit at our table without ANY acknowledgement from ANY staff member for over 15 minutes. During this time there were servers and staff constantly passing our table, seeing that we had not been greeted at all, and no one bothered to stop. I would have appreciated it if someone just said "hey we are really behind and will get to you as soon as we can." But no one said a word. We got up and walked out. We had an extremely horrible experience here. We dined with our family including our infant and by the time we sat on our table we noticed the AC was not working and it was 90 degrees outside and when we mentioned this to the manager, Melody, and she only opened the door to let the air in. We ordered several dishes and when we received the food, one of the dishes was not cooked properly as we ordered their Pad Thai and it was the worst we've ever had, because the sauce didn't taste like Pad Thai sauce and was heavily watered down. When we mentioned this to our server, she said they wouldn't remove this item from our bill because we ate more than half of it, which was absolutely incorrect. The manager, Melody, didn't even offer an apology and said she could only provide another dish, which we didn't want since we had lost our appetite because the Pad Thai was disgusting. She accused us of eating more than half, and we explained to her that there was more than half left as well as the three of us tried it to determine that it was not up to standard. Any decent chain restaurant will always make the customer happy by not only removing the item, but apologizing for ruining our family's experience however, this PF Changs doesn't know a thing about customer service and we left without finishing our meal. The issue with the restaurant was an overwhelming sour smell upon entering and down the sides to the tables. Could be soured mops, cleaning or whatever but it almost made us leave. Terrible.
