Solid PF Changs. Awesome it's an option in the airport. Was not overly crowded, a plus. Service was a little slow, had to wait a bit for the receipt. No plates plates for the apps. Wrong sauce provided. Food and drinks were fine. Got the chicken lettuce wrap, flavorful and freshness. Plenty of lettuce provided. Mediocre, ultra bland food, no restrooms, and the airport outside the restaurant is caked in gross, but also has convenient outlets, good drinks, and nice service. The one vegetarian entree is as sad and clichéd as can be - just tasteless warm pieces of tofu in mixed vegetables - but the beef and broccoli was okay. It is nice to be up one level away from most of the bustle of the airport. They also have a great protocol about food allergies that I've never seen before. I told the server I had an allergy, and the kitchen printed out a version of the menu that specifically had everything I could eat. This did take a few extra minutes, but it made me feel great that they took extra steps to take this seriously. The food was tasty. The drink menu is, as always, a bit disappointing (why does the hot tea always taste like it has artificial mango flavor in it?). Perhaps not the nicest incarnation of the chain as far as physical plant is concerned--the dining room is a bit over-crowded--but they really do make sure to get you in and out of there in time for your flight. Would give 0/5 if I could. Usually love this location, but today we wanted PF changs for our one hour layover in atl. Waited 7 ish minutes (they said it would be 15-20). Got seated then waited another 7 ish minutes before asking what to drink and ordered our food (chicken lettuce wrap and chicken fried rice and a drink of wine). This was at 5:46. It is now 6:26, we haven't seen our server once, have been sitting here for 30 minutes, and our plane starts boarding now and we still don't have our food. We asked two employees to check on our server and neither came back to update. Chicken lettuce wrap just arrived, but no sign of fried rice or wine. People around us were served food before us. Standard menu for all PF changes. This place is clean and quieter than most. I'm vegetarian and always get the ma po tofu. This time I tried t with the rice noodles and it was also good! The vegetarian options are limited here because some dishes come premade with fish sauce and it's hard to do an adjustment. Be sure to ask the server if you're allergic or a strict vegetarian. And the pad thai and the spicy almond chicken. The pad thai was fantastic too. I liked the almond chicken but it wasn't spicy at all. It could have used a good kick. But it was still tasty. While waiting for my connector flight to LAX, I had a good amount of time to get some good food in. I wandered around the terminal, checking out the different food options. This place sounded like the best option at the time, so I made my way up the escalator and into the restaurant. I sat at the bar, and perused the menu while sipping on water. I decided on the beef and broccoli. Getting service took quite a big of time, but they were also packed. I got my food about ten minutes after placing my order. The food was ok, but I've had better. The cut of beef was not doing it for me, but at the least the broccoli tasted as it should. The staff was also nice, so I'm leaving three stars on this place. read more

I don't feel compelled to review things often, but we just finished a great lunch here with wonderful service. We were seated quickly and Fathima was our waitress. She was attentive but not hovering, extremely polite, and gave us excellent service. We had lo mein, Brussel sprouts, and lettuce wraps and all were very good. Jermaine bussed our table and took the time to talk with us for a minute. And Quanisha was so sweet and informative when I had a question on the way out. It was just a nice experience that we don't see much of anymore, and I appreciated it. Nice place to spend a layover. read more

I asked for Siracha when I ordered and when food arrived but never received it. They gave me no napkin so I took one I had out of my pocket to use. I borrowed soy sauce from another customer. I'm okay with chopsticks but they usually provide a fork. If this was my first trip to a PF Chang's I would never come back. 5 star food. 1 star service. read more

Amazing experience! I grabbed a seat at the bar top near the windows (first come first serve) and was soon greeted by my very friendly server. I ordered the egg drop soup and the king pao shrimp with white rice and it came out so fast! I didn't have a whole lot of time before my next flight so it was a relief that the food didn't take long. Both items tasted delicious and fresh! The server came back quickly with my check, a box and a cup so that I could take my ginger ale to go! Okay PF Chang's Corp help me understand why this is the only good PF Chang's in the state? The one in Alpharetta is terrible, this one is amazing. The food here always tastes fresh. I used to love PF Changes but had all but given up on them when I moved to Georgia, this one keeps me coming back. The Kung P shrimp, fried rice, lettuce wraps are all perfect. Stopped in for my standard order of Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps in Terminal A of Atlanta Hartsfield while in route beck to the Motor City. I've heard that this is one of Chang's most popular dishes in the age of shunning carbs. There's nothing to complain about here...the service was fast and courteous and the restaurant feels like a quiet refuge that seems light years away from the hustle and bustle of ATL's Terminal A food court just down the escalator. Most importantly, the Chicken Wraps were pure Chang...very tasty and totally consistent with other P. F.'s meals I've had all over the country. Went to PF Chang's this past Wednesday, had reservations, were seated immediately as there were only a few patrons! (A sign) Waited a fairly long time for service, server was either new or not good at his job. He took drink orders, brought two drinks and then water and then the other two drinks. Ordered Kirin beer, he brought Sapporo! Three different meals ordered, two Mongolian beef, Lo Mein and a third. Mongolian beef had little flavor, overcooked, consistency of jerky, Lo Mein had little taste and very dry. Asked for more sauce, waiter brought a container with about three tablespoons of sauce. A long wait for the checks which were inaccurate, had wrong couples. Checks were close so we paid! Not worth the drive-in traffic, can order better from local takeout. read more

I guess I eat at this PFC almost 90% of time I fly through ATL. And service has gone down every time, especially the front desk receptionists. Seems customers are inconivinece to them and often have to wait for them to finish them to finish up thief gossip conversation until they ask you "wanna seats?" Waitress working at the counter section is superb but seem to be confusing the order a lot, I had to eat two wrong meals in the raw already (I didn't want to wait for the right item to be prepared...I had a plane to catch). Last note - I don't like new menus. There used to be more Greer items and now it's much smaller menu and PFC has become just another airport food... read more

Terminal A upstairs near escalators to terminal trains in center concourse. Service is slow meaning it takes a good 20-30 minutes to get food even when there are only 10 people or sometimes you will wait 30 minutes and someone else gets their food in 5 because they have the only good waiter in the place. Edamame was terrible. Over cooked and mushy had to send back. Manager is discussing with our server about doing a better job wiping down the restaurant right in front of us, not very professional. Anyway, food is typical Chang's so if cooked properly it will be fine. Chicken was warm not hot but other dishes were piping hot...I guess for an airport it is nice to sit in a restaurant setting. There is also a Delta club on same level near restaurant if you are a member. Finally you will pay airport prices which I am only guessing but think about 20% higher than Chang's not in an airport.
