George was over the top fantastic! Our flight was delayed for a short at the awesome ATL airport. There were only two seats on one side & one-seat on the other side of the fully jammed pack bar so Mom, Dad sat across from me.. No big deal. George happily accommodated us w/ his wonderful personality & service. All of the staff there made us feel like we were at our neighborhood PF Changs. George made it feel like Mom, Dad & I were sitting together, even though we were across the way from each other. Our drinks, delish crab wontons & check all came out to us time efficiently being that in an airport, time is of the essence. I wouldn't be mad if we have a longer layover next time so I can spend more time in this awesome airport & PF Changs located in Terminal A upstairs lol! read more

Great experience. Dined here on 12/14 around 1pm and had a wonderful time. I wanted to go somewhere away from the noise of the airport, ear and get some work done while I wait for my delayed flight . This was the perfect space. The crowd here is very different than the rest of the airport because most people are in a rush but the group at the restaurant was mostly a relaxed crowd so it was very intimate and quiet. My waiter and greeter were super welcoming and sweet and made sure my entire time there was well spent . I ordered the orange peel shrimp and added chicken. It was delicious. I was so full and still had more to take with me when I left. Even after I finished eating , I was there getting some work done and I didn't feel rushed at all. I definitely recommend eating here if you are ever at Hartsfield Jackson!! I'll definitely make the my new dining option whenever I come through. read more

Why is it when a major national restaurant chain opens up a location inside an airport the food quality is compromised? I don't have the answer but PF Chang's in the Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson airport is no exception. Pros: My server was pleasant, :-) and very prompt. The restaurant atmosphere is actually nice and almost upscale. It's located on the second level away from all the hustle and crowds in the A concourse Negatives: Poor food quality. I ordered the Kung Pow chicken. It was dry and the flavor was almost good. If my order was hot, it would have tasted better, but is was simply warm. This experience is unfortunate because I have enjoyed PF Chang's near our home. Recommendation: don't go unless you're NOT a picky eater. read more

Gluten Free: Yes, item specific Casein Free: Yes, item specific One of my go to spots to grab a quick and safe gluten free casein free meal during a long layover Highlights: * They have finally finished the remodel of this location within the last month and a half where they added more longer bar top seating, as well as modifying how many low level sit down tables that they have. * Updated and added more power outlets to the seating bar tops * Includes many of the typical PF Changs offerings, including gluten free - Expect to pay more than you would at a non-airport restaurant. They have included up-charges in their pricing, most noticeable in their Gluten Free Offerings - This place can get packed, but they seem to move people through. It the wait is too long, I would recommend ordering to go and find seating elsewhere to enjoy your meal read more

This is the most disgusting place. You can smell it when you walk in. Had broccoli with chicken and the chicken tasted like dog food would (obviously frozen and thawed with premade sauce) and broccoli was RAW! had not even attempted to be cooked. But the worst was the roach leg I found in my meal. I did not mention anything to staff-what are they going to do? Overhaul the whole place? Just steer clear. Airport food is always iffy but this was the bottom. read more

Solid PF Changs. Awesome it's an option in the airport. Was not overly crowded, a plus. Service was a little slow, had to wait a bit for the receipt. No plates plates for the apps. Wrong sauce provided. Food and drinks were fine. Got the chicken lettuce wrap, flavorful and freshness. Plenty of lettuce provided. The outer edges of the lettuce seemed a bit old but with plenty of lettuce it wasn't an issue. The pot stickers were very tasty. Solid option when one wants PF Changs. read more

PF Changs - Strawberry cucumber drink. Pot stickers. Chicken lettuce wraps. Solid lunch. - Chinese Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

The food was not that good, I order vegetable fried rice it was very dry, my friend ordered noodle it was very mushy

Service and food is always great! I travel through here often and always make it a stop!

3.5 does the necessary with the chain's trademark super solid rendition of Chinese-American standards as well as proving fresh salads and other delights. The drink menu is, as always, a bit disappointing (why does the hot tea always taste like it has artificial mango flavor in it?). Perhaps not the nicest incarnation of the chain as far as physical plant is concerned--the dining room is a bit over-crowded--but they really do make sure to get you in and out of there in time for your flight. The menu here at the airport location also is a variation of what you will find at the other restaurants, featuring a traditional eggs and toast breakfast option as well as missing some favorites from other locations (bulgogi). read more

Standard menu for all PF changes. This place is clean and quieter than most. I'm vegetarian and always get the ma po tofu. This time I tried t with the rice noodles and it was also good! The vegetarian options are limited here because some dishes come premade with fish sauce and it's hard to do an adjustment. Be sure to ask the server if you're allergic or a strict vegetarian. I also tried their new lime spritzer. Very refreshing!! Bathrooms and staff are very polite. read more

Staff was extremely rude and discriminatory. The waiter spilled water all over the table, didn't apologize or bother to clean it up. Then neglected our table on numerous occasions. To top it all off after we paid he forced us to move from our table. Do not eat at this establishment. Next time I travel I WILL NOT. read more

Mediocre, ultra bland food, no restrooms, and the airport outside the restaurant is caked in gross, but also has convenient outlets, good drinks, and nice service. The one vegetarian entree is as sad and clichéd as can be - just tasteless warm pieces of tofu in mixed vegetables - but the beef and broccoli was okay. I haven't had worse food for this price in recent memory, but I suppose that's the airport tax. read more

We had 3 hours to kill before our next flight so we wanted something sit down. They still had an hour until they closed so we grabbed some food. We got the ceab rangoon which was delicious! And the pad thai and the spicy almond chicken. The pad thai was fantastic too. I liked the almond chicken but it wasn't spicy at all. It could have used a good kick. But it was still tasty. Everything came out quick and service was fantastic for a busy airport. read more

It is nice to be up one level away from most of the bustle of the airport. They also have a great protocol about food allergies that I've never seen before. I told the server I had an allergy, and the kitchen printed out a version of the menu that specifically had everything I could eat. This did take a few extra minutes, but it made me feel great that they took extra steps to take this seriously. The food was tasty. It was a little expensive, but that's what's going to happen at an airport. read more

While waiting for my connector flight to LAX, I had a good amount of time to get some good food in. I wandered around the terminal, checking out the different food options. This place sounded like the best option at the time, so I made my way up the escalator and into the restaurant. I sat at the bar, and perused the menu while sipping on water. I decided on the beef and broccoli. Getting service took quite a big of time, but they were also packed. I got my food about ten minutes after placing my order. The food was ok, but I've had better. The cut of beef was not doing it for me, but at the least the broccoli tasted as it should. The staff was also nice, so I'm leaving three stars on this place. read more

Would give 0/5 if I could. Usually love this location, but today we wanted PF changs for our one hour layover in atl. Waited 7 ish minutes (they said it would be 15-20). Got seated then waited another 7 ish minutes before asking what to drink and ordered our food (chicken lettuce wrap and chicken fried rice and a drink of wine). This was at 5:46. It is now 6:26, we haven't seen our server once, have been sitting here for 30 minutes, and our plane starts boarding now and we still don't have our food. We asked two employees to check on our server and neither came back to update. Chicken lettuce wrap just arrived, but no sign of fried rice or wine. People around us were served food before us. Not sure if we will eat here again or support any other P.F. Chang's in the future. Update: servers name was Vee and I got a lame fortune in my cookie. We got our food but had to scarf it down before running to our gate. The flavor of chicken fried rice is ruined for me forever read more

I've been to numerous PF Chang's and I think given all if not most 5 stars. This one has same great food but absolutely horrible service. I asked for Siracha when I ordered and when food arrived but never received it. They gave me no napkin so I took one I had out of my pocket to use. I borrowed soy sauce from another customer. I'm okay with chopsticks but they usually provide a fork. If this was my first trip to a PF Chang's I would never come back. 5 star food. 1 star service. read more

*1 STAR FOR SERVICE* Service here is horrible, we stood in front of the host and waited while she finished her conversation with the waiter! When we finally sat, I scouted out the waitress and ordered. We where short on time but super excited they served breakfast. Ordered: Hot & Sour soup: hot and soothing, very comforting. Miso Soup: Perfect before a flight Breakfast Fried Rice: we took this to go because we had to catch our flight, it was delicious even cold. It took 15mins to get the food, when it arrived the waitress spilled an entire cup of ice water next to me. Accidents happen but at least be polite, ask if my legs are drenched or extra tissues are needed. read more

I don't feel compelled to review things often, but we just finished a great lunch here with wonderful service. We were seated quickly and Fathima was our waitress. She was attentive but not hovering, extremely polite, and gave us excellent service. We had lo mein, Brussel sprouts, and lettuce wraps and all were very good. Jermaine bussed our table and took the time to talk with us for a minute. And Quanisha was so sweet and informative when I had a question on the way out. It was just a nice experience that we don't see much of anymore, and I appreciated it. Nice place to spend a layover. read more

Great location and consistent food. Service was a little slow today with refills and getting our appetizers. The shrimp dish was tasty but the Mongolian beef with broccoli was filled with too much sauce and was almost like gravy. The wrong side of rice was also delivered. The server was very friendly and professional. This is a good spot if you have an hour or more at the airport and want to sit down and enjoy a meal while waiting for your flight. read more

Didn't know the airport has such a good restaurant. The shrimp tofu pad thai and mongolian beef were excellent. The taste was authentic and the seasoning for the beef was just right. PH Chang at one point was the best of the best! Thief food is not as good as it was 2 years ago. I will try another spot next time.

Okay PF Chang's Corp help me understand why this is the only good PF Chang's in the state? The one in Alpharetta is terrible, this one is amazing. The food here always tastes fresh. I used to love PF Changes but had all but given up on them when I moved to Georgia, this one keeps me coming back. The Kung P shrimp, fried rice, lettuce wraps are all perfect. I can only imagine the founders intended the food to taste like this. My daughter actually asked if we could drive to the airport for dinner. Of course that's a no but what does it tell you? read more

Amazing experience! I grabbed a seat at the bar top near the windows (first come first serve) and was soon greeted by my very friendly server. I ordered the egg drop soup and the king pao shrimp with white rice and it came out so fast! I didn't have a whole lot of time before my next flight so it was a relief that the food didn't take long. Both items tasted delicious and fresh! The server came back quickly with my check, a box and a cup so that I could take my ginger ale to go! Stopped in for my standard order of Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps in Terminal A of Atlanta Hartsfield while in route beck to the Motor City. I've heard that this is one of Chang's most popular dishes in the age of shunning carbs. There's nothing to complain about here...the service was fast and courteous and the restaurant feels like a quiet refuge that seems light years away from the hustle and bustle of ATL's Terminal A food court just down the escalator. Most importantly, the Chicken Wraps were pure Chang...very tasty and totally consistent with other P. F.'s meals I've had all over the country. Quick seating, impromptu and slow wait service. Good thing we were not in a rush for our next flight. Our waiter was polite but did not actually look right at us once or ask how our meal was or if we needed anything else. We had the lettuce wraps to start which were a large portion and yummy. To eat, we were feeling some noodles so I went with the chicken pad thai and my partner ordered the chicken and shrimp lomein. The pad thai tasted a bit off..like vinegar. The lo mein was good with the exception of the shrimp being microscopic. Not too shabby for airport food but could've been a better experience. read more
