Wow! What a find!! Came for the Sunday brunch buffet and it was fabulous. Dunno the official names of the dishes, but they were all fantastic. Tripe brazed to perfection, chili verde made with spareribs, beef brazed in broth, and a mixture of beef strips with cactus and other vegetables perfect for home made tortillas brought steaming hot to your table. Plus an assortment of fresh fruit and pastries all for $25 Pp.

Went on a friday evening and it wasn't packed at all. I've heard of this place and people raving about it and wanted to see if it was as good as everyone says. It's a very nice looking place in side. I will say I'm not a fan of the tables and the seating. It's basically big tables and chairs to seat but only like a few small tables where a party of 2 or 4 can seat. You'll have to visit the place to see what I'm talking about. The chips and mango salsa that they give you is so good! I got the Carne Asada pizza and my Husband got the Tostada Ceviche. The pizza was so delicious and made in a brick oven that they have. My husband loved his food as well! I was surprised that this place wasn't packed because it's very delicious! I can't wait to try there other food and the Sunday brunch as well. We will for sure be back to try more!

Dining or pick up. In search of amazing Spanish rice -I found ---Pezcow! The menu offers a variety of traditional dishes that are full of flavor and authenticity. The easy going atmosphere makes it ideal for a quick meal on-the-go or a casual dining experience. Service: welcoming and fast.

I love the food. It was so good, can't wait to come back. We were a party of 8 so we understood that they were super busy making everything fresh. The margaritas were so good, I love to taste the alcohol & hate when I only taste juice. So 10/10 for that too. Service was good because they were so busy with large groups. Over all 10/10. Definitely coming back soon. So happy I had my birthday dinner there.

We both loved discovering this "hidden gem" Mexican restaurant in Windsor. It is located in the Windsor Palms Plaza and is authentically decorated. The ambiance is welcoming and it has a series of long community tables. There were so many amazing options to choose from on their menu so I had a difficult time deciding! I ordered the fish tacos and absolutely loved them! The portions are generous and the food is absolutely amazing! It is very flavorful and came with fresh chips and salsa. The service was great and we really absolutely loved our meal! This is a family run restaurant so I love that you know you are supporting the local community when you eat here. I also love that they have wine from a local winery that you can purchase with your meal. I personally love seeing family run businesses supporting other family owned businesses! This place has beer, wine, and other drinks that you can order with your meal. Everyone that worked here was very friendly and we will definitely be back to try out other things on their menu.

My husband and I were looking for somewhere new to eat and Pezcow looked interesting and wasn't crowded. We stopped in and were seated right away. The menu was interesting, with many seafood options and dishes I was not familiar with. I got a dish with fried shrimp and some rice and a little side salad. Very pleasing. Husband got a couple of tacos and a giant bowl of stew - beans & bacon I think. That came with tortillas and was a little spicy so I didn't try any. Overall we had enough food we took some home, and I definitely wouldn't mind coming here again. Relaxed atmosphere, polite staff and good food. :)

If you're looking for fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared seafood, Pezcow is the place to go! Their dishes are packed with authentic, bold flavors that set them apart from anywhere else. You can taste the quality in every bite--this is seafood done right. I love it so much that I gladly drive an hour just to eat here. It's that good! Whether you're craving ceviche, tacos, or any of their incredible seafood creations, you won't be disappointed. Pezcow is a true gem!

We went for the buffet and they had a wide variety of options to try including menudo, posole, birria, and chile Colorado. The posole and menudo were very good!

I came to heck out this place for their Sunday Brunch. Was told by owner on Sunday the menu is a variety of different famous Mexican recipes and this is my review. Menudo, Birria, Shrimp patties with nopales, homemade corn tortillas, Chile Verde and Chile Rojo. I thought I made a wrong turn and landed in Mexico. My Yelper friends you have to come for brunch at PezCow and at $25.00 you can't beat this price. Been here twice and has more them satisfied my palate, my favorite is the Mexican cafe de Hoya and the birria these review does not give it justice to how good the food is. Home made tortillas are the bum and you can see the owner making them right before your eyes, love this place for Sunday Brunch with family. There is also a desert table with Mexican pastry's I'm telling you, you have try this place . A definite 5 star. Customer service is excellent as happy to be supporting this small family and women owned business and looking forward to being my family to this restaurant

The restaurant is very festive and cute. The little touches seen around the restaurant really shows how much care went into its design. They serve up freshly fried chips with salsa as soon as you are seated. You can hear the sizzle of the oil from the table. Always a good sign. The chips were nice and warm and the salsa spicy. Molcajete Mariscos - this was one of the better dishes and if you like seafood and don't mind getting messy, would definitely recommend. The side of beans seemed unnecessary but was nice to have to break up the flavors. Torre de Mariscos - this was a massive plate and looks really impressive when it arrives but was a lot of food even when shared amongst our party of three. Flavors were good but became monotonous halfway through. Would order if you have a large party. We also ordered tacos and enchiladas, both of which was delicious.

Buffet Menudo 100% Sunday buffet It was great for the $25 all you can eat Not a large variety but was is there was GREAT

Well worth the price $25 for brunch is affordable Food was great 2 bowls of menudo will Cost you as much

Inside the restaurant there is a calming feeling as they were playing slow Hindu chanting music low on their sound system. The first server We began with was very young and maybe learning the menu still as he was really not that good at answering questions on the menu. As soon as we checked in on Yelp, suddenly service picked up. Another more experienced server brought us first, hand towels to wipe out hands (a nice touch, but the towels were almost cold when he brought them, was it an after thought?); and he also brought us complimentary cups of dal that were very tasty. The dishes we got were saag lamb, butter chicken, and organic channa masala, and garlic buttered Naan. Had our first server known how to describe menu better we may have chosen a few different items. He did recommend the butter chicken as one of his favorite so that's why we got it as we often enjoy it other places as well. It was very good, a classic with great sauce, probably the favorite dish. The saag lamb was good too, but we almost got the patak lamb, similar sounding dish but maybe creamier/ other veggie too? But our first server could not really describe difference well. I'm thinking we may have enjoyed the other dish better than saag lamb which was good, but felt the spinach was extremely over cooked, and so finely chopped almost like it was highly minced or powdered? But it was flavorful. The Channa Masala was on the dry side. We we're trying to decide on a saucy vegetable dish and we asked about this dish because we liked that it said organic. That same first server said it was saucy, but not that saucy. Each dish comes with your choice of white or brown rice, or steamed veggies. Two dishes we got brown rice with, and the third we got steamed veggies because we thought there would be more sauce overall to add them too. The rice was allot ( took quite a bit home); the veggies were this nice mix, but so boring with no taste, and what a waste. The veggies even had water floating in bottom of dish. It would be so much nicer if there were an option to have these lightly stirfried with a little flavor as an option ( they were completely bland) , and there was really not enough saucy stuff to add them to so only partially eaten, left remaining there on table instead of taking home with other stuff. We asked for a sample of their side sauces and we got a tiny (like a tablespoon each?) 3 dish sampling of their very tasty homemade mango sauce, tart and tangy cilantro mint sauce, and some sweeter tamarind sauce. But they were very tiny amounts. The Naan was light and crisp, very nice, but could barely taste garlic butter. We asked for our dishes to be medium heat and it was fairly mild for us still, but i guess with American palate, spicy can be relative. But oh well. We also had cups of chai (under $5.00) that had refills, and a glass of house white wine ( Murphy good Sauvignon Blanc was only $8.00 so that was a deal). I'm giving 4 stars for their efforts, but hope they read this so they can improve a few things.

First of all, we went on a Monday night and the…read morereservations were fully booked, but we decided to try stopping in, which turned out to be smart, because they could seat us almost right away in the bar dining room, which was spacious and didn't feel like a bar area. They even accommodated my request not to be in sight of the TV. We were with my husband's cousin from Maui, an international traveler/diner, so he wanted to go all out, which meant we ordered the two specials - a dry aged porterhouse (T-bone) and a wagyu steak (not sure which cut), both medium rare. We got the bearnaise sauce and the green peppercorn sauce. I had one bite of each side or the t-bone, so NY and filet mignon, and two bites of the wagyu, which turned out to be my favorite. The reason I only had a those few bites of such exquisite, melt in your mouth meat was because of the irresistible courses we had leading up to it - wedge salad with tender diced bacon and pungent blue cheese dressing, potato skin fondue (like an elevated bacon nacho cheese dip), mussels in a flavorful broth that we sopped up with the addicting (on the house) bottomless basket of butter garlic parsley topped rolls (texture of Hawaiian rolls but not sweet). Then there was the scrumptious four cheese mac n cheese. I had to hold off on the giant onion rings (just ate the inside of one) to save room for the steak. We somehow also had drinks and dessert - I finished the first (which they made tart like I requested) and only tasted the last - a pineapple cheesecake, while my husband and his cousin demolished the rest along with creme brulee. Service was excellent and well timed. My husband's cousin said he hadn't expected the food to be so stellar, but that it even surpassed the swanky steakhouse we had gone to with him in SF on his last visit. We told him we weren't that surprised since we really like the other Stark restaurants we've been to, but this was the piece de la resistance. It was partly a celebration of our 25th anniversary coming up, so this feast was a blessing.

It took 40 min to get out burgers and they were overcooked and bland - no seasoning. Rude service, overcooked, food that took way too long to get to us and a bonus lecture. Seriously people? Last time we will go to any Starks restaurant again.

First off, they were so welcoming when we checked in. And I love that it's so pet friendly. Hostess that checked us in was a doll. The inside decor and the layout was so cute. One side is the hostess counter and right across from there is a waiting lounge area which I believe is also utilized for dining. Walking through, they have indoor seating to one side and the bar area to the opposite. Also dining available along the hi top bar counter. We had a big group which they had us set up on the patio. Another beautiful layout. It's like dining in a community garden slash secret garden. Our waitress who took care of us was amazing. So sweet and very friendly. Not just her but the entire staff there. Menu wise looked amazing. Also it was also a recommendation from one of the staff at a winery we were just at. Drink menu was quite huge too. Of course food was on our mind and it did not disappoint. Big group meant a lot of share plates to start off. A double of things ordered to start off. Daily crudo which was served with wonton chips. Fresh fish with all spices and marinaded. It was fresh and delicious. You gotta have oysters if it's available. Curry deviled eggs was quite tasty as well. Your classic eggs with a little twist. Mushroom egg rolls were a hit. It literally came piping hot so it was a little wait till we enjoy it and it was delicious. Came with two dipping sauce which paired very well. Salsa macha fries, similar concept as the elote corn with the coltija cheese, lime creme and cilantro. Brisket can also be added which we opted out for. Then there was the grilled Vietnamese steak with the not so sticky rice in a cube form. Cooked perfectly and the crunchiness of the rice was perfect. Also the dipping sauce was great. Beef brisket tacos were another hit. Two orders and loaded with meat and all the topping. Very flavorful and delicious. Cant come here and not have their almost famous chicken tenders. Big chunks of chicken battered and fried to a nice golden color. It was so juicy and served with pickle chips and dipping. You can have it hot or now with the sauce. Crispy duck confit was delicious. Nice potion of duck with bitter greens and duck fat potatoes. Brazen burger, which was pretty massive. Classic burger but better and with bacon and fries. Then you have the kimchi noodles, added chicken and shrimp or without. That dish was tasty. You either love kimchi or not and the way it was prepared with pasta, delicious. And lastly, the special was a hot ham sandwich I believe. Served with potatoes salad and gherkins. It was a hefty sandwich with loads of meat and cheese. Simply but so good. Food was excellent as we literally had loads from the menu. Of course loads of recommendations which I know why. The food was exceptional and service was great. Restaurant is beautiful and service was excellent. Also they're so pet friendly. Plus, we ordered a dog patty for the pup and it was quite tasty...lol.... Can't wait to come back, hopefully soon. Not sure if menu if set or it changes seasonally. Regardless, whoever is in charge of menu, chefs kiss.
