The food was actually fantastic but it took over an hour to get it. The only thing I would have to say is that my halibut was a little overcooked and kinda dry. The service was good and our server Thomas was extremely knowledgeable.

I came in for dinner after a day of travel, exhausted but crazy hungry. I had a reservation for a bit later but was able to grab a seat at the bar quickly. I made the reservation because I love me some good southern food! Given the area, I wasn't sure what to expect, as dining in wine country seems to follow a pattern of cuisine leaning more French/Italian. Looking at the menu I was so disappointed to be traveling alone because there are appetizer items I would have loved to try with my order (but share with someone so nothing went to waste!) The PB&J wings sounded fire... so I'll have to get back around to trying those! I decided on the blackened catfish with the help of the bartender. The catfish was blackened nicely, the smokiness of the tomato mixed in and the collards full of flavor/cooked to perfection. I'd order this dish again for sure. I also opted for the zero alcohol cocktail, which was a nice refreshing end to the evening.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]What a great spot for a date night and a yummy meal![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My boyfriend and I made reservations for a Monday night and it didn't seem too busy, but several tables were still filled. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambience felt classy but comfortable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was excellent. To start, we ordered the fried chicken sliders. These were a nice size for an appetizer and came out hot and fresh! The crisp and the flavor were pretty textbook for a fried chicken sandwich, and the sauce was tangy and tasty. I ordered the blackened catfish which came with collard greens and mac and cheese. The catfish was flavorful and the sides were pretty good as well. My boyfriend ordered the 3-way smoker combo with ribs, sausage, and pulled chicken (they were sold out of pulled pork). For the two sides he got potato salad and grits, which were both quite yummy. The meats were all pretty tender, though I do wish they had a little more flavor/spice themselves; I suppose they were meant to be dipped/covered in sauce. The biscuit that came with the smoker combo was also great! For dessert we ordered the sweet potato bread pudding, which our server told us would take about 15 minutes in the oven. I appreciated the time to rest and digest, because this dessert might have been the highlight of the whole meal! The warmth of the bread pudding was worth the wait and paired really nicely with the ice cream and caramel drizzle. I would definitely come back for that dessert, and probably to try some of the other menu items as well!

Driving up from San Jose with some friends and we decided to introduce them to Sweet T's. A wonderful meal again with awesome and attentive service. Some new items like the tender and juicy brisket and potato salad were delicious. But we had some old favorites like the fried chicken, pork Spareribs, and fried okra.

There's a patio in Windsor, CA where they serve well crafted drinks, BBQ, southern dishes, and sometimes a surprise to highlight the freshest fruits, veggies, fish, etc. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The dining room is large enough to be a crowd, but I like the patio.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Servers are highly professional while also being friendly and helpful. A Friday lunch had to included a big bowl of shrimp and grits with an order of black eyed peas. Sandwiches with any of their in house smoked meats is a treat. Or you can just have a big plate of meat with sides like mashed potatoes, collard greens, fried okra, and the like. The desserts are worth it, maybe have dessert first?

Service was friendly and attentive, and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the atmosphere was nice overall.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had the tri tip and sausage link with mac and cheese and a side salad. Portions were solid and everything looked great when it came out. The sausage was probably my favorite part of the meal, and the mac and cheese was creamy and good. The food overall was a little underwhelming flavor-wise compared to what I expected, but still a good experience overall. Would come back and try other items on the menu.

I used to really enjoy coming to Sweet T's, but over the last year I feel the quality and service seem to have taken a dip. I've been twice recently and both visits left me disappointed. The beef brisket was overly salty, the tri-tip came out cold and our nachos barely had any meat on them. The food just wasn't as flavorful or fresh as I remember and the service felt very slow and inattentive. It's still a decent spot, but not quite what it used to be. I'm hoping they can get back to the level that made it a favorite. 3/10.

Ate here the other day and everything was wonderful, i oove they have smaller versions of the BBQ available on the starter menu because somtimes you just want a little bit of something in addition to your other food. My dog is always welcome on the patio and he is also a big fan of the BBQ.

Mh I love this place it was an exceptional dining experience. I had the brisket, which was so tender it literally melted in my mouth, accompanied by honey butter biscuits that were absolutely irresistible. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere was lively and energetic, making it a bit noisy, so it may not be ideal for a romantic evening, but perfect for a family outing in town.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall enjoyment. After a day of zip lining, this place was the perfect way to unwind and end our adventurous day. It truly met all our expectations and left us eager to return.

We booked last minute early dinner reservation for Monday. Service was great! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior was clean and cozy, think "date night" ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We order cocktails before dinner. We enjoyed four delicious meals: loaded mac n cheese with brisket (hits the spot) - appetizer enough for dinner, gumbo (nicely seasoned), fried chicken (tender meat and crunchy skin). We even saved room for a Mississippi Mashed Mud Pie! We will be back.

Our friend wanted to celebrate his birthday here. Our first time and birthday boy's second time. We had reservations for 1:00 and their automated system works great. They send a confirmation text as soon as you make the reservations. They are located at the end of a shopping center. It was a bustling place when we stepped inside. People checking in and others picking up their to-go orders. The tables looked pretty full and the ambiance was lively. They sat us next to a large party and near the door that leads to their patio dining. I was happy to sit by the door as it brought in some cooler air whenever the door opened. I thought it was a bit on the warmer side inside the restaurant. We were very fortunate to have Karen as our server. She was funny, friendly and personable. Servers must work together because someone else brought us our food and another refilled our waters. We decided on: Rib salad Fried catfish plate BBQ brisket sandwich Brisket chili Potato salad I give them a 10/10 for their fries. They are thin, crispy and perfect. My brisket sandwich was okay, better with the bbq sauce. I chose to have it with the burger fixins' which was a nice accompaniment to the brisket (lettuce, pickle and tomato instead of coleslaw). My husband enjoyed my leftovers the next day. Our friend devoured his catfish plate. He had subbed sautéed veggies and avocado for the fries and coleslaw and he inhaled every bite. My hubby enjoyed his rib meat salad, chili and potato salad. He ate everything too. I saw others ordering their fried chicken plate and it looked delicious but some comments I had read discouraged me from ordering it. Perhaps next time. The interior is big enough to accommodate large parties. They have nice patio seating as well. Employees work hard to bus tables, sweep up when necessary and I was impressed that they wipe down the seats too. Everything looked clean and tidy afterwards. Nice job!

Something for everyone with an emphasis on comfort food. Friendly staff. Modern, clean facilities. Recommend their Bloody Mary, Mac and cheese, and crispy chicken salad. Their wings are just okay. Recommend ordering them extra crispy.

I would order this again in the future after trying some of the other stuff and I do recommend it. Both types of Fries were good, and that fried okra was good too! My iced mocha was terrible. The whip cream was really thick and lacking any flavor, also I couldn't taste any espresso in my beverage. Their full menu is varied and robust. Dishes like clay oven specialties, several types of curries, (seafood, chicken, goat, lamb), momos, biryani, soup and even Himalayan fried noodles and kabobs. Express Lunch menu (menu notes which items are gluten free and vegan), includes lentil soup, salad, butter naan and choice of white or brown rice. We really appreciated the brown rice option. Chicken tika masala - tandoori roasted chicken simmered in a mild creamy sauce. Our sweet server (owner?) mentioned that about 95% of the people love this dish and I am definitely in that group. Wonderful flavors and generous amount of tender chicken. Tofu, kale & potato curry - ingredients all simmered with basil and coconut milk. Very flavorful and seemed healthy. My husband would definitely order again. Our server was friendly, caring and was always smiling. Two servers were handling the entire dining room plus the outdoor diners and they were seamless in their efforts. Our server had recommended the tika masala to me and she was curious what I thought of it. I would order it again tomorrow! The interior is decorated comfortably. Inside the restaurant there is a calming feeling as they were playing slow Hindu chanting music low on their sound system. The first server We began with was very young and maybe learning the menu still as he was really not that good at answering questions on the menu. As soon as we checked in on Yelp, suddenly service picked up. Another more experienced server brought us first, hand towels to wipe out hands (a nice touch, but the towels were almost cold when he brought them, was it an after thought?); and he also brought us complimentary cups of dal that were very tasty. The dishes we got were saag lamb, butter chicken, and organic channa masala, and garlic buttered Naan. Had our first server known how to describe menu better we may have chosen a few different items. He did recommend the butter chicken as one of his favorite so that's why we got it as we often enjoy it other places as well. It was very good, a classic with great sauce, probably the favorite dish. The saag lamb was good too, but we almost got the patak lamb, similar sounding dish but maybe creamier/ other veggie too? But our first server could not really describe difference well. I'm thinking we may have enjoyed the other dish better than saag lamb which was good, but felt the spinach was extremely over cooked, and so finely chopped almost like it was highly minced or powdered? But it was flavorful. The Channa Masala was on the dry side. We we're trying to decide on a saucy vegetable dish and we asked about this dish because we liked that it said organic. That same first server said it was saucy, but not that saucy. Each dish comes with your choice of white or brown rice, or steamed veggies. Two dishes we got brown rice with, and the third we got steamed veggies because we thought there would be more sauce overall to add them too. The rice was allot ( took quite a bit home); the veggies were this nice mix, but so boring with no taste, and what a waste. The veggies even had water floating in bottom of dish. It would be so much nicer if there were an option to have these lightly stirfried with a little flavor as an option ( they were completely bland) , and there was really not enough saucy stuff to add them to so only partially eaten, left remaining there on table instead of taking home with other stuff. We asked for a sample of their side sauces and we got a tiny (like a tablespoon each?) 3 dish sampling of their very tasty homemade mango sauce, tart and tangy cilantro mint sauce, and some sweeter tamarind sauce. But they were very tiny amounts. The Naan was light and crisp, very nice, but could barely taste garlic butter. We asked for our dishes to be medium heat and it was fairly mild for us still, but i guess with American palate, spicy can be relative. But oh well. We also had cups of chai (under $5.00) that had refills, and a glass of house white wine ( Murphy good Sauvignon Blanc was only $8.00 so that was a deal). I'm giving 4 stars for their efforts, but hope they read this so they can improve a few things.
