    Breakfast taco
    Mike P.

Stayed in Windsor for a weekend and craving a good Mexican food. Of course, this place comes up and give it a try. The place is small, but you can tell it is popular based on the how crowded it was inside and outside. Just ordered 2 breakfast tacos for to go. The only thing was the food took a bit long, but it seemed like that for everyone. That's not necessarily a bad thing. I got my food and ate in my car and it was worth the wait. Both tacos were loaded and very tasty. Almost went in for the breakfast burrito, but didn't want to wait. I'll definitely get that next time I'm staying in the area.

Was craving a breakfast burrito and was looking for something reasonably priced. This spot was pretty decent for what you get. The burrito is huge. I got the chorizo breakfast burrito and it was amazing!!! It was flavorful and the salsa paired very well it! They also give you some chips along with the salsa, which is rare these days! Service was nice and friendly, the food came out quickly. The actual inside of the restaurant is cute, many pictures and feels very much family owned. The breakfast burrito lived up to its hype. 10/10 recommend.

Small local restaurant with a handful of tables. The owner was very friendly and service was great. We had a breakfast burrito and lengua taco in the morning. Seems like a popular local breakfast spot as well. They also gave you chips along with salsa with your food which was nice. The chorizo breakfast burrito was big enough to fill us both. Lengua taco was meaty and delicious as well. There was a little wait for the food to come out but everything came fresh and hot.

If you're looking for the best breakfast burrito in Santa Rosa, this place is it! The bacon breakfast burrito is my favorite but my brother raves about the sausage one. Salsas are also so good! The owner is awesome too :)

Found this gem on the Sonoma County Foodies Facebook page while I was on a quest to find the best breakfast burrito in the area. I walked in and met the owner Cris Ochoa and a woman (didn't catch her name). Both were beautiful people and pleasant. Cris had a small supply of homemade salsa on display and I decided to buy a bottle. He even let me sample one on a tortilla chip and it was delicious. The breakfast burrito was on point. All of the ingredients from the bacon, to the cheese and egg tasted very fresh and I could easily say this was the best breakfast burrito I've had thus far since moving to the Sonoma county area. I'm an East Bay/Richmond CA boy, with tons of experience eating Mexican food from Richmond to Oakland, Hayward and all the way to San Jose. So that should let you know I'm certified when That being said, I gotta hand it to Los Arcos, great first impression and the next time I return, I'm bringing my wife.

We chose this place tonight because I was craving Mexican and I wanted to go somewhere that was established as being delicious. This restaurant had 4 1/2 stars and tons of reviews and yes, people are correct. It is very good. You get three types of salsa with chips and all of them are good and definitely homemade and wonderful and spicy! My partner got the fajitas and his meat was so tender. It was like soft in his mouth and juicy and perfect. He was very happy. I got a simple plate of beans and rice, but it was also delicious. We will definitely be back!

This review is for the breakfast burrito only! This might have been one of my favorite breakfast burritos I have ever eaten. As many reviews mention, portions are huge, so my boyfriend and I shared one with chorizo (picture shows cross section of my half). It also came with a small bag of chips and a couple different salsas. The burrito was absolutely delicious -- cheesy, packed with a great ratio of ingredients, and tons of flavor. I truly have no notes and I look forward to coming back for this burrito again soon!

On the wall was a chalkboard with the list of local farmers and vendors that they used to supply their restaurant. I loved how fresh and flavorful all the food was, but I loved their collaboration with small local business owners to provide them with things like eggs and dairy. I had an omelette with spinach, caramelized, tomatoes, chicken sausage, and goat cheese. This was one of the most delicious bites I've had at a breakfast spot in a long time. We also shared an order of beignets that came with some fresh apple butter, which was to die for! It felt like taking a bit off fall weather if that makes sense. My boyfriend had some biscuits and country gravy with a side of sausage and fried eggs. He loved everything that he ate as well. He also had a bloody Mary, which was made with Soju. The flavor and quality was top notch and you hardly missed the vodka from the drink. Our server was very friendly, and he offered some insight into the quality of the Soju and the vendors that they work with. I just really loved the care that this restaurant put into not only service but the food that they're producing.

We ordered huevos rancheros with orange juice, and a caprese sandwich with a side of soup. The eggs were tasty, but it wasn't very hearty. I was hungry again within an hour. Lots of colorful sauce arranged around the dish, most of it wasted. The sandwich had the aoli, even though The Wife asked for it without. The sandwich was hearty, but kind of a mess. Assembled like someone wanted to leave. The space is attractive, with interesting local art on the walls, but frankly the prices ($20 for the eggs, $27 for the sandwich, $7 for a small juice) were out of line.

Her daughter picked the place as a place she thought her mom would like. I ordered the Quesabirria Tacos with Consome that was ABSOLUTELY amazing. The meat was tender and juicy. Excellent flavor and the tortillas were perfectly crisp. Not so hard the roof of your mouth needs Band-aids but so your ears hear a crunch that is sensory pleasing. The staff and especially the Bartender were super rad! Side note is that my gram is 90 yrs old with failing health. She hasn't been able to go out of the house in weeks, but she made it to this and enjoyed all of it. So I thank you for that! The oysters were pristine and briny, and the martini, properly chilled and balanced, set a confident tone. The bar staff were polished, attentive, and engaging without ever being intrusive. Once seated, the experience continued seamlessly. We selected seared scallops and butterfish, complemented by a range of classic sides, baked potato, etc. The scallops were expertly executed, caramelized to a delicate crust while maintaining a tender, almost buttery interior. The butterfish lived up to its name, rich and silky, with a depth of flavor that lingered pleasantly. What stood out most was the cohesion of the dishes. The sauces, in particular, were layered and thoughtfully composed. They were so compelling that, by the end of the meal, we found ourselves savoring every last drop with bread, unwilling to leave anything behind, all while enjoying a steady cadence of well-crafted martinis. After a few aborted attempts to lunch elsewhere I remembered that I'd always heard good things about Stark's and it immediately became the chosen venue. Starving by this point, we arrived around the start of happy hour (3-6pm Monday-Friday) which, frankly, sparked joy. It's here, during that time, from a lovely table in the popular bar, that you can get a Beefeater Martini for $6 (limit: 2 per person). You can also get a lot of well-priced food to accompany that martini so I did that as well: oysters (3 for $7), Truffle Fries ($7), a "Not-So-Mini Burger" ($10), a Prime Rib Banh Mi (($9, more like just a small sandwich featuring prime rib), and something chocolatey and luscious to finish things off. By the time we left, Stark's bar area was full. Everyone knows and supports what's going down here. Stark's, I observed, runs like a very well-oiled machine: there's ample staffing, all are on their game, friendly, efficient, good food, nice presentation, pleasant surroundings, and just 100% top-notch all-around. They exemplify great hospitality. As much as I like trying new places, if someone suggested Stark's happy hour again in the future, it might just be me.
