Homemade Flan
Jarett Y.

Very good place with authentic Mexican food that's high quality. I recommend the Camarrrones Acapulco (in the picture) and the flan! Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Fast service and free chips and salsa/beans.

I'm definitely not amazed by the super burrito they have made. It was a regular burrito at most. There was no pico de gallo, no guacamole, no salsa and barely any rice. for 18+ dollars. First time coming here and never coming back.

Stopped here for lunch cause I was at a nearby school athletic meet. The food, service, and sitting outside was quite nice. I would not order too much cause the portions are large. I ate 1/2 of mine.

Food is always amazing when I go I live close by and get take out from here the people are friendly and kind and the atmosphere here is very homie and welcoming. There is also a beautiful and festive color theme that really sets the tone and atmosphere. Even when showing up 30 minutes to close they still welcome customers in and with a smile.

The service here is great! The workers were very friendly and accommodating. That alone made going here worth it. The decorations were really cute as well and gave a very welcoming and warm vibe. The guacamole was good--I prefer my guacamole to be more chunky and have more pico though. Horchata is very good, perfect amount of sweetness. Will for sure get again. I got the carne asada burrito grande. The meat was tough and hard to chew, but the flavors were okay. We realized after that they carry more salsa so I wish I got to try those because I feel like it would have made the burrito better. I'd go back here to get the horchata and to try their tacos and other salsa. Hoping I just got a bad batch of meat and the next time will be better!

Flauta and taco both chicken

There is both indoor and patio seating. It is always clean and beautifully decorated. Lots of color. Staff is engaging and courteous. We usually order takeout at least twice a month. Last weekend we meet friends for lunch. We started off with their complementary tortilla chips, beans, and salsa. The chips were light and crunchy, the salsa had a little kick , and the beans were well seasoned and steaming hot. I ordered the two fish tacos which were excellent. My DIL had a combination plate. Our friends had the taquitos with shredded chicken and a breakfast burrito, green sauce on the side. Then we closed out with their churros , one order with ice cream the other without. Delicious! There is a reason this place is in our takeout rotation. They are consistently good with large portions at a fair price.

We also had the kale salad which might not sound appealing at first, but the peanut vinaigrette and the crunch from the jicima just work sooo well. Lastly we shared the Chinatown style noodles. All around a solid noodle dish. The texture of the noodles are nice and chewy and and chicken and shrimp are juicy and flavorful. It was a Thursday night and it was packed, as was the restaurant next to us, so definitely recommend making a reservation.

We sat outside, and service was efficient and friendly. We weren't in a hurry, so the slower pace was perfectly fine with us. We started with cocktails and appetizers. One Night in Bangkok Mmmm, delicious and so nicely balanced. Peachy and refreshing, although I have no idea what all was in it. I just know I would absolutely order it again! Little Baskets & Pork Potstickers I liked the idea of the Little Baskets, but they were just so heavy on the egg noodles that they wouldn't be a repeat for me. I was missing the fresh ingredients and would have enjoyed a better balance with the veggies. The sauce was delicious, though! Oh, but those pork potstickers! Absolutely perfectly cooked with delicious flavor. I could have eaten a whole second order! For my main, I ordered the Red Pumpkin Curry with a side of rice. Oh gosh, I'm still dreaming about it! I would have liked a bit more spice and might go with the green curry next time, but I chose the red because I was drawn to the pumpkin. It was delicious on day one and somehow just as delicious on day two when I finished off the second half. I don't know why I keep forgetting about this place, but I am absolutely grateful for the reminder! It definitely won't be such a long absence next time.

We both so enjoyed the Play, and we were searching Yelp for a restaurant (that we hadn't previously been to) that would complete our fun day in a very positive manner - and boy did we hit the jackpot at Eddie's!!! Our waitress, Melissa, was fabulous!! She was so sweet, Johnny on the spot, and attentive to our every request. I explained to her that I was single-sided deaf, and after that, she always approached the table from my good side! The drinks and food were delicious!! For our drinks, I had a White Sangria Spritz filled with diced mango, which was extremely refreshing, and my daughter had a glass of Zin that paired very well with the tasty and crisp (on the edges) Focaccia bread. We then split a yummy Caesar Salad with fresh dressing, and for our entrees, I chose the Chicken Marsala and my daughter the Lamb Ragu - both were savory & rich, and perfectly prepared & displayed!! We topped off the meal with two decadent desserts - Banana Apple Bread Pudding and Cannoli, and walked away feeling so satisfied and happy with our choice to dine at Eddie's - we'll definitely be back!!!

I do love that it has a large, outdoor patio in a lively spot of the Montgomery Village. This shopping area has improved so much with the changes and additions they've made. The inside is where this place really shines though. The dining room actually feels quite elegant. I love that they give you complimentary sourdough bread and whipped butter. It's a delicious way to start the meal. I ordered the same dish the last two times I came in and that is their roasted salmon. The Flavors on this dish are insane to me. The salmon is cooked perfectly and well seasoned. The couscous with almonds, raisins and arugula plus the Tzatiki sauce gives it a light, Mediterranean feel. The real star here is a pomegranate glaze over the dish that is tart, sweet and brings all the flavors together so well. My wife order their Four Cheese Lasagnettes, which she loved. It comes on a hot, cast iron dish that keeps this dish hot for quite awhile. It is such a delicious dish with three, rolled lasagna pieces. I recommend getting this. My wife said it was even better for leftovers. I am always pleased with the food and service at any Stark family restaurant in Santa Rosa. Go check any of them out!

First time and it won't be last. Can't even say anything negative about Starks…read more Me and the homies recently had a boys night and showed up for our 7:45 PM reservation. We arrived a little early and sat at the bar to grab drinks. The bartender was friendly with taking our orders and handing us several menus. At the time of our reservation, I walked along the corridor towards the rear and spoke with the hostess. We were seated immediately (This restaurant is larger on the inside than it appears on the outside). Our server was pleasant and informed us of the specials they had on the menu. I went with the NY Strip, goat cheese Mac n cheese (surprisingly good) and crispy fried calamari. I'm not the biggest fan of calamari, but I will admit that I'm now more willing to try it again if it's prepared how Starks prepares theirs. For the steak, sides, drinks, the total was somewhere around $150 which was to be expected. No disappoints here. I'll add this, if this is your first time going to Starks, be aware that the surrounding area has quite a bit of the unhoused community. Just FYI!

Just had our first visit and it blew us away. First of all, we went on a Monday night and the…read morereservations were fully booked, but we decided to try stopping in, which turned out to be smart, because they could seat us almost right away in the bar dining room, which was spacious and didn't feel like a bar area. They even accommodated my request not to be in sight of the TV. We were with my husband's cousin from Maui, an international traveler/diner, so he wanted to go all out, which meant we ordered the two specials - a dry aged porterhouse (T-bone) and a wagyu steak (not sure which cut), both medium rare. We got the bearnaise sauce and the green peppercorn sauce. I had one bite of each side or the t-bone, so NY and filet mignon, and two bites of the wagyu, which turned out to be my favorite. The reason I only had a those few bites of such exquisite, melt in your mouth meat was because of the irresistible courses we had leading up to it - wedge salad with tender diced bacon and pungent blue cheese dressing, potato skin fondue (like an elevated bacon nacho cheese dip), mussels in a flavorful broth that we sopped up with the addicting (on the house) bottomless basket of butter garlic parsley topped rolls (texture of Hawaiian rolls but not sweet). Then there was the scrumptious four cheese mac n cheese. I had to hold off on the giant onion rings (just ate the inside of one) to save room for the steak. We somehow also had drinks and dessert - I finished the first (which they made tart like I requested) and only tasted the last - a pineapple cheesecake, while my husband and his cousin demolished the rest along with creme brulee. Service was excellent and well timed. My husband's cousin said he hadn't expected the food to be so stellar, but that it even surpassed the swanky steakhouse we had gone to with him in SF on his last visit. We told him we weren't that surprised since we really like the other Stark restaurants we've been to, but this was the piece de la resistance. It was partly a celebration of our 25th anniversary coming up, so this feast was a blessing.

Once seated, it took another 20+ minutes before anyone came to take our order -- we eventually had to flag down the hostess ourselves to say we were ready. When the food arrived, it was missing an appetizer and one of the dinner entrees. Service throughout the meal was inconsistent: our waiter never asked if we wanted drinks, and we had to request one ourselves, without ever being asked if others at the table wanted anything to drink. Multiple times we had to flag down other servers just to get basic service, and we asked for a dessert menu three separate times before it showed up. Most concerning, my toddler has an egg allergy, and we had to confirm multiple times whether dishes contained egg. At one point the waiter responded that it "wasn't a big egg allergy," which was a confusing and honestly worrying thing to hear when asking about food safety for a child. On top of all that, the affogato wasn't actually an affogato -- it was just frozen vanilla ice cream with frozen espresso, not the classic hot-espresso-poured-over-ice-cream dessert we expected. Food overall was subpar, we also saw 3 of the wait staff take a shot of alcohol with another table while completing ignoring service for our table. Overall, a disappointing experience with very slow, inattentive service and a concerning lack of clarity around allergy safety. We definitely will not recommend to family and friends, and will go out of our way to mention to any travelers to the area to avoid this place!
