Went there, food was mid, and most of the employees were just really unkind. Definitely don't ever want to be there again. The wait was long, but it seemed like they were less busy and more disorganized. I'd give it a negative rating if it was possible. The food is also way overpriced for what you get. Gotta love a cold burger. read more

As a local, I absolutely love hanging out at Pete's, whether it be the middle of the week or on the weekends. My favorite part of the experience, besides the delicious food, is the bartender/server Caleb, as well as the rest of the crew makes great drinks and makes the experience so much more fun. Highly recommend Pete's! read more

It is always great to go to Pete's Brewhouse, Food is always great, and service is fantastic. Service is quick. We have tried a lot of different things on the menu and all have pleased us great! read more

One of the better places in Redding to grab a bite and enjoy the bar. Food is consistently good and atmosphere inviting.

Great food! Eat a burger or shovel some pasta! Or you could milk a walrus and and catch eggs when the hen lays them! read more

We had a wonderful dinner. Wings and seared ahi! Just perfectly cooked. Beer was good and overall a really delightful experience! read more

Pete's Brewhouse - Pizza Near Me - Redding, California

My husband and I have been here a handful of times since it opened, and overall, we definitely enjoy it. Sometimes they are on the shorthanded side, which can get frustrating for a hungry customer, but the food is worth it. The atmosphere is great, too. We definitely recommend this restaurant, just be aware that sometimes they will be shorthanded. Other than that, we love it! read more

Terrible customer service and the manager doesn't care at all about it. I've been here a lot because I really enjoyed the food and drinks but with it being so pricey and not even getting good service at all I will not be back ever. read more

Absolutely awful. Was really excited to try this new place in town, but was extremely let down. The waitress completely ignored my table, but was very attentive to the other tables she was waiting around us. I was finally able to flag down the girl she was training and ask for some water and napkins. The only times we spoke to the waitress was when she took our order and when she brought us the bill. We dropped $100 on three cheeseburgers and beer and it was pretty boring. Definitely will never come back or recommend. read more

Waste of time and money. The food we make at home is better. We were a party of 4 and paid $140.00 for our evening dinner. Drinks were $3.00 with no free refills. Meals were over priced for the quality of what we were served. Fish and chips, fish tasted over cooked. Ribeye was very thin and had no flavor, but was cooked as ordered medium rare. Tuna sashimi came out warm and the coating it was a disaster on the taste buds. We will not return to this restaurant. Not recommended. read more

Need bartenders that know what they are doing. It used to be better but quality has gone down.

The place had potential but missed the mark. Not sure if it will improve over time. Waitress left us for nearly an hour. After my husband saw another table that arrived after us get their food my husband had to flag down another server to bring our lukewarm food. It also took eternally long to get drinks and the waitress brought them individually instead of at the same time. Bathroom had no seat covers and was lacking toilet paper in most stalls. The food also gave me terrible heartburn. I would be hard-pressed to go back. I was hoping this place would be like a BJ's Restaurant. Sadly it wasn't. read more

I'm happy the restaurant was able to open and the food is delicious... I wish I would see more employees wearing their masks, wearing them properly and seating us 6 feet apart. I also hope the cooks were wearing their masks while cooking my food. Other than that, if they do more of that I will be back many times and tell my friends and family. read more

Been here several times and the food has always been good...it's very loud so expect to be somewhat shouting to your friends or family during conversation. read more

This restaurant is an open and fun environment. Definitely a breath of fresh air and sense of normalcy during COVID. Our server was AMAZING (shout out to APRIL!) All of the staff are friendly and you can tell work well together. I would highly recommend the Buffalo wings, honestly the best I have tasted in the area and my standards are pretty high when it comes to my Buffalo wings. Thanks for a fun and tasty night, Pete's! I will surely be back again. read more

I love the food from this place. I recommend eating here and getting the Buffalo wings, the rich and creamy sauce will melt in your mouth. The chicken was fresh and delicious. The monster cookie gives you a blast of flavor and the whip cream and the sauces are a perfect combination. read more

Had the worst experience tonite. Ordered a jalapeño burger, it came out after sitting in the pass so long bun was too hard to cut. So had them remake the burger brought out new burger and it was raw in the middle. So I ask to speak to manager, He came over and we talked so he brought me a fresh burger so I cut into it and it was still cold in the middle, he stood there and argued with me that it was cooked medium I told him put your finger on it it is ice cold in the middle he said no it's cooked medium I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon the rest of our table was good And we still had a $250 check for 9 people read more

This place is amazing! Great food reasonably priced. The Flat bread chicken pizza was absolutely delicious My bartender,Cassandra, yesterday was so lovely and kind. She made the best cocktails I've ever had in my life and she really knew her stuff. The whole restaurant had an awesome feel to it. Very clean very friendly 10/10 will be coming back again! read more

My first time going. The wait was not long to get seated. We sat down and the waitress took our order that was all good. Then our food arrived. It was a simple Pete's pizza, however napkins and silverware and plates were not part of the menu. We had to ask for them and the girl looked quite offended that I actually asked. She was not the same waitress that took my order. The original waitress cruised by once after that and that was it. Now, onto the pizza itself. We had the standard Pete's pizza and the bell peppers in there were in chunks and not chopped and lots of the white veins were still on there. All the meat looks like lunchmeat that they just chopped up. I'm pretty sure there are parts of the pizza that was it cooked because it sure was doughy. Probably won't be back again. read more

I have been to this restaurant 3 or 4 times...yes in the first few weeks was a bit chaotic, but their pizzas are delicious! Love coming here for date night or with my kids. read more

Had a great time! Stopped by to have dinner with my sister on my way home from Oregon. We have enjoyed Pete's in Manteca for many years now. Happy to say this place did not disappoint. The server, Dakota, was terrific, as were the other servers who took care of us when passing our table. Because of extreme heat, they let us bring our 2 little dogs in, as we could not go outside. THANK YOU FOR THAT!!! We had calamari and artichoke hearts appetizers, a salad, and a couple of different sandwiches at our table. It was all delicious. Hubby loves the beer list, and indulged on a porter. Hope to go again when coming back to Redding. Keep up the good work Pete's! read more

Great place! Good atmosphere upbeat vibe. Servers are very helpful and friendly. Good food and great selection. Ample serving size and even the left overs are good! Usually have current sports on if you want to watch as well. Open site seating and patio available. Great drink menu and desert. Timely serving and clean restaurant read more

Item I order the spicy fettuccine had zero cream, in the description on the menu it states a spicy cream sauce, what I received was spicy oil. It was not what was described on the menu, I ask the waitress, who argued with me, then the owner came out and argued with me. Very rude! I won't ever go back. The food in the other locations are much better. Horrible experience! read more

Been to Pete's four times. The first three times I would have rated 5 stars. The last time was a one star. Took 1/2 hr to get drinks (finally asked for them) and one hour for dinner. Food was cold and soggy. Waited for bill and finally got up and asked for it. There was no hustle while over a dozen people waited outside to get in. Won't go back for a while - so disappointing. read more

I had high hopes for this place with expectations that it was worth the more than a year wait for the "Opening Soon" sign to come to fruition. The first time I went I ordered the lasagna and was underwhelmed. The service was good. The second time the ribs were really good but the service was not and the place was only half full. This last time I ordered the fish and chips. The two meager fish patties looked and tasted like maybe restaurant grade breaded frozen fish patties? Again, underwhelmed. My mom said her burger wasn't great either. The service was good. They forgot her second margarita and gave it to her on the house. The place is popular because it's new. There are other places in town with lots of beer taps which serve better food. Time will tell if it remains popular, especially with all the attention to downtown's revitalization and the great food and breweries present down there. Logan's & Outback have lost favor with many due to their high prices and poor quality food. I hope Pete's turns it around and doesn't become another one of them. read more

My mother and I went there for lunch. We got their soup special. It was cold when it came out and was clearly out of a can. We also ordered an appetizer which was okay. And 2 beers. Total came out to over $80. I would not recommend. read more

I was really excited to see a new restaurant open up in Redding but was only semi impressed. The food overall was as expected for a Brewhouse; pizza, burgers, salad, sandwiches etc. We ordered a house salad, grilled chicken & avocado club, and the garlic knots. Our food was good the knots were DELISH and I'd be willing to branch out more when it comes to the food next time we eat here. The reason I took two stars away was 1) they were out of the three beers my husband wanted and 2) the service needs soooo much improvement. You could tell communication, training, and organization were all lacking among the staff. Granted, I know it must be tricky opening a business during covid I would still love to see improvement in the service and maybe some serious team work/communication training. Overall I would come back again but I'm going to give it a few months in hopes of improvement. read more

Pete's was just great. Our service Stephanie took great care of us. The atmosphere is good. There was music but it wasn't so loud that we couldn't carry on a good conversation at the table. The menu is extensive. And everything was fantastic. The lasagna comes with two sauces a white and red sauce. Both of them absolutely wonderful. Quality and price on everything was very very good. Highly recommend. They also have indoor and outdoor seating and a full bar. read more

We went on Sunday to watch the Chiefs game. My husband ordered the clam Chowder. All it tasted like was flour. I ordered the wings and they were good. It was hard to get service from the bartenders because they were busy talking between themselves. When we got our bill we paid with a $100 $ bill we got the change back dollars but not the coins. I thought thus was very odd. I doubt if we will return. read more

We just ate lunch here and won't be back. The Santa Fe salad was not very good. The chicken had a weird texture to it. After a few bites I couldn't eat any more of it. Just the whole salad wasn't very tasty. The garlic Parmesan French fries were fabulous, though! Staff was very nice and service (Shane) was attentive. read more

I've gone here a few times and liked it enough to go again, but this time might make me wait a while before I return. The waitress messed up our order 3 times and one of the times tried to argue with us that it was our fault and we ordered wrong. And then when it came to tip time she wanted to argue with my mom about not giving the change back from the meal because she wanted it as part of her tip! Who does that!?!?! read more

I have tried doordashing this place three times. Yes I believe in 2nd chances. They have screwed up my order every time. The last time we got an order of fries in lieu of a pizza. When I called they said we could come pick up the pizza ..... duh why do you think I door dashed???? They could care less and basically said I would have to deal with it. Their food is average at best and the customer service is pathetic. read more

My wife and I stopped in for lunch, first time eating at Pete's Brewhouse. She ordered the Ahi Tuna with an oriental salad. I had the Deluxe Chicken sandwich with fries. We were both disappointed with our meals. The seared ahi tuna was flavorless and had an odd texture. It appeared as if had been frozen and quickly unthawed. The salad was also flavorless and was more like cole slaw. My sandwich was okay, just okay. The French roll was lightly toasted but no a very good bread. I ate half the sandwich and had no interest in finishing the other half. The service was as mediocre as the meal. Our waitress seemed bothered when I asked her if their tea was brewed. she didn't give us much attention and only came back to drop off the check. I can't recommend Pete's. Our food was unappealing and unappetizing. We don't plan on returning. read more

Appreciate a restaurant that is open and seating customers but very busy waited for about an hour to get a table, once seated at table waited an hour and 20 minutes no order waitress says order got lost or pushed behind tickets but seemingly checked three times on our order and didn't notice that it wasn't up how she checks on her order the ticket is lost or doesn't know the ticket number no idea but food came out was good most likely won't be going back to this restaurant read more
