I've used Parker Eco's quarterly service for spider control for years now. When I first moved into…read moremy house I was seeing multiple spiders literally daily; now I see maybe one a month. I really appreciate their complimentary services outside of the quarterly ones if it's a particularly bad season for pests. Their technicians are great, and they try to send the same person every time, which I appreciate. My current tech, Kevin, really goes above and beyond. He noticed an area near my front door where rodents were potentially hiding, so he put down some wiring to protect the area without me asking. He also gives me at-home spider traps I can use and even disposes of them during his visits since it rather grosses me out to do so :) Also, during my most recent appointment, I was totally frazzled due to meetings happening at work, and I told Kevin to go ahead and spray my garage area, and that I'd close the garage door later when I could. What I discovered later is that Kevin actually closed the door himself without me asking, which just shows that he actually thinks about the customer and what's best for them. That defines good service. Finally, their customer service folks are also great. Whenever I've had to reschedule or have questions, they are always easy to get a hold of, prompt, and friendly. Parker Eco is the kind of company where you don't have to think too hard about using their services because they're really good at what they do. We have rat issues in the crawl space. Many reasons why this company got a 1 star:…read more 1) the person over the phone quoted us for a survey and traps and said they would quote us for any additional patchwork that needed to be plugged. Upon arrival of technician, they discovered where the rats were coming from, but said he wont patch up the holes. Technician said we would have to hire another company for patchwork. So now we have to hire another company to patch the holes 2) a complete survey was not done. Technician didnt even go up stairs or in the attic. 3) the texts received from the company was offering a $130 off coupon if we hired them. Obviously some communication issues with the person texting and whom I called, because I already hired them. 4) so paid $500 for laying down a few traps. Not worth it. Would not recommend to any of my neighbors.

Attic had been ignored for years. It was one of those places nobody really thinks about until…read moresomething feels off in the house. Lately the upstairs rooms always felt dusty and the temperature kept changing a lot, cold at night and warm during the day. Someone suggested checking the attic and once it was opened it was pretty obvious the insulation was very old and the space needed a real cleaning. Team came out and took their time looking around first. They explained what they were seeing and why the old insulation was not really doing its job anymore. There was a lot of buildup, old insulation, dust, and just years of stuff sitting in the attic. Once they started removing everything it was kind of surprising how much came out. Whole attic was cleaned out properly before anything new went in. They also pointed out a few small openings where air was getting in and sealed those while they were up there. After that the new insulation was installed and the difference started to show pretty quickly. Upstairs already feels more comfortable and the house keeps the temperature much better. Air feels cleaner too, which was something that was noticed almost right away. One thing that stood out was how careful they were during the process. They covered areas they were walking through and cleaned everything before leaving so there was no mess left behind. Attic cleaning and insulation is probably one of those things people forget about until it becomes a problem. Looking back it probably should have been done earlier, but really glad it finally got taken care of. House feels better overall and it just gives peace of mind knowing the attic is clean and properly insulated now. Really good experience from start to finish.

All the Pest Solutions!…read more I had a rat problem and it freaked me out. I'm not sure how I ended up with All the Pest Solutions but thankful I did. The lady on the phone makes me laugh . She felt my fear of rodents so that is a plus. They sent in the Punisher , Alex. I made that name up by the way but his name was Alex and he didn't come to play around. Got right down to business and showed me what I need to do to get my house back in shape from rodents. He pointed out the holes from my crawl space which I would never ever go in. He saw a new hole created underneath my crawlspace from another animal which he sealed up for me. Alex also flashed lights at the wall to see any light bleed through it . If there were any that's where the rodents would be entering in. Now Alex set up massive amount of traps under my crawlspace and outside the house. TLDR It was a rat colony but it's all gone. I placed 6 ring camera all over my place and there has been zero activity. 14 rats were taken out and even the mother rat. That was huge! I couldn't get the mother rat with my own traps . It was destroyed in the crawl space. I even have videos of it getting out my sticky traps. Alex annihilated the rats so bad I found a few dead behind my siding wall which lead to a new hole discovery. You can tell it's behind the wall by the smell. Like something is dead but you don't know where. I volunteer to buy myself an endoscope and I saw piles of dead rats behind my wall. It was massive. Alex not only showed me the holes where the rats were coming in ( 8 holes) but also educated me that bird feeders is the reason why my area has rat issues. I don't own any bird feeders but the neighbor 3 house down just spill entire bag of bird seeds all over the floor. My god. I will be using Pest solutions in the future. Heck once every 3 months I will call them to come do a routine check. After seeing my neighbor bird seeds all over the damn floor, I have to get pest control .

The rep arrived on date scheduled and after going in the crawl space informed there are mouses. Given an option to leave traps in crawl space and they would secure any openings into the home. I was informed they can't get into the walls as the house underneath was covered leaving no access to the walls. They charged me $500 to leave the traps and would return at a later date to retrieve the traps. They failed to set up follow up in a timely manner as I had to call back several times inquiring about the follow up. Yes, I agreed to the charges but felt the price seemed high for the work they did. Still scratching noises behind the walls.
