I came home from work to find a HUGE hobo spider in the middle of my bed. I called Robert immediately after I caught the spider and explained the situation. We called Rob to get service going for our new home, noticing that all of the neighbors had been sprayed, and we were getting their bugs! Robert and his assistant did a fantastic job. Cleaned out my hornet nest and gave me a thorough understanding of what they found. Service was quick clean and affordable. First quoted me a price and when the job wasn't quite as extensive, took off 40% from the total. Seemed more customer friendly than another large pest control service I contacted. Would highly recommend and will definitely call if I ever need pest control service again. Comes with a 30 day warranty should I need it, but I don't plan on it. Efficient, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Rob was willing to accept "help" from my ever talkative 8 year old daughter and even allowed her to use a stapler to seal up some holes in door vent. I had a problem for days with a rodent in my vehicle that I couldn't seem to find. I set different kinds of traps that were all avoided each night. I was so frustrated.
