Will be keeping an eye on things and definitely will call them up for treatment if it turns out to be needed.

I called in and spoke with Justin who is their office manager and he was incredibly polite and helpful. I knew after the first 5 seconds on the phone with him I chose the right place. He got me set up with an amazing plan and had the technician Nat out here the next day. Even the technician was amazing! Super friendly and knew what he was doing. Took his time with everything he was doing. When he was all done, he told me that if I ever have any questions or I ever need him to come back out before my next scheduled service, to just call and talk to Justin and he would have him back out there as soon as possible. These guys are an amazing company, and they truly stand behind their work. I can't recommend them enough.

They showed up and set traps and told me they would be back to check them in a week. 10 days later they still hadn't showed and hadn't called to let me know they weren't going to show so I had to call and find out what was going on. They arranged to get someone out later in the week. I asked the tech when he'd be back and was told I had to call the office to schedule the next visit. Apparently, Classic Pest Control & Insulation is unable to schedule visits in advance. If you want a pest control company that will keep you informed of what's going on and will contact and communicate with you, I suggest calling someone else. This is not a "customer first" company.

Roger was fantastic…read more TLDR: He was professional and thorough. He actually listened to my concerns and addressed them instead of just suggesting a blanket treatment. Problem solved. Long version: We had a persistent carpenter ant issue that two other companies had come over to "estimate". They basically walked around the property and both said the same thing: "We'll spray outside around the house and inside around the baseboard". This wasn't good enough. I have a toddler and spraying chemicals along the baseboard was a no-go. Roger came over and found a nest in our attic after a thorough inspection. He treated the nest and gave us a timeline in which he expected them to disappear. He promised that he would return until they were gone. He came back twice more at no extra cost. No more ants. Bonus content: Roger knows what he's talking about. That dude straight up schooled me. He explained everything he did well beyond the basics. It was awesome. Who ya gonna call? We're so happy Anthony has started his own company!…read more Honestly, Anthony is the only person I would trust with my home given that we have a small dog who loves to be outside on our waterfront Camano Island home. We respect mother nature and care for our natural environment - we love our PNW beneficial insects and as long as the critters stay outside, I don't have an issue with them. Even doing any amount of pest control is hard for me to swallow. However, we need to protect our property against rodent intrusions and ants and things like wasps nests. Anthony truly listens, remembers, and cares what you as the individual client cares about, plus he is so responsive and timely. He really gets customer service, it's just his nature. Highly suggest!

I had tried to do the job myself armed with a spray product and a planned out escape route From my experience, the stuff in a hardware store just doesn't cut it. Yellowjackets were happily thumbing their stingers at full force even after application of an entire can of Black Flag. My roommate had asked around in reference to our issue, and a local business recommended them to us. A great example of local solidarity. I called Bacon Pest Services and left a detailed message of what was needed. Now, callbacks can take anywhere up to 48hrs, but I got a call back in 4.8 seconds! Mallory was cheerful and professional, and offered to send Anthony out in the next hour or so. She made me feel like I wasn't just another customer, but fully listened to what I had to say. Anthony came to the house quickly, and he was ready to start immediately. We discussed a few options, and made our decision. The actual work was performed at that time. There were no cost overruns, no hidden fees, no additional unpleasant news. Just good hard work, and we definitely appreciate that. Fantastic service with great people! Solid A+, 5-star review. We couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and attitude! -sk

GoodMonsters serviced my home for several years and suddenly they announced they were moving out of…read moremy area. I was assured that they had found an excellent company to transfer my service to. The company was Purcor. Purcor was HORRIBLE. They continued to charge my credit card for many months but never performed the contracted services. They would not return my phone calls, respond to emails or to the messages I left on the customer service portal. Letters sent to the address on their website were returned in the mail. I must have called 15 times but could not ever get through to someone who could help me - but the monthly charges to my Visa continued. Finally, after many months, they canceled my account without my permission and without telling me. I relayed all of this to GoodMonsters, after all, they were the ones who chose Purcor. They were empathetic when I contacted them the first time but when I started to escalate my dissatisfaction they did not respond to emails, the letter I sent to their home office in Mt. Vernon, or phone messages. I asked for my money back or some help getting through to Purcor. They ignored me. So much for being a company who puts their customers first, takes accountability, or has a long-term mindset. They did not honor their claims of honesty, transparency, and trust. I trusted GoodMonsters to help me in a time of vulnerability when I was a recent widow with a mice problem. I see no path forward with trying to get my money back. GoodMonsters let me down in every conceivable way. T. Smith Snohomish

This review is on behalf of my employer, a home services management company, that had an extremely…read moreunfortunate and unprofessional experience with Norpac and the business owner. We contacted Norpac to inspect a home for one of our homeowners. Our company manages home services for many thousands of homeowners across the United States and we are successful because we partner with quality service providers who represent professional work of integrity we can count on. The Norpac website claims the business "values honesty, integrity..and guarantee your satisfaction" This was far from the experience we had with Norpac. The business owner was dismissive and abrasive of our employee's communication along with the homeowner's specific needs and requests. This resulted in an exhaustive exchange where in the end no work was completed, but a full charge to our homeowner by Norpac. We lost communication with the business owner while working to resolve the matter, yet continued receiving invoices. Of course, we took care of our homeowner to their satisfaction by covering the unjust costs, but we will not be working with Norpac and would recommend avoid working with them as well.
