He has good knowledge of little pests. He looked behind my stove and blocked some of the entrances, looked under my fireplace and found tiny little footsteps where they had been. Turns out in the winter they like the warmth under the fireplace. He set about three or four traps; one in my garage, one by the outside of the fireplace and one in the backyard. Jonas would come every couple of weeks to check them and show me how much they'd eaten. It's been a couple of months now and I haven't seen any little pests around. Hopefully they won't return. They arranged to get someone out later in the week. I asked the tech when he'd be back and was told I had to call the office to schedule the next visit. Apparently, Classic Pest Control & Insulation is unable to schedule visits in advance. If you want a pest control company that will keep you informed of what's going on and will contact and communicate with you, I suggest calling someone else. This is not a "customer first" company.

Shortly after that I received a text message response asking for my full name, address, and email so that they could enter my information into the computer. That struck me as odd, but given the situation I was facing, I gave them the requested information. After that they told me that the earliest they could talk to me was Monday at either 9:00 AM or 4:00 PM. It was unfortunate to have to wait two days just to talk to someone, but I assumed they must have been very busy. We scheduled an appointment for 9:00 AM Monday morning over text. However, when 9:00 AM came around I didn't hear from anyone. I tried calling the number that had texted me, but it went to voicemail. I tried calling the main number I had called on Saturday, and it also went to voicemail. After nearly an hour of waiting, I texted the number explaining that I had to go into a meeting at 10:00 AM and asked if we could reschedule for the 4:00 PM time slot. At 9:57 AM, the person responded saying they were "just getting ready to call", but that we could talk at 4:00 PM instead. Now imagine my surprise when the person from Pest Fighter tried calling me at 3:37 PM. Then again at 3:40 PM. And then texts me at 3:44 PM asking why I was not answering. I responded to the text immediately, explaining that I was in a meeting until 4:00 PM. I asked them to call me at 4:00 PM, like we had agreed on previously. After that message I never received another text from them. When I called shortly after 4:00 PM, my calls went to voicemail. To this day, I have never received a response from anyone at Pest Fighter. No texts, no calls, nothing. I debated posting this review. Maybe Pest Fighters provides good service if you can actually talk to someone, but I wouldn't know. After playing an unprofessional game of phone tag, I contacted another service who was not only able to talk to me, but who was also able to make it out to my house at the time they said they would.

On the initial consultation he came out and did the most thorough inspection I had seen. Looking into every possible space for many hours and delivered us a quote that was itemized so we knew exactly what we were paying for. We payed for the rodent proofing with a warrenty and this was a great value. They were true to their word. It was a process of continually finding new entrypoints, closing them off, and identifying changes. They came out numerous times to inspect and make improvements over the course of 2 months and finally got it under control. Each time they came out, they did not charge anything additional. He is an excellent communicator, informing me when he was on his way, carefully inspecting everything he could get to, explaining our options and the potential surprises we might encounter, and keeping us updated while Tony and his team carried out the work. The estimate seemed very reasonable, and although the scope expanded once they started (due to mold and faulty prior ventilation ductwork), the additional costs were also fairly priced (and less than I anticipated). Tony and his crew were punctual, polite, professional, and diligent. They protected everything from the front door to the work zone and left the area clean afterward. They created a new access panel for us, thoroughly cleaned a rather challenging crawlspace (affected by rodents and mold), sealed everything to prevent future intrusions, replaced all the old insulation with new, and corrected the ductwork. I am very satisfied with the final outcome and would definitely recommend Attic Crew to friends or hire them again in the future!
