The payment I made, I handed to the owner personally, but had to pay it a second time. He either lost the first check or is milking me for double payment. Like I said, the service is good when they show up, but in doing other work, we have found rodent carcasses is our crawl space. The son is much more reliable than the owner/father and if the son ran the business, I'm sure we would have no problem. The problem falls squarely with senior owner.

Apparently, Classic Pest Control & Insulation is unable to schedule visits in advance. If you want a pest control company that will keep you informed of what's going on and will contact and communicate with you, I suggest calling someone else. This is not a "customer first" company.
