I called Bacon Pest Services and left a detailed message of what was needed. Now, callbacks can take anywhere up to 48hrs, but I got a call back in 4.8 seconds! We respect mother nature and care for our natural environment - we love our PNW beneficial insects and as long as the critters stay outside, I don't have an issue with them. Even doing any amount of pest control is hard for me to swallow. However, we need to protect our property against rodent intrusions and ants and things like wasps nests. Our company manages home services for many thousands of homeowners across the United States and we are successful because we partner with quality service providers who represent professional work of integrity we can count on. The Norpac website claims the business "values honesty, integrity..and guarantee your satisfaction" This was far from the experience we had with Norpac. The business owner was dismissive and abrasive of our employee's communication along with the homeowner's specific needs and requests. This resulted in an exhaustive exchange where in the end no work was completed, but a full charge to our homeowner by Norpac. We lost communication with the business owner while working to resolve the matter, yet continued receiving invoices. Of course, we took care of our homeowner to their satisfaction by covering the unjust costs, but we will not be working with Norpac and would recommend avoid working with them as well.

I've used Parker Eco's quarterly service for spider control for years now. When I first moved into…read moremy house I was seeing multiple spiders literally daily; now I see maybe one a month. I really appreciate their complimentary services outside of the quarterly ones if it's a particularly bad season for pests. Their technicians are great, and they try to send the same person every time, which I appreciate. My current tech, Kevin, really goes above and beyond. He noticed an area near my front door where rodents were potentially hiding, so he put down some wiring to protect the area without me asking. He also gives me at-home spider traps I can use and even disposes of them during his visits since it rather grosses me out to do so :) Also, during my most recent appointment, I was totally frazzled due to meetings happening at work, and I told Kevin to go ahead and spray my garage area, and that I'd close the garage door later when I could. What I discovered later is that Kevin actually closed the door himself without me asking, which just shows that he actually thinks about the customer and what's best for them. That defines good service. Finally, their customer service folks are also great. Whenever I've had to reschedule or have questions, they are always easy to get a hold of, prompt, and friendly. Parker Eco is the kind of company where you don't have to think too hard about using their services because they're really good at what they do. I was being kept awake at night because the scratching was so loud. I was given numerous excuses as to why he couldn't go into my crawl space and attic. His son is the one that would show up to refill the traps but everything else needed to be done by the his father. The majority of the time was out of work with either a shoulder or hip injury. By month 7 I was fed up and needed someone to do something other than refilling bait stations. When I called him to tell him, he yelled at me and called me impatient. Now I'm paying $5000 to have my entire crawl space cleaned, sanitized, and reinsulated. I had just done a remodel a year prior so the damage was done in the time waiting for him to figure out how to take care of the issue. I had Insight Pest Control come in and they were able to take care of the mice in a matter of weeks. They also looked at the bait stations that were left by him (which he never picked up and are still at my house) and told me they were not set up correctly. Ha also told me the entrance that I saw a possum go in was not possible to access my crawl space. The people doing the clean out confirmed that was the entrance the possum was using to get in and sealed it. I'm all for working with small businesses but he crossed the line when he raised his voice at me. I was willing to give many passes. Like having to remind him multiple times to install my crawl space door after already paying for it. He also charged me for a month of service and didn't show up for. Three months later and I'm still getting emails for appointments and follow ups saying that the appointment has been completed. I've checked my account and thankfully I'm not being charged but now I'm wondering how many times did he not show up to my house and I was just paying for empty bait traps.
